The air buzzes with static, and there is an ear-splitting "POP!" as the intercoms switch on.

"Hello, my lovelies. What an honour it is to see you here today. Before we begin, I would like to remind you of a few rules.

1. No inappropriate content in your stories

2. No cussing

3. No being rude to other contestants

4. Please try your best to refrain from cliff-hangers. If you run out of time, or have writer's block, consult with me first.

The first theme, if you ask me, is rather simple. Let us begin!"

For this first round, you are to create a Fantasy story.

The story must:

•Be at least 300 words
•Have an intriguing plot
•Follow the theme
•Include the following:

You watch as Spark chuckles, removing a small dice from her pocket.

"Now, here is the catch. Whatever I roll on this dice, you MUST include in your story."

Spark throws the dice in the air, picking it up a few times to re-flip. After 5 flips, she pauses, returning the cube to her pocket.

"The five things that you must include are:

•A Castle
•A Hero (Prince, Knight, Etc.)
•An Antagonist (Person/Thing Causing the Problem. Often the 'Bad Guy'.)
•An Interesting Setting (Such as Another Planet, Universe.)
•A Side-kick for the Hero.

YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT! MAKE SURE TO TAG ME WHEN YOU FINISH.

THE STORY MUST HAVE AT LEAST 300 WORDS, AND PREFERABLY A MAXIMUM OF 5 CHAPTERS. IF YOU WISH TO EXCEED THIS LIMIT, CONSULT WITH ME FIRST!

THIS STORY MAY TAKE PLACE IN THE PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND CAN BE IN ANY POINT OF VIEW!
