Chapter 3 - Party, party, yeah

A/N:
Happy Valentines everyone 💌!
~*~

[Your POV ]

Your brother's wedding day has finally arrived. You were stressed out like never before. For many reasons. You were stressed by the fact, that you hardly knew Dae's future wife, and you wanted the best for him. It was overwhelming, that the last ten years had passed so quickly and that the brother who stood in front of you today was not the same crazy boy he used to be. He's matured, handsome, and is about to start his own family. Tears ran down your cheeks like crazy.

"Don't cry, stupid, or you'll smear all your makeup. Do you know how much effort I put into making you look almost as good as the bride today?!" Sang-hee nudged you on the shoulder as she began to fix your makeup - again.
You just laughed, sniffling a little. What were you supposed to do? You were a bit oversensitive. After all, it's your brother who's getting married today.
But it's good that at least Sang-hee was with you today. She calmed you down when needed and occupied thoughts that were especially mischievous today. On top of all this, you had a strange feeling, as if something was about to happen. And that's the last thing you wanted on such an important day.

"Jungkook's not here yet?" you asked and she shook her head. He was supposed to be here earlier, but he wasn't replying to your texts. You were a little worried, even though you considered that something sudden might have happened and he had to take care of some things first. In addition, he had to arrive safely and secretly, not drawing attention to himself. But is it possible not to draw attention to yourself when you come to a wedding with so many guests? You've told him so many times, that maybe it' would be better for him to stay at home, not expose himself to recognition and a whole series of problems. But he persisted to be here. You had little to say.

[ JK's POV ]

"How do I look, hyung?" Jungkook grinned at Hobi, showing off with his outfit. "Will she fall for me?" There was not even a hint of worry in his voice, he was joking around, visibly overconfident.
"Even I would fall for you." Hoseok replied with a laugh. "You look great." He added at the end, reassuring the maknae, that there was nothing to worry about.
And he really shouldn't worry. He looked amazing in his Valentino clothes. His jet black suit clung perfectly to his well-sculpted body. He looked festive, with a bow instead of a simple, classic tie. His hair, parted to one side, finally revealed his forehead.

"You're not that beautiful, hyung. You have no chance." Koo replied playfully, earning a nudge from Hobi.

But not everyone was in such a great mood. Jimin, who was sitting with them in the living room, snorted under his breath, apparently amused by the behaviour of his younger friend.
Jungkook's and Hobi's eyes immediately turned to him, looking kinda questioningly.
"She'd have to be blind to fall in love with you." Jimin rolled his eyes at Jungkook.

But he didn't care at all. He turned everything into a joke, which made Jimin even angrier.
"Ah, I see...you drank a lot already, Jiminishi.  Everyone is fine with this, only you have a problem. Are you, perhaps, jealous?"
But Jimin merely made a heart with his fingers towards the younger, rolling his eyes completely ignoring his question.
They would probably continue bickering like children, word for word, but Namjoon finally chimed in.
"Guys, just stop this bullshit. Both of you. Right now." And as he wished, so they did. Both fell silent immediately, the leader's tone made a huge impression on them. Maybe he wasn't that scary, but none of them wanted to upset him unnecessarily.

There wasn't much time left. Your brother's wedding was starting in two hours. Koo was just finishing up the last details of his appearance and preparing the gift he had bought for the newlyweds.
Jimin watched him silently, smiling to himself. That he was up to something was more than certain. But what he didn't notice was Hoseok, who was watching him closely, figuring out his evil intentions long ago. He promised himself, that he would thwart anything Jimin would set about in his sudden and inexplicable malice.

And just as Hobi supposed, Jimin wanted to make everyone angry today. He took advantage of the moment when no one was around Jungkook's room and when Kook, almost ready, wanted to leave, he locked him inside. He turned the key, put it in his pocket, and hurried away.
He was not moved by Kook's screams, who threatened to kill him when he will get him. Leaving the house completely, he heard the muffled sound of banging on the door as Koo helplessly tried to open it.
Jimin smirked in satisfaction. He got in the car and drove to the wedding venue. On the way, he stopped by only to change into a suit. His plan was almost perfect.

[ Your POV ]

The wedding was starting in twenty minutes. You agreed, that Kook would arrive 45 minutes early. He was already late. Not much, but you were starting to get nervous. What if something happened? Or maybe he just changed his mind?
The vibration of your phone woke you from that trance. You quickly reached into your purse, certain that it was a message from him.
But the sender surprised you.

"Koo can't come, princess.
I'll keep you company today. Jimin"

Surprise is too small word to be use for what you felt right now. Not only were you stressed about the whole situation with Jungkook coming to the wedding, where literally anyone could recognize him, not only was he late now himself and didn't even deign to write to you not to worry, but now you got a message, from another band member, that your boyfriend won't show up at all. In fact, that he will be replaced by another. Which was pretty reckless. If he couldn't come, why to bother and send a replacement? It's not like you couldn't be here alone, you'd be fine. You'd just be a lot calmer knowing this in advance. You started to mutter under your breath something about how frivolous they are.
You didn't like the idea and you weren't going to use it. You were about to text back when Jimin himself appeared in front of you.

You had a strange feeling. He looked like he had won the lottery, or at least you could tell that from the expression on his face. He was grinning from ear to ear, and maybe he wanted to appear nice and helpful, but something about it all just didn't sit well with you. Especially since he's been acting rather strange lately. An unpleasant shiver ran through your body. Jimin walked over to you, bowing slightly in front of you.
"You look beautiful, YN" he complimented, taking your hand and kissing the top of it gently. You gave him a small, slightly forced smile, taking your hand away as quickly as you could.
"What are you doing here?" you tried not to sound pretentious in any way, but you weren't sure if you succeeded, his expression dropped a little. "Where is Kook?" you added, seeing that he wasn't going to answer the first one.

"Oh, Jungkook said he has more important things to take care of right now... and that you shouldn't wait for him."

The words stung as if you had just been burned by something. At first you just didn't believe it. Your Koo would never do such a thing. He wouldn't stand you up at the last minute without a word of explanation.
You stared at Jimin. He looked like he was pretty serious. He wasn't nervous, he wasn't also laughing, or he wasn't avoiding you with his gaze. Every movement of his body indicated that he had told you the very truth.
Then another thought appeared. You really didn't know much about your own boyfriend. You two were just starting to get to know each other better - after all the circus he'd created by hiding the truth.
And now, knowing who he is, you thought, that maybe something more important has come up for him, maybe something at his agency, or maybe someone just didn't agree to coming for this party at all...
But still... you didn't get a single message... You felt like you were ghosted.
How could he treat you like this? You bit your bottom lip. You couldn't cry now, but you felt your eyes starting to burn.

[ JK's POV ]

Jungkook leaned his back against the door and slowly slide to the floor, broken. He was trying to get out for so long, but in vain. He knew that even if he left the house right now, he wouldn't be at the wedding on time, but he would still make it before anything important started. He had no strength left, fighting to catch his breath before trying again. Koo lowered his head, burying it in his hands. He was slowly losing hope, but...

...someone just grabbed the handle, pressing it with all his might.
"Jungkook-ah? Are you here?" Hoseok's voice was like salvation to him. He jumped to his feet, facing the door.
"Hyung! I'm inside. Jimin locked me up! Help me get out of here!"
Hoseok cursed something under his breath. "I'll help, but you'll have to replace the lock later." He laughed, breaking the whole thing. The door opened wide, and Hobi appeared in front of Jungkook's eyes, with a slightly embarrassed smile - holding the doorknob with the whole mechanism in his hand. The other half of it just fell out and rolled towards Kook.
They both laughed out loud.
"You are my hero, hyung!" Jungkook hugged him tightly.

Hoseok patted his back reassuringly. "Why did Jimin do that? I don't understand any of this. He was plotting whole afternoon."
But JK couldn't answer that precisely. He didn't really know his buddy's intentions, but he was terribly nervous right now. His breathing sped up significantly. "I'll kill him, if I find him, I'll just kill him..." he repeated under his breath.
Hobi laughed softly. "Don't do anything stupid, we'll settle this later. Now I think there's a place you should have been a long time ago." He adjusted his bow tie and handed him his blazer, first brushing the dust off it. JK must have taken it off when he was fighting the closed door. Now he threw it on himself quickly, gathering everything he needed to leave. He hugged Hoseok once more.
"Thank you. You are the best!" He screamed as he ran out of the house. Hobi shook his head in amusement. Seeing the maknae so in love is really the best thing he's seen in the last few months in the whole group of Bangtans.

Jungkook was rushing his driver until he got annoyed.
"I understand you're in a hurry, but idol status doesn't give you emergency vehicle privileges." he muttered under his breath, making Kook finally smile.
"No? I'll have to ask Hybe for that. We could use a police rooster."
The driver raised an eyebrow, amused. "I will leave work the very same day."

Kook snorted. "Hey! Why? You're my favourite driver!"
He just shook his head, resigned. "You're only saying that because I give in to your pleas so easily. We're here Mr. Jeon. Get off! Please call me when you're ready to go back."
JK nodded happily and almost ran into the building where the wedding was just starting.

His smile faded as he stepped inside and finally found you among the guests.
You looked insanely, but his eyes went first to the man next to you.
Jimin stared at you like a teenager in love. You were saying something to him and he listened spellbound, never taking his eyes off you. He was smiling like a fool. Jungkook felt his blood pressure rise.

He didn't move an inch, feeling as if his legs were rooted to the floor. He calculated all the possibilities in his head how to calm down and how to stop himself so as not to punch him in front of everyone and not draw attention to himself. The mask he had on his face wouldn't have helped him much then.
When he finally looked at you again, your eyes met. Pleasant warmth spread inside him as you gave him a big smile.

[ Your POV ]

As soon as you saw him among the guests, everything else ceased to exist. You were instantly hit with a dose of happiness and all your worries just vanished. "So he came after all..." you whispered and Jimin looked fearfully in the direction you were staring at.
You left him there with his jaw dropped in shock and almost ran over to your boyfriend, feeling all the weight drop from your heart.
"Baby? Did you come after all? Jimin said you had more important things to take care of."
You repeated the words you heard from Jimin, but as soon as you saw Kook's expression change, you knew there must be another reason for him being late. You even felt stupid for believing this nonsense. You didn't want to hurt him, you hoped he wasn't feeling that way.

But Jungkook just stared at Jimin the way a murderer looks at his victim.
"Oh...Did he?" he asked rhetorically, clenching his jaw, not even taking his eyes off him. The tone of his voice was cold, deep, to be honest, it even scared you a little.
And Jimin walked over to you without a trace of remorse. Maybe he was just entering the lion's den, but he didn't quite realize it. In fact... he didn't know that today you'd be the lion he shouldn't have pulled by the tail.
"Don't make such a big deal out of it, Jungkook" he smiled to JK. You stood there not understanding anything. And he continued. "I just wanted to have some fun."

In an instant, all the murderous lust that flowed from Jungkook also appeared in you. You shifted your gaze to Jimin, finally realizing that everything he told you was just a mean game.
You came so close to him, that he could feel your breath on his cheeks.
You fixed your gaze on him. You didn't have to say anything, he could tell from your face that you were more than angry.
"You...wanted to ruin such an important night for some cheap fun?" you asked through clenched teeth, pissed off. "Do you want to have some fun? I can give it to you."
Your gaze was wild. Neither Jimin nor Jungkook knew what you meant, but they were sure of one thing - you were up to something bad.

"What does it mean?" Jimin asked a bit confused. You saw him gulping nervously. Was he starting to worry? Great, that's what you wanted to achieve. You wanted to make him feel nervous for whole night, wondering what plague he had brought upon himself.

You didn't answer to him at all. You wanted him to be just scared. And he didn't know what to expect from you, especially after you shrugged suddenly acting so completely indifferent.

Jungkook carefully took off his mask and finally came close to you. He pulled you into a tender embrace, kissing your forehead gently.
You felt at home.

"I'm so sorry honey for coming so late. Jimin locked me in my room and I couldn't be here on time."
His voice changed so much when he was with you, when he hugged you. You could feel the warmth radiating from him, as he gently turned to you. His pleasantly scented perfume played on your nose and you buried your face in his chest, closing your eyes. You didn't need anything else. His apology wasn't needed either.
"What's important is that you're here now, Koo. Now I have everything I need."
Kook smiled, finally relaxing.

***

[ Jimin's POV ]

After his plan didn't work out, even though he was sure it would work... Jimin just wanted to get out of this place, preferably unnoticed and as soon as possible. There was much more to this, than just a silly move against Kook, but the first attempt was a fiasco. He had to play something much bigger, and he knew he had to be more careful now.
He headed towards the exit, taking advantage of the moment when you were both preoccupied with each other. But he couldn't just run away without a word. He didn't know who he was messing with, and now he was going to find out for the first time. And that's just the first part of the fun.

You weren't going to leave him alone without paying for the stupid prank he just played on you. He felt your hand on his shoulder and a strong tug that made him turn to face you.
Before he could even open his mouth to say anything, he felt a sharp pain.
You slapped him hard across the face. His lower lip began to burn mercilessly. He wiped it with the back of his hand to see if it was bleeding. Then he looked up at you. Your eyes burned with anger.

Jungkook didn't expect, for the world, that you would handle the situation like this. He stared at Jimin, then burst into hysterical laughter that he couldn't stop.

Jimin smirked at him.
"We'll see who has the last laugh." He said under his breath.

[ Your POV ]

You heard his threats even as he muttered them under his breath. But right now, you didn't want to care. It was your brother's night and you didn't want anything to spoil it.
But you already had a plan in your head. After all, he had to learn a lesson. One...once and for all, so he knows he shouldn't mess with you.
When he finally left, you intertwined your hand with Kook's and pulled him towards your brother. It was high time they got to know each other.
You remembered that awkward call he picked up from Dae-hyun. You knew, that he would probably feel a bit uncomfortable at first. But you knew your brother and you knew, that Kook's charm would convince him too.
What you didn't know... was that ever since he picked up the phone and made a fool of himself, he wrote down his number and decided to fix everything...

[ Flashback - JK's POV ]

Jungkook shuffled out of the car, stopping in front of the coffee shop where he and Dae had arranged to meet. He straightened his shirt and adjusted his sunglasses. Then looked at the phone. 10:50 a.m. He still had ten minutes to the appointed time. Inhale. Exhale. It won't be that bad... right?
He went inside. The waiter directed him to the reserved table. He was the first, so he breathe a sigh of relief. He didn't know why, but knowing that it will be him waiting for Dae somehow reassured him.

It soon turned out, that the roles were completely reversed.
Dae-hyun arrived at the café perfectly on time. The waiter guided him to a table and Jungkook could see a smiling tall young man walking towards him.

Dae bowed slightly, introduced himself, and sat down at the table. Jungkook took off his mask carefully, leaned slightly towards him, greeting and introducing himself correctly.

"Jeon Jeongguk, nice to meet you."

[ Dae's POV ]

Dae's eyes widened. Consciousness just hit him. In front of him sat THIS JEON JUNGKOOK himself, JUNGKOOK from BTS, the band that is on everyone's tongue, the band his future wife sighs for, the band he listens to as well. He sat in shock for a moment, trying to put all the facts together.
"D...Dae-hyun. I'm Dae-hyun." he finally uttered. "I guess...after the shock I got from realising who you really are I think that ...café wasn't a good idea after all." He laughed nervously and Jungkook stifled a laugh. The situation was comical. JK didn't want to stress him that much, he was at the limit himself after that awkward conversation on the phone.

"Soju?" Dae proposed, and he immediately agreed. He put on the mask and they left the café. Jungkook pointed to his car, inviting Dae inside. He glanced at the luxury sports brand that was parked there.

fuck. - he thought. My sister went all out.

Dae had no idea if the black card that lay on top had been left there specifically for him to notice, or if he just kept it there casually like that. But even without it, he would have known it. An idol like this? It was obvious, that he will have black card. To be honest, Dae saw one for the very first time. And quickly averted his eyes. And the car? He's never sat in one like this. The interior screamed luxury. How pleasant it must be to travel like that every day. But Dae wasn't that kind of person. He did not envy or dream of such luxuries. Just like a typical man, he watched the car, compared, admired.
He wondered how you met Jungkook, or better yet, how you got involved with him that close. You'll have plenty of explaining to do, he'll take care of that for sure.

He smiled at Kook.
"Shall I direct you to a place? Do you know any? You know... you probably can't show up just like that everywhere."
"Oh, if only you knew..." Kook laughed as he started the engine. "I know one where we can sit peacefully."

Jungkook parked in front of a small restaurant. Dae scrambled out of the car, grinning like a kid. Kook laughed out loud at his behaviour.
Now he was more than sure, that whatever was uncomfortable was long gone. Dae was older than him, but he felt like his best friend around him, and that feeling didn't happen often. Nor was he often able to say he had a friend, other than the other six members of the band. It was a nice change in his life.
Everything was going in the best direction.

They both chose probably the largest portion of meat available. Without any hesitation. If someone looked at them from the side, they would think that they are like two drops of water, at least in character. They ordered also a few bottles of soju, which went into their blood exceptionally well today.

"Can I...take a picture of you? I'll have proof for YN, that we met secretly." Dae hesitantly asked, knowing that BTS members are rather sensitive about photos. But Jungkook just laughed nodding.
"I don't see a problem. Speaking of YN..." he started and just took out his phone reading a message from you. Dae took the photo in the very same moment. He knew that in addition to YN, he would also show them to his fiancée, she would probably squeal to death. Would asking for an autograph be too much? Thoughts haunted him.

"YN just asked if I'd go buy a gift with her for your wedding." JK smiled as he bit into the meat. "Dae-ssi?" he began hesitantly.

"Oh no, no. Please... You are my younger sister's partner, dongsaeng. Don't call me so formal." Dae immediately interjected waving his hands in front of Kookie.

He smiled a bit embarrassed. "Dae-ssi... I mean... Hyung...-nim" he grinned, getting the word out for the first time. "Hyung" he finally said, and seeing that Dae smiles friendly, he beamed immediately. "What would you like to get as a gift, hyung?"

Dae laughed softly. "Your presence at our wedding will be all that will make me happy. You - caring for my sister is more than I would like. I don't need anything else."

"You are the same. You and YN." he mumbled dissatisfied with his hyung's answer. "But that's okay, we'll deal with the choice, just later... don't complain" he laughed, downing another glass.

That night they sat together for a good few hours, eating, drinking, and joking like two childhood friends. From that evening until the day of the wedding, they stayed in touch all the time. Jungkook has made a friend, not only a friend but also an older brother. He was so happy, he couldn't wait for you to find out. He knew you'd be shocked.

***

[ Present time - your POV ]

You brought Jungkook in front of your brother and you just opened your mouth to introduce them properly when a scene, you wouldn't expect in your life, played out in front of your eyes.
It seemed... you were worry about everything completely for no reason.
Dae stood up, spread his arms, and Jungkook hugged him like they were sandbox friends.

You and Ha-Yun - your brother's fiancée, wait...actually your brother's wife, stood in complete shock. You because of their reaction to each other and Ha-Yun because of seeing Jungkook himself at her own wedding - you both still couldn't believe your eyes.

You looked at each other and burst out laughing as soon as you realized your jaws were open in shock and that only you two didn't seem to belong here.
But seeing Kook being so close to your brother really amazed you. How was that even possible? Obviously you weren't against it, you were glad they looked like two friends, but you felt like you missed something...important?

Of course, as you assumed, Dae was furious and didn't want to accept your wedding gift.
You didn't understand why a two-week stay in Hawaii for him and his wife was "too fucking much overkill" as Dae put it. You and Jungkook didn't see anything wrong with that. You contributed equally to this gift to be fair. Only you didn't know, that Kook lowered the price for you by about seventy percent.
You finally got them to accept the gift. They hugged you, although you had the impression, that Dae paid more attention to Kook than to you. You couldn't get over the shock.

Does he know your parents... as well? The thought scared you a little. "He knows more than I thought he will..." you mumbled to yourself. "Kookie?" You grabbed him, pulling him away from Dae a bit. "Do you know my parents too?"
"What? No..." he laughed and scratched the back of his neck in embarrassment.
"It's awesome then... you're about to get to know, because that's them, who are coming our way." you grinned and pointed towards your parents who were literally meters away from you.

Jungkook paled in one second. Of course he knew they'd be here, and that he should greet them, but he wasn't ready. They were your parents after all. God. For the first time in his life, he will officially meet his girlfriend's parents. How will he survive it?
Your father stood in front of him. You grinned. This will be fun, you thought.

(...)"Yes, Mr. Choi, I'm YN's boyfriend, Jeon Jungkook," he was blushing a little, formally greeting your parents. First with your father, who shook his hand tightly, and then with your mother, who hugged him with a warm smile.
You looked at the picture in front of you - happy, everything was so... beautiful, so first. You were here with him, your family next to you, all worries and problems disappeared somewhere behind you. What more could you want? Sang-hee gave a thumbs up, pleased that everything went your way. The smile never left your lips.

And when the music started, Dae invited his wife to the first dance. They were so beautiful together... He even changed his blazer, and looked now like a prince for you. You were so proud of your brother.

Tears ran down your cheeks. Your brother... he became a man so quickly, from the boy you remembered when you left the country ten years ago.
Today he is married, today he starts a new life, today he really became an adult.
Contrary to your fears, Ha-Yun turned out to be a wonderful woman, you had a feeling, that you would become friends in the near future. You looked at their silhouettes, admiring the first dance. When did your brother learn to dance so well? You laughed through your tears.

Jungkook pulled you to him, wrapping his arms around your waist.
You hugged him like a little girl.
"Will you be such a cry-baby at our wedding too, princess?" he whispered in your ear. You smiled. "At our wedding Koo..." you looked into his eyes, they were shining with happiness. "...I will be the happiest woman on earth."

And you didn't even notice when he dragged you onto the dance floor with him. When his hands were on your back, pulling you in gently. Your hands immediately went to his neck, where you laced them.
"You look so beautiful today..." he said softly, to which you only hummed, closing your eyes.
Dancing with him was purely magical. That one moment when everything around disappeared. His strong arms guided you in the dance.
Your fingers tangled in his hair. Jungkook smiled under his breath. You gave yourself entirely to him. Satisfied, he glided with you on the dance floor.
Both so lost in each other's intimacy, unaware of anything but your breaths, which were brushing your skin.

On the surface, everything seemed to go smoothly. Almost too perfect.
Your parents were delighted to see you, happy that you met a decent man,. As Dae did not stop talking about him in superlatives, they couldn't help but to like him, now, since even your older brother approved of him.
Dae and Ha-Yun glanced your way, admiring your dance.
But even though there weren't that many guests at the wedding and your tables were far away from all of them... and even though there weren't that many people who might recognize him, it was Jeon Jungkook, and you - in your happiness - totally forgot about reality - even if just for a moment, you let your guard down.

You've danced for several hours. You felt like you were at a royal ball, in the arms of your prince. You liked this story. In this fairy tale you were that happy princess, who got everything she wished for. You felt even closer to each other after this party.
But even in the most beautiful fairy tales, not everything is as colourful as it might seem.

You were so lost in each other's embrace, that you didn't notice what agitation his presence caused, among some of the guests. No matter how much you tried to avoid others... at a wedding, among so many people, the presence of such a famous idol could not go unnoticed.

You stared at your man in awe. Your eyes connected, you felt that you were on top of the world. You saw nothing but love in his eyes. Intoxicated by this feeling, you felt that the whole world had disappeared.
"I..." you began and his lips pressed against yours. His hands cupped your face and he pulled you even closer, deepening the kiss.

And that's when someone took your picture.
People, not yet fully sure if they recognized him correctly, started whispering among themselves, pointing at you.
Dae noticed what was happening. He covered you immediately, dragging Ha-Yun with him onto the dance floor. They danced right next to you, letting you know quickly what was going on and that it was time to run like in a Cinderella story before everything magical will turn into reality.

You took this advice immediately. Jungkook called the driver and you both ran out the back exit, giggling, feeling like two fugitives in love.

The drinks you had consumed and the adrenaline you received during the escape swirled in your heads.
Kook was just standing in front of the elevator, grinning like a fool.

"What are you so happy about?" you purred, amused.
The elevator opened and you took your first step in it.
As soon as the door closed behind you, Jungkook pinned you against the wall, kissing you hungrily.
|With no time to catch your breath, you had to tear yourself away from him very quickly.
"Kookie?" your eyes widened.
But he just tilted his head mischievously. "I love you, YN. I love you." he repeated again, closing the gap between you two.

As your bodies collided, you felt an electrical impulse go through you.
You kissed him back without being indebted to him. You quickly took off his blazer, which just fell to the floor. The elevator doors opened and Kook pulled you along, laughing like a little boy. Is this how people in love look like? Intoxicated with love more than alcohol? He pinned you against the wall before you even got to your door. More kisses, his lips on your neck, you bit your lip. He made you forget about the whole world. Your hands roamed his strong arms, chest - feeling every tense muscle.

"Umm..." you were briefly aware of what was going on around you... "the keys...the keys are in my purse."
Jungkook pulled away, amused. He leaned against the opposite wall and bit his lip staring at you. He saw how nervous and clumsy you were. He saw the effect he had on you.
You were so cute with those blushes on your face. He went mad with love. He would give you the whole world. He'd scream to the whole world that you're all he's got... and he'll scream, one day he really will.

You finally entered your apartment. You threw your keys on the locker and took off your heels. What a relief. You turned towards him.
"Do you want some coffee?" you asked.

But Kook was...
...it was a different Jungkook, than the one you knew. He was sitting in a chair, shirt slightly unbuttoned, bow tie loosened. His hair was slightly tousled, he was running his thumb over his lips, clearly thinking about something, although he was devouring you with his eyes. You gulped loudly. He was so fucking handsome.

"Wanna eat ramyeon?"

You laughed like crazy.
"Okay Jeon... show me what you got."

***

You woke up happy as ever. In Jungkook's arms, with memories of that wonderful night. He slept so sweet, you didn't want to get out of bed today. You were going to convince him to stay with you too.

But his phone just rang. And then yours - at the same time.
Kook opened his eyes and your gaze met.
Something happened, and you knew it wasn't good...
