EXTENDED SUMMARY
CONNOR NGUYEN was sick of moving. He has moved 8 times since he first left his hometown of Chicago when he was 6 years old. The cause of all this moving was not  something common like better job opportunities or better housing but Connor's paranoid mother, who felt like she had to run away from her past, which Connor knew very little about.
Connor moves to Queens, New York, expecting it to be the same routine, until he meets Benji and Avery, the closest thing he's had to friends in a long time. He also meets Peter Parker, the cute, slightly mysterious nerd who sits beside Connor in chemistry and to Connor's frustration always has an excuse for why he can't work on the project worth 45% of their mark.
But trouble is brewing, and it's one hell of an electrical storm. Connor's mom's secrets have to be dug up sooner or later. After all, it only takes a spark to start a fire.

Hi! So a few notes about this book:
Firstly, Spark is set a year after Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Secondly, this is a slight AU as I'm using my own version of Flash who's a mix of the movie and comic versions, and the plot relies on things used in the X-Men/Deadpool universe.
