Once upon a time there was this really beautiful and amazingly rad motherfucker who we will refer to as Onyx. Now Onyx had the misfortune of being related to the rudest bitches ever, except of course for their angel of a brother, Darell. Their mother, Kim, was known and hated throughout all of Wattpad. Now Onyx had a friend who loved them very much and considered them a sibling named Raven. Now after the billionth time of hearing Onyx rant about the Kimbitch, she decided she hard had enough.

Onyx's pov

I turn off the lights and climb into bed. I begin to close my eyes when I hear a knock at my window. I start to freak out a bit, if this were a horror movie what would I do? I would probably go check out the noise. Cool so you have to do the opposite.

The knocks don't stop they just get louder, enough so that I can hear them but they won't wake up anybody else.

"Pstttt Onyx I know you're in there!" A voice whisper shouted

I grab a baseball bat I keep near my bed (cuz Onyx is a badass) and slowly approach the window. I throw the curtain open, and my eyes widen in realization at who is there.

"RAVEN!"

"Shhhh be quiet they'll hear you, open the window."

I open it and Raven throws her arms around my neck.

"It's so good to finally see you" she says

"You too"

Tears start beginning to form in my eyes, I pull away and notice that Raven eyes are getting teary too.

"Ok," she sniffles "we don't have any time to cry, we have work to do."

"What do you mean?"

"I'm getting you out of here."

Still Onyx's POV

I rush to my brothers room and shake him awake. 

"Ugh what is it, I'm trying to sleep."

"Wake up we're leaving," I drag him out of bed "get dressed and pack some clothes."

"What do you mean we're leaving?"

"We're running away, my friend from California is here to help us"

"We can't just leave, what will Kim think?"

"Don't worry, Ravens got that covered."

"Who?"

"My friend, now hurry"

When he's done we hurry back to my room where Raven's sitting on the windowsill she's dressed all in black, and she looks like she's about to rob a bank. (Cuz I'm cool like that ;)

"Raven, meet my brother, Darell. Darell, meet Raven" I introduce them quickly

"Pleasure to meet you" she shakes his hand

"In better circumstances I would agree, but I'm half asleep right now so I can't."

Raven laughs "Alright guys, try to make at least a hundred foot distance from the house and wait for me."

"What are you gonna do?" My brother asks

"Make it look like an accident"

Short time skip

We wait for about 20 minutes before Raven comes out, and about two seconds later the house bursts into flames.

"Wow" I couldn't believe it.

"Alright guys, we have a flight to catch let's hurry"

"Your plan was to kill them" My brother asks

"Yup"

"Won't they wake up?"

"Nope, I may or may not have slipped something in their dinner", she explains "and even if they did it would look like you two never made it out, and no one will come looking for you."

"How did you manage that?" We both stood baffled.

"I've watched a lot of mission impossible." She shrugged "now come on"

We board our flight and reach California pretty quickly, the original plan was for Raven to keep us in her closet, but it was too small for the two of us, so she drives us to her Grandma's house and sneaks us up to the attic. We set up two cots a mini fridge, and a toaster oven that we're being stored there. (For whatever reason my grandma has all that shit in her attic)

"Ok guys, i have to go home before morning. I'll visit later with groceries and you can come down and I'll introduce you to my grandma as friends, so we can hang out openly, and no one will be suspicious."

"Thank you Raven" I hug her

"Yeah," my brother says " thanks for getting me and my sibling out of there."

"Of course" Raven shakes his hand again

"Bye guys"

"Bye"

Raven's POV

Things ended up working out, no one ever found out that Onyx and their brother were living in the attic, there were a few close calls but we managed to keep it a secret.

Four years later, I turned 18 and I left home with Onyx and their brother. We moved into Pete's Emo cult house, where we got to see Kirsten again. A few years late Onyx met the love of their life and got married.  Everyone lived happily ever after.
