Salvatian Constitutional Amendments

Within the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia, there are constitution amendments that placed on the law made by Supreme Sovereign Xavier Salvador, and then the Salvatian Congress to ensure all citizens must follow the constitution law as it is authority for liberty and order. 

Constitutional Amendments:

Amendment I
Freedom of speech, freedom of religion (under regulated surveillance to ensure theocracy practice or any radical religious belief is strictly prohibited), and protection of civil rights for all sentient beings. It also grants the right to protest to demand reforms in the constitution of the Sovereignty Republic.

Amendment II
A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of the Sovereignty Republic, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment III
No Soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner prescribed by strict law.

Amendment IV
Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures of homes without warrants.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger. No person shall be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, be compelled to be a witness against themselves, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation.

Amendment VI
The Rights of the Accused. It includes protection against self-incrimination, double jeopardy, and guarantees due process.

Amendment VII
All genders and sentient races have rights and are protected from harm.

Amendment VIII
The power of the nation belongs to the Supreme Sovereign, then the government, and then the people.

Amendment IX
Slavery or any form of slavery is strictly outlawed. Those who ignore this and practice slavery or sentient trafficking will be prosecuted for a crime, facing life in prison without parole or the death penalty, depending on the court's ruling.

Amendment X
Fifty percent of taxes are allocated to the government for public services, communities, colonies, economic growth, and welfare for the people. The government will intervene in welfare to address national problems and public concerns.

Amendment XI
The Vice Leader and all government officials will serve five terms. Elections will be held to either re-elect officials or elect new ones. The Supreme Sovereign may only intervene in elections if voter fraud is evident, allowing intervention to rectify the issue. Violators of election integrity will lose their right to hold office and representation.

Amendment XII
Citizenship is granted to individuals, ensuring equal rights and constitutional protection to live in the Sovereignty Republic. This includes immigrants, discriminated individuals, defectors from foreign nations and otherworldly realms, and former slaves.

Amendment XIII
Colony worlds and provinces have the right to congressional representation. They have full autonomy to act independently for progress and innovation while adhering to the Devolution Act.

Amendment XIV
Public and private companies are entitled to civil protection of privacy. However, state-owned private companies must abide by government regulations for economic and military development.

Amendment XV
The practice of religion is allowed but subject to regulated surveillance to prevent theocratic practices or extremist religious beliefs. Religion is not permitted to interfere in political affairs. Cult activities are strictly outlawed and punishable by law. Violators may have their religious rights revoked.

Amendment XVI
The use of sacrificial rituals, mind control, brainwashing, or any harmful magic and supernatural power against the populace is strictly illegal. Violators will be prosecuted.

Amendment XVII
Prohibits denying voting rights based on race.

Amendment XVIII
Senators are elected directly by the people.

Amendment XIX
In times of war, the Supreme Sovereign must prioritize military efforts. Political representation must not be hindered and must adopt effective strategies to end conflicts.

Amendment XX
Exploitation of workers, workforce slavery, and any form of corporate abuse are strictly prohibited. Companies must align with Sovereignty Republic regulations and are subject to government oversight. Violations will result in legal prosecution and loss of privacy rights.

Amendment XXI
Guarantees a jury trial in civil lawsuits.

Amendment XXII
Prohibits excessive bail, fines, and cruel punishments.

Amendment XXIII
Illegal gambling businesses, strip clubs, black markets, mafia organizations, local gangs, and other illicit enterprises are strictly outlawed.

Amendment XXIV
Racism, bias, discrimination, race supremacy, bullying, abusive, act of perversion, theocracy, fundamentalist religious beliefs, and hate crimes are strictly prohibited. Offenders will face severe legal consequences, including forced rehabilitation, life imprisonment, internment, or the death penalty. They may also result of revoking their civil rights.

Amendment XXV
Political party groups may be present in Congress, but only if they contribute to the welfare of the people and the nation. Groups that do not meet this requirement are not permitted representation.

Amendment XXVI
Occupational promotions must be based strictly on merit. Nepotism and bribery are outlawed and punishable by law.

Amendment XXVII
The Supreme Sovereign must abide by constitutional law to maintain a strong relationship with the people. Violations will be reviewed by the Constitutional Observation & Protection Committee (COPC), a division of the Judiciary branch.

Amendment XXVIII
Bans poll taxes.

Amendment XXIX
Sets the voting age at 18 for elections.

Amendment XXX
Every citizen is entitled to free or subsidized access to essential services, including healthcare, education, housing, and public transportation, to ensure a dignified standard of living.

Amendment XXXI
The government shall support the establishment of agricultural and industrial cooperatives, ensuring workers and farmers have direct control over their production and fair compensation.

Amendment XXXII 
Monopolies, trusts, and large corporate entities that threaten competition or exploit workers shall be broken up or heavily regulated to ensure fair economic participation.

Amendment XXXIII
A progressive tax system shall ensure that the wealthiest individuals and corporations contribute their fair share to the nation, funding social programs and infrastructure projects.

Amendment XXXIV
The government shall protect free markets, private property, and entrepreneurship while regulating economic activity to prevent monopolies, cronyism, and exploitative labor practices.

Amendment XXXV
Scientific advancement, magitechnology, and national research shall be prioritized to advance civilization, enhance governance, and ensure national superiority in all fields. All scientific knowledge must serve the people and not be monopolized for private gain.

Amendment XXXVI
A strong military shall be maintained to protect national sovereignty, with an emphasis on self-sufficiency in arms production, technological superiority, and citizen preparedness. National service shall be an honor and responsibility for all able citizens.

Amendment XXXVII
All workers have the right to fair wages, safe working conditions, and union representation. The state shall mediate disputes and ensure that neither corporate exploitation nor radical labor disruption harms national stability.

Amendment XXXVIII
Attempted taking a life of Supreme Sovereign through any methods will be punished for crimes by maximum sentences in life of prison or death penalty.

Amendment XXXIX
The economy shall be structured to reward productivity and innovation while ensuring no citizen falls into destitution. Extreme wealth hoarding without societal reinvestment is considered anti-civilizational behavior and shall be subject to strict economic restructuring.

Amendment XL
National culture shall be protected from foreign corruption, degeneracy, and subversive influences. Media, literature, and entertainment must promote patriotism, social unity, and moral values while respecting free speech within national interests.

Amendment XLI
The Supreme Sovereign shall hold extensive authority to enforce economic justice and national progress. However, power shall be checked through the Constitutional Observation & Protection Committee (COPC) and referendums to prevent corruption.

Amendment XLII
Public office, leadership roles, and economic opportunities shall be granted based on merit, competence, and empirical contributions, not inherited privilege, popularity, or wealth.

Amendment XLIII
A steeply progressive tax system shall ensure that the wealthiest contribute significantly to national progress. Corporations attempting to evade taxation or exploit workers shall face heavy penalties or state takeover.

Amendment XLIV
All monopolies, oligarchs, and financial elites who manipulate the economy for personal gain shall be dismantled, and their assets redistributed for national use. Political corruption shall be punishable by maximum prison without parole, death penalty, or public service restitution.

Amendment XLV

Performing incompetence in the political and social welfare shall not be tolerated and it must be sent to re-education to do process of becoming competent individuals.

Amendment XLVI
To prevent corporate-controlled misinformation, national regulations shall enforce ethical journalism standards, fact-based reporting, and unbiased public discourse while preserving free speech and dissent.

Amendment XLVII
Scientific progress, including automation, AI, and biotechnology, must serve the national interest and Salvatian dignity. Research institutions shall remain independent from corporate greed and aligned with national ethical values.

Amendment XLVIII
Citizens shall have the right to petition, referendum, and recall mechanisms to hold public officials accountable and prevent stagnation or corruption in governance.

Amendment XLIX
Any ideology, movement, or faction that threatens societal unity, economic progress, or moral stability shall be deemed a force of degeneration and subject to reformative measures or expulsion.

Amendment L
All citizens have the right to a meaningful life through purposeful labor, intellectual pursuits, and ethical contributions to society. Policies shall be enacted to prevent idleness and parasitic behaviors detrimental to societal progress.

Amendment LI
The state guarantees comprehensive education, healthcare, and housing, but citizens must demonstrate effort and contribution to society to fully benefit from social programs.

Amendment LII
Legislation must prevent exploitative financial practices, such as usury, corporate bailouts without accountability, and speculative trading that threatens economic stability.

Amendment LIII
The government must implement policies that promote sustainable economic growth, clean energy initiatives, and corporate accountability for environmental impact.

Amendment LVI
The government shall regulate markets to prevent monopolies, ensure fair competition, and uphold labor rights while fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Amendment LV
Industries critical to public welfare—such as energy, healthcare, transportation, and major infrastructure—shall be publicly owned and operated for the benefit of the people.

Amendment LVI
Economic policies shall prioritize national self-sufficiency, protecting domestic industries from foreign exploitation through tariffs, trade regulations, and investment in national production.
