It was a long day in Kaon for Soundwave, and his family. Some group of Kaonians decided to start a huge fire at the laboratory in Vos. The Royal Vosian Laboratory at that. He knew that his Carrier helped Protect the Royal Vosian Scientists. Therefore he knew that she would be home late. As would his Sire. His is part of the Fire Squadron. He would be home late as well. His Brother was at the Academy. So he was left alone with his small baby cyber-raven Lazerbeak. Soundwave decided to go have a match at the Pits while his family was elsewhere.

"You behave while I am gone. Creator's and brother will be here later." Soundwave said putting some baby cyber-raven energon in a bowl in the cage

Soundwave then left his Creators since he helps around the house when they can't.

Soundwave was able to get on the train to near the Pits of Kaon. He noticed that other bots would sneak a glance at him, but he was used to it.

Soundwave then arrived at his destination, and made his way to his favorite spot before he went to the Pits.

~with Navyblaze 5 minutes before Soundwave gets off the train~

"If you wanted a tour all you had to do was ask." Morgana said helping her with the small bags Navy had brought

"Sorry. I just got really excited was all." Navy said

"I'm so sorry, but I must leave to help at the Pits. You be careful getting to my place." Morgana said leaving

"I'll try. See ya later." Navy said starting to walk to Morgana's place

As Navyblaze walked she was very cautious of which way she went so she wouldn't get dragged in a fight. She was so lost in thought that she took the wrong turn.

"What do we have here?" A Kaonian said

"Looks like we have a Vosian. A pretty Vosian at that." Another said from behind her

"I am no Vosian. Far from it." Navy said getting in a defensive stance

"It looks like we got a new pleasure femme. Once she's tamed at least." A third said

"I am no pleasure femme. Not now. Not ever." Navy said then started to take on all the mechs that were trying to kidnap her

After some time she was knocked down by the group of Kaonians. She was bruised, and battered. She was on the brink of going into stasis. All of a sudden she heard grunts and thuds near her.

"Wh-who-?" Navy started but was cut off by a recording of different voices

"I don't under-." Navy started but went into stasis

'You shall be safe now.' Soundwave thought picking her up carefully

Soundwave then started a secret groundbridge by himself to take the femme he just saved to his Creators in his berthroom there. He then went back and got all of her bags.

Soundwave started to patch her up to the best of his abilities. He knew it would help with her wounds until his Carrier got home.

~5 joor later~

"Soundwave, we're home." Quickshadow said

[Coming.] Soundwave telepathically said to his Carrier

"I'm going to go get started on dinner. You go, and get washed up." Heatwave said starting towards the kitchen

"You are not putting all the filth you have on you into the food. You are going to get cleaned up before doing so. Now I would like to relax after today's events. So I hope you don't mind me using your washracks, Soundwave."

"Well-" Soundwave started saying but his Carrier jumped to conclusion

"Good. Now if you would excuse me." Quickshadow said

"There is no getting through to her when she sets her mind to something." Heatwave said shaking his helm

Not even 5 klik later they heard Quickshadow shout, "Soundwave! You best have a very valid reason as to why there is a femme in your berthroom!"

"You what?!" Heatwave asked now in a sour mood

"I can explain." Soundwave said

"Do tell." Quickshadow said coming downstairs

"I was on my way to the Pits for a match when I stumbled upon her being ganged up on by a group of Kaonians. They attacked and beaten her to where she is now." Soundwave explained

"Are you the one that tended to her wounds?" Quickshadow asked more calm

"Yes. I did." Soundwave said

"You did a good job. She seemed to have been waking from stasis when I was up there. You should go and tell her where she is, and find out why a Vosian is in Kaon. Especially at this joor of the night." Quickshadow said

"Alright. Afterwards she'll need to refuel. Offer her something to eat." Heatwave said going upstairs to his and his mates room to get cleaned up

"Alright." Soundwave said

After that Soundwave went to his berthroom. That was after he got tiny Lazerbeak out and onto his shoulderplate.

He then saw the femme opening her optics with a groan.

"Where am I? And who are you?" Navyblaze asked confused about where she was

"Thank you for saving me, Soundwave. Now that I know who you are. You must be wondering who I am."

Soundwave just gave a simple nod of his helm.

"First you have to at least let me see your baby cyber-raven, hear your actual voice, and see your faceplates." Navy said sitting up

Sigh

"What is a Vosian such as yourself doing in Kaon?" Soundwave said using his real voice handing her Lazerbeak while he used the command to have his visor retract

What they didn't know was that Quickshadow and Heatwave entered the room

"I am far from a Vosian. My family is grounders. I am the daughter of one of the leaders of the wreckers and daughter of the Amity leader. My designation is Navyblaze, and I was here to stay with a friend." Navy said giving quite a lot of attention towards Lazerbeak

"Now I know where I've seen you from before. You are Wael and Nikita's daughter." Heatwave said

"Yes, I am. And your Heatwave. It is always good to see you." Navy said smiling

"I hope that your hungry. We were planning to have our weekly family dinner where we all make something, but it looks like we'll be having takeout instead." Quickshadow said

"What about brother?" Soundwave asked

"He got caught up at the Academy. His femmefriend's Creator's were caught in the blast of the explosion that was caused by the fire." Quickshadow said

"He sends his apologies." Heatwave said patting his shoulderplate

"Oh. Well it's good that he is there with his femmefriend because her Creators are offline, so he will be there to help her cope." Quickshadow said

"I'll go, and get the food. I'll be back." Heatwave said leaving

"What's your designation little one?" Navy asked the baby cyber-raven

<Lazerbeak.> Lazerbeak said but the others heard nothing but a chirp

"Lazerbeak is such a cute name, and it seems to suite you quite well."

<Thank you.>

"Your welcome."

"What just happened?" Quickshadow asked

"What?" Navy asked

"How were you able to understand Lazerbeak?" Soundwave asked

"Scrap." Sigh "For as long as I been online all I knew was that I wasn't just born into a wrecker family, but that of the special and diverse family." Navy said

"You are not the only one." Soundwave said putting a servo upon one of hers

"What do you mean?" Navy asked

"Both of my sons have there own unique abilities. Soundwave here is able to create both ground, and space bridges whenever he likes, but we have a rule that he is to use them when absolutely necessary. Now his brother Shockwave. We haven't quite understood what his ability is, but he is the only one that knows how it works because he is quite intelligent. More intelligent than others." Quickshadow said

"I think brother's ability is that of intelligence. After all his processor was more evolved from when he was five. He was doing middle school stuff then." Soundwave said

"Perhaps you are right." Quickshadow said, "Care to join us, Navyblaze?"

"I'd love to, but I can't quite move." Navy said

"Soundwave will help you." Quickshadow said, "I'll see you both downstairs soon."

After that Quickshadow went downstairs to set the table for when Heatwave got back. Soundwave then carefully lifted Navyblaze up so he could carry her to the living room.

"Thank you for saving me from those other mechs." Navy whispered

"Your welcome. You should of at least had somebot with you." Soundwave said

"I did at first, but she had to help out at the Pits."

"Who was it?"

"Morgana. She and I have been friends for a long time."

"You should have went with her."

"If I had I wouldn't have been able to meet you."

"Touché."

"Alright you two. No need to give myself and Heatwave a grandsparkling so soon." Quickshadow said teasing them

"Quickshadow! I just walked in, and hear you say that. They know about five things about each other, and you probably made them uncomfortable with each other." Heatwave said then started to put dinner on the table

"I was only teasing, and you know it." Quickshadow said helping

♡It doesn't matter. She has been through alot in her life. She will be needing all the love and care she can get because she is going to be staying with us after the Choosing Ceremony.♡ Heatwave said through their bond

♡Why is she going to be staying with us?♡ Quickshadow asked through the bond

♡Because she is choosing to fight as a gladiator.♡

♡Like Soundwave, and Morgana? Why would she want to do that?"♡

♡I do not know as to why, but she needs somewhere to stay since her Sire is kicking her out if she does so.♡

♡I thought better of Wael. She is more than welcomed to stay.♡

♡Good. She's always been like a daughter to me.♡

"Think you can teach me how to fight like a gladiator when I'm healed?" Navy asked Soundwave while leaning on his right shoulderplate

"Perhaps, but you would have to be here at Kaon for it to work out." Soundwave said placing his servo atop of hers and lightly squeezing it

♡It would appear the two have already grown close to each other even after what you said.♡ Heatwave said

"Soundwave. Navyblaze. You two need to eat." Quickshadow said offering a plate to each

"Thank you, Quickshadow." Navy said taking a plate

"Thank you, Carrier. You as well Sire." Soundwave said taking the other plate

"Your welcome." Both Quickshadow and Heatwave said

"Navyblaze?" Soundwave asked her

"Yes? What is it Soundwave?" Navy asked him

"Welcome to Kaon."
