Navy was taking a stroll through the forest when she suddenly heard someone mewling for help. She decided to cautiously walk towards the mewling. She noticed the mewling was coming from a large briar bush that rotted but was still intact. She then heard whimpering from under the bush.

"What are you doing here alone?"

<Who are you?>

"My designation is Navyblaze, but others call me Navy for short." Navyblaze said while cutting away the briar very carefully then asked, "What's your designation?"

<I don't have one.>

"Why don't you? Every being deserves one."

<My family aban-. Eba-.>

"They abandoned you, didn't they?" Navy asked getting the rest of the briar out of the way

All the little Cyber-panther did was start shaking.

"Oh. Come here, little one." Navy said holding out her servos

The cyber-panther started to limp towards Navy. Only to stop from so much pain.

<It hurts.>

"I know, but you'll feel better after I take you home to my Carrier's place, and clean your wounds."

<Why are you taking me home with you?>

"I don't want anything else to happen to you." Navyblaze said carefully walking, "I know it will seem scary at first meeting others besides myself, but I know somebot that would love to have you around. He also has a cyber-raven that is nearly the same age as you."

"Do you think that he would?"

"He most definitely wouldn't think twice about it."

"Thank you. Navy."

"Your welcome, Ravage."

"What did you call me?"

"Ravage. It is another word for maraud. It is my favorite word to use in certain terms, but I know that later on, you will understand what the true definition means."

"Okay."

As Navy went to her Carrier's place she knew that her Carrier would question why she had a Cyber-panther. It took Navyblaze two joor to get to Amity.

"Navyblaze? What are you doing here? I had expected to see you tomorrow evening for our usual get-together." Nikita stated

"I know, but I couldn't take Ravage back to the Wreckers." Navyblaze stated

"Who is Ravage?"

"Ravage is the abandoned little Cyber-panther I found while I took a stroll in the forest. At first, he didn't have a designation until I had given him one." Navyblaze said grabbing the med-kit from under the kitchen counter

"What makes you think that he didn't have a designation in the first place? And where did you find him at in the forest?" Nikita asked helping seeing the briars, cuts, and Energon seeping from said wounds

"To answer your first question, he was abandoned by his family because he is the runt apparently. Second, I found him in a rotted briar bush mewling for help."

"I'm glad that you didn't just leave him there, but what will you do with him? He cannot stay here forever. He will have to go and stay with you."

"I know, Carrier. He will stay with you while he recovers, and I will take him with me until a friend of mine will keep him."

"When you mean one of your friends, you actually mean the mech that saved you in Kaon who is one of the sons of Heatwave, don't you?"

"Yes, Carrier. I mean him."

<Navy?> Ravage asked

"What is it, Ravage?"

<What's his designation?>

"Who? The mech that I told you about early?"

<Yeah. What's he like?>

"His designation is Soundwave. He is well... different."

<Different? How?>

"Well~... That is just for you to know later on when you meet him."

<Oh. Well, when will I get to meet him?>

"Not until after you have recovered."

<How long will that be?>

"You're asking too many questions." Navyblave said laughing a lil bit

"He's allowed to be curious. He's young, and you and your brother were the same way at his age." Nikita said elbowing her daughter

"I know, Carrier. I'm just trying to get him used to everything now before he meets Soundwave."

"Speaking of which. I got a letter from him for you early today. He knew he could trust me with it rather than your Sire or brother to open and read what it says."

"I appreciate it, Carrier."

"Your welcome. Now, since all of your wounds are cleaned and bandaged, it's time that you should eat, Ravage." Nikita stated grabbing small low-grade Energon cubes from the cabinet, "I know how low-grade tastes, and I'll add some flavoring so it won't taste as bad."

<What flavors do you have?> Ravage asked

Ravage then remembered that Navy could possibly be the only being to understand him.

"Carrier has a very large selection of flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is orange with the hint of chocolate." Navy stated

<I'd like to try that, please?> Ravage asked swishing the tip of his tail

"Alright, but Carrier makes it better than I can."

~earlier that morning with Soundwave and his Creators~

"Soundwave, you're up earlier than usual." Quickshadow yawned

"I have not gotten any recharge since yesterday." Soundwave said scrolling through a datapad while feeding Lazerbeak

"You know how your recharge is. Remember when you got off schedule for an entire groon?" Quickshadow said starting to make breakfast for her and Heatwave

"Yes, I remember. It took me an entire breem just to get back on schedule." Soundwave said, "I actually didn't get any recharge because I'm trying to figure out what gift I should-"

"A gift? For whom exactly?"

"A gift for Navyblaze."

"What kind of gift exactly?"

"Give her a necklace." Heatwave said sitting down next to his oldest

"Now, why in Primus would he want to get her a necklace?" Quickshadow asked sitting down with the plates of food

"It's only tradition on my side of the family." Heatwave stated then took a bite of his food

"You do make a valid point." Quickshadow said before taking a sip of her tea

"What kind of necklace?" Soundwave asked

"It can't be bought, except for the chain and all that." Heatwave said after taking a sip of Ener-coffee

After breakfast Soundwave went out and bought some materials he thought that Nazyblaze would like, but his Sire had told him that the main part of the Necklace had to be made out of something personal. Soundwave didn't understand, but decided to use a sliver of his spark. He knew it would be a bit painful.

Soundwave had taken an entire breem to make the necklace to his perfection.

Navyblaze was coming over so he thought that would be a good chance to give her the necklace. Yet he had to help train some of the other gladiators when she came over.

"Soundwave? I brought some more food for Lazerbeak." Navy said walking inside his berthroom since she was still getting her stuff from her Carrier's

Navy saw a piece of folded paper with her name on it. She opened the paper to read:
Dear Navyblaze,
I know you will see the paper and start reading it like you are now. I do apologize for not being there like I promised. I also promised that I would help out the other gladiators when needed. I will make it up to you tomorrow.

There is a box that I put Lazerbeak in charge of while I'm gone. I told her not to let anybot else touch it except for you or myself.

I do hope you enjoy what is in the box. I spent a lot of time putting it together. If you don't believe, then ask Lazerbeak or my Creators.

Navy then got the box and opened it to see a beautiful necklace(will be showed in next chapter).

"I'll have to come back tomorrow. Don't you think, Lazerbeak?" Navy asked putting on the necklace

<Yes. Soundwave would love to see you again.> Lazerbeak said

"Then I'll come back tomorrow before noon. I have to go get the rest of my stuff from my Carrier's. I'll see you tomorrow." Navy said
