03:49 PM. NEW NINJAGO CITY

"sorry to say guys," y/n says, standing infront of her cheer squad. "but we won't be doing the winter competition this year," the cheer squad groan, grumble and whine in annoyance, jennifer and samantha going quiet. this was their faults. "there was a error with the email i sent so that they didn't get it in time,"

the two freshmen perk up. she's not letting them take the blame?

no, of course not. why would she? she was a freshmen once. she knows the fears of being bullied and outcasted by peers. 

she would rather that not happen. 

"so instead," y/n says. "we'll do our dances for the fundraiser instead," less grumbles throughout the cheer squad. "i don't know what you want me to say," y/n says. "is there a way i can make this a little more fun?"

"different costumes?"

"different type of dance?"

"like hip hop?" y/n questions, as elena starts writing these ideas down. she doesn't even need to ask her. that's how in sync they are. "or street?"

"can you get the green ninja?" nya spits out the water she was drink, quickly making it vanish in the air. she looks around, hoping that one one saw her. but someone did. 

"uh..." y/n starts. can she? would he do something like that? he hasn't visited her a while...it's been a month? not like she waits for him. "i can try,"

elena pinches y/n's shoulder, looking at the pink loving girl in confusion. 

"you want to get the green ninja? in a school? into our school?" she whispers. "can you do that, pinky?"

she's not doubting her. she's asking honestly asking her. 

"i'll try," y/n shrugs, making elena roll her eyes.

"what?" lloyd asks as he ducks a punch coming from kai. kai nods, kicking fire towards his direction. lloyd ducks it by a hair, tripping kai up with a leg sweep. 

the fire elemental master's back hit the ground with a groan, making lloyd laugh and help him get up. 

"y/n wants the green ninja at the fundraiser?" lloyd asks again. kai nods. 

"well, not her exactly," kai shrugs, drinking some water. "nya said one of the junior's proposed it and y/n said she'd try and get him. well, you,"

"oh," lloyd says, lying against wall of one of the smaller training rooms. there's about three scattered across the monastery. "really?"

that could be fun. he-the green ninja-hasn't seen y/n in a long time. 

"you're not thinking about it...are you?" kai says, a smirk playing on his lips. lloyd shrugs, focusing on the water bottle in his hands. yeah, he is.
