Leaning against the chair Manik looks at the time. It really surprised him staring at the clock time to time. He desperately was waiting for the time go fast but it looks the luck wasn't with him today.

He sighs and picking his intercom calls Arjun to come into his cabin quickly. He ended the call without hearing Arjun's respond and stood up from his chair grabbing his phone and putting it in his pocket. He then took his blazer and wore it.

At the same Arjun knocks and comes inside after hearing Manik's response. He confusingly stares Manik and thought what happened to his boss.

Arjun ( mind) what is happening with sir? He's been behaving so strange since yesterday. Is he okay?

His thoughts were broken when he heard Manik saying something. He looks at Manik with a frown.

Manik : Arjun, where are you lost? Did you listen to what I said to you? I don't pay you for not paying attention to your work. I could get you fired.

Arjun : I'm sorry sir. I was lost thinking about something else. What did you say sir? What can I do you for you? And sir stop threatening me because we both know you won't be able to most royal and dedicated person like me sir.

Manik looks at Arjun who smirked in return but Manik wasn't in a mood to talk to him right now because he had be somewhere else instead being of teaching a lesson to Arjun.

Manik : I deal with you later but for now cancel all my meetings and reschedule any important meetings for within days. I don't want to hear excuses Arjun. What I have asked you should be completed. Okay.

Arjun : sir what are you saying? It's not possible to cancel all the meetings and reschedule. They won't be happy. Why are you cancelling it? You have never cancelled any meeting in last minute.

Manik : I don't want to repeat myself Arjun. I have made myself clear now. Cancel all the meeting.

Manik didn't wait for Arjun's response and storms out of his cabin leaving Arjun behind who was so confused and frustrated with Manik's behaviour.

Everyone got silenced and starts rushing once they noticed Manik coming out of his cabin and making his way towards exit.

Manik shoving his hand in his pocket walks to the car park and opening his car sat down and drove to Murthy's mansion in full speed.

Nandini was very excited and nervous to see Manik again. All of sudden she feels nervous around him. Her heart starts to beat after when she's with him.

Nandini slaps her head and quickly got ready into blue jeans creamy sweater. She felt her hair open and adoring a watch on her wrist she looked at herself in the mirror and smiles brightly.

Taking her phone and small bag she rushed down the stairs and looks at ishita who came out of kitchen. She walks to ishita and hugs her while dropping a kiss on Ishita's cheek making her smile.

Ishita : wow! My princess is looking very pretty and excited. Where is she going? Are you going to meet someone special?

Nandini : what does this someone special mean Amma? Well it's not like I'm going to meet my secret boyfriend or husband. I'm going to see the property with Manik. I want to know if it will work for me.

Ishita : I know sweetie. I was kidding with you. Is Manik coming to pick you up or shall I drop you?

Nandini : no Amma. Manik is going to pick me up.

Ishita : when he comes to pick you up then ask him to come inside. I want to meet him. It will be nice too see him after so long. It feels like I haven't seen him.

Nandini chuckles and leaving her bag on the couch went to kitchen to drink some water because she feint thirsty while ishita shakes her head and sat down turning the tv on catching on few news.

The security upon seeing Manik's car opens the door and greets him with a smile to which Manik returned it back and drove in. He took his phone out and thought of dialling her number but stopped.

Manik ( mind) Nandini was mentioning auntie would be at home this time. I should meet her too.

He thought to meet Ishita too. He comes out of the car ans unlocking it he starts walking towards the entrance. He stood there and pressed the doorbell.

Hearing the doorbell both mother and daughter stops chatting and passed a smile to each other knowing who would at the door this time.

Ishita : I'll open the door. You go and bring some refreshments for him. He might be tired.

Nandini nodded her head went to kitchen while Ishita turning the tv off made her to the door and opens it smiling brightly to Manik who smiles and bends down touching her foot taking her blessing.

Ishita : bless you beta. Feel it like your own home. Come inside. Nandini is in kitchen.

Manik passed a smile to Ishita as he walked inside and sat down and looks at Ishita who sat opposite him.

Ishita : how is everyone home at home? Did you come straight from office? Shall I get lunch arranged?

Manik : everyone's doing amazing at home. Yes I did come straight from office. Nandini might have told you about us seeing the property by my office. No auntie no need to arrange lunch.

Ishita nodded her head and starts talking with him while he too responded back with a smile. Nandini comes at the same time and looks at them but Manik stopped talking and got lost in Nandini's beauty.

Nandini placed the tray on the coffee table and sat next to ishita and glances at Manik who hadn't take his eyes away from her. Her cheeks heats up.

Manik's trance was broken by ishita who called his name out. Manik looked embarrassed being caught by Iishta and coughed a little taking glass of water and gulping it down. Nandini giggles lightly.

They talked a little longer when Manik thought to leave because he had arranged meeting with the owner of the property by 12pm. He didn't he late because he hates being late or any later comers.

Manik : I think we should leave Nandini. He's expected us within an hour.

Nandini nodded her head and looks at Ishita who smiles at them and bidding bye to ishita they walked out of the mansion and in silence walked towards the car.

They didn't knew why there was awkward silence between them. Nandini was about to open the door but Manik beats her opening the door.

She glances at him and passed him softly a smile before sitting down while mumbling 'thank you'. Manik smiles and closing the door went other side and opening the door settled on his seat.

Her eyes widen in gaps when he leans closer to her. She could feel his breath fanning against her skins she got really nervous and worried wondering what he was doing but soon relaxed when his eyes met hers.

Manik smirks leaning backwards and grabbed the bags that he brought earlier and sits back on his seat. He passed her the bag who took it gently. He glances at her as he fasten the seatbelt and felt content seeing her cheeks turning brightly red.

Nandini looks at the bag properly and took it out only to be surprised when she found her favourite drink and subway. She looks at him who starts to pull the car away from Murthy's mansion.

Nandini : oh my goodness Manik! How did you knew they are my favourite. You brought it my favourite shop too. You're the best Manik. Thank you.

In excited seeing her favourite subway and drinks she didn't seem to realise what she said but when she took a sip of the drink and glances at Manik who stopped driving and sat there in shock.

She frowns and thought what happened to him but the realisation hits her she blushed hardly and turns her head facing the window. Manik comes out of the shock and unknowingly he raised his finger up and touched his left cheek where she kissed it.

His own cheeks starts to heart up and his heart starts to pound so fast. He smirks and looks at her who avoids looking at him. He shakes his head and thought to make anything between them awkward.

He silently drove the car while turning the radio on. When the awkwardness left they both started to talk and discuss about the construction of the building.

Nandini holding Manik's hand walked through the corridor and met the owner who stood by the enrage waiting for their arrival. Manik shook his hand with him and gave a stern look when he noticed him staring Nandini making her feel uncomfortable.

Manik : Mr Roy. It's a pleasure to see you after so long. Now any further wasting our time can you please show us around.

Mr Roy nodded his head and starts showing them around. Manik didn't leave Nandini's hand throughout journey of them looking around.

Even she didn't took her hand up but gripped tightly while carefully examining and noting everything in her mind after looking at the place.

Mr Roy stopped after showing them the whole place and looks at Manik and Nandini who shared a look to each other and tried conveying their thoughts.

Nandini: Mr Roy. Thank you very much showing us around. I really appreciate your valuable time and effort. I will think about you then get in touch with you. Can I please have your contact details?

Mr Roy nodded his head and exchanged his contact with Nandini and looks at Nandini with a smile.

Mr Roy: thank you so much Nandini too. I really appreciate you taking some time out and coming to see this property. Take much time as you want. I have no rush. I'll wait for you for your call. Hopefully we will be in contact and get good outcome.

Nandini : absolutely Mr Roy. I am really looking forward to this. I'll think about it and after discussing with my family I will definitely call you.

Mr Roy nodded his head and decided to leave.

Manik : thank you Mr Roy. It means a lot to us. We will keep in touch. I will ask my Pa to contact you later. He will pick it up from here. It's lovely to see you. Thank you for your time. Really appreciated.

Mr Roy : thank you too Manik. It's always been a pleasure to see you. I have worked with your father and it's wonderful to see you growing so fast.

Manik smiles at him and Mr Roy bidding bye to them went away leaving them alone. Manik looks at Nandini and with his free hand he cups her face.

Manik : hey, what are you thinking? Don't stress about this. If you don't like it or doesn't met your expectations then you don't need feel bad about it. We will definitely figure something else out.

Nandini : this place is really good Manik. Even the location is good and not very far from our homes. I feel this is could be best but I feel there is a lot of work involved. I don't know how i will do it myself.

Manik : hey it's okay. You don't need to worry about this all by yourself. How about we go have some lunch then meet our family together and discuss with them. I'm sure we will come up with something.

Nandini looks at him and nodded her head trying to understand what he was saying. He's right too, maybe after discussing with the family they will figure something out.

Manik smiles and placed a soft kiss on her forehead making her smile. They both starts walking towards their car. They both settled down and Manik starts to drive to a nearby restaurant.

He looks at her and sighs finding her lost in her own thoughts. He interviewed their hands. Nandini feeling his cold bare hands touching her skin she looks at him and gave him a smile.

Manik : it will be alright. Stop stressing.

She nodded her head and leans towards him and looks at him asking for the permission. He smiles softly when she rested her head on his shoulder. He leans a little closer and kissed her head again.
