Leaning back on her chair and releasing a deep sigh she picks her phone up and looks at the time letting a little groan escape out of her mouth seeing the time. Keeping the phone side and rubbing her head gently trying to get rid of the headache.

Her head throbbing into horrible pain and felt herself banging her head on the desk and never work never again till this late. Her trance was broken when she heard phone ringing. Grabbing the phone and looking the caller id she thought to ignore it but kept ringing making it difficult for her head.

Her head was already blasting with the pain and on top off that her new project was giving her more stress. It hasn't been long since as she managed to get her first project with foreign company.

Pushing the chair behind and putting her head on the desk she took a deep breath before lifting her snaps her head in shock when the door opens revealing Siya who peeps inside with a smile.

Gesturing her to come inside, Siya closed the door behind her and enters inside holding the file in her hand and was about to give an update but stopped seeing when she noticed Nandini not feeling well.

Siya :ma'am what happened? Are you okay? You don't look well. Shall I call Manik sir for you?

Nandini taking a deep breath and pressing her head gently looks at Siya who was freaking about and was about to call Manik any second but she didn't wanted to bothered him so she stood up and walks up to Siya snatching the phone off her.

Nandini : Siya. I am okay. You don't need to get worried. I am okay. I don't you want you calling Manik. He must he busy. Can you do me a favor?

Siya : of course ma'am. What can i for you? Please tell me. Shall I get your coffee or anything?

Nandini : i don't need anything to eat or drink. My head is hurting because of the headache so I am thinking of going home and rest well. Can you please email me a copy of the file you have in your hand? I will go through this file when i feel better and give you my approval before you proceed with this. You can also leave early today.

Siya : sure ma'am. I will email you straight away. Are you sure you don't want me to call Manik sir? Will you be okay driving back home? Do you want me to drop you off? I don't mind it though.

Nandini smiles seeing her concern and shaking it off and sitting back down looks at Siya.

Nandini : thank you very much Siya. I will be okay. I have called my driver. He will be picking me up.

Siya nodded her head and after talking to Nandini for sometime walks out of the cabin. Nandini sighs and shutting her compute while saving the work and shoving her laptop in her bag stood up.

Grabbing her phone and checking last time before walking out of the cabin she smiles bidding to her employees and checks her phone to see any messages from her driver but immediately snapped her head when she heard her name being called out.

Walking up to the driver and greeting with a smile opens the door and settles on the backseat. Leaning her head back against the seat she closed her eyes while the driver starts the driving the car.

Walking through the corridor Manik could hear laughers echoing in the mansion and didn't take him a second to realise his friends were there too.

Shoving his hand in his pocket while talking over the phone he walks inside and found everyone sitting down ans chatting away whole watching tv.

He ended the call and took his seat beside Mukti who threw her arms around his neck. He shakes his head and side hugging her pecks her head.

Manik : what is happening here? You all are partying without Cabir? Mention of him where is he?

Alya : he isn't here because Navya wasn't feeling well so he stayed back with her. She is near her due date so all sickness made her really weak.

Manik nodded his head and thanking the butler who brought him glass of water gulps it down and looks at his friends who ignores his presence while talking. Alya and Mukti were talking about make ups while Dhruv engrossed himself watching tv.

He rolls his eyes and leans back roaming his eyes around the room hoping to find his wife but didn't find her anywhere. He knows she was home because she had dropped him a text not to pick her up from work and will be going with the driver.

His thoughts were broken when he heard Neyoinka's voice. He looks at his mother who sat opposite him and asked him to come near her.

He stood up and moves to her and sat beside her resting his head on her lap and Neyoinka smiles ruffling his hair softly. He felt so relaxed and closed his eyes when she starts massaging his hair.

His eyes shot up when he heard Neyoinka telling him about his wife who wasn't well. He sat up and starts getting concern thinking what could have happened to her and why didn't she tell him.

He starts panicking and starts worrying and was about to head up but was stopped by Neyoinka who held his wrist and asks him to sit back down.

Neyoinka : Manik. You don't control your anger. You can't get angry on her. I have given her medicine and she is sleeping. It's minor headache she will be fine. Come on I will serve you dinner. You haven't eaten anything. I won't listen to you. Come.

Manik: mom. I am not angry but little disheartened. I am not actually hungry. Can I please go and see her? I won't stop worrying till I don't see her.

Neyoinka smiles and nodded her head leave his hand and Manik didn't take any second before rushing up the stairs to his room whereas Neyoinka felt so proud and happy seeing his concern.

Pushing the door and walking inside the room switching the lights in his gazed fell over the bed where his wife was curled up with duvet and sleeping. He closed the door behind him.

He walks to bed side and sitting on the edge removes the duvet away from her face and looks at her who was sleeping peaceful. He smiles and bending down touched her head and sighs knowing she isn't has got a fever. He kissed her cheek and starts admiring her while caressing her hair softly.

Hours of admiring her in sitting position he didn't realised it was midnight and everyone might be sleeping by now. He looks at his wife and bending down kissing her head covering her with a duvet properly and stood up walking to washroom.

He then grabbing his phone laptop settle back down on bed and glances at her who was sleeping so soundly and in peace. He didn't feel like sleeping so he thought of completing his work.

He was middle of his work when he felt bed moving other side and smiles looking at his wife who turns around holding his hand and hugging close to her.

He smiles and shutting the laptop looks at the time and thought of waking her up because she didn't have her dinner and was sleeping on empty stomach. He placed his laptop on the side table and turning himself bends down softly calling her name out.

Stirring in her sleep and gripping his hand tightly she opens her eyes and looks at him who smiles kissing her head softly. Her lips curves into a smile as she snuggles into his chest and whispers.

He chuckles hearing her and lowering his body held her close to his chest dropping kisses on her head.

Nandini : is it morning yet Manik? When did you come back home? I am feeling so sleep.

He chuckles and caressing her head calls her name out who groans tilting her head from his chest and looks at him who couldn't but chuckle.

Manik : sunshine. It's not morning yet but midnight. I know you are having headache and want to sleep but sunshine you haven't eaten anything. Please get up and have someone then go back to sleep after having your medicine. I won't stop you.

Nandini yawns covering her mouth and looks at Manik who chuckles in return. She hit his chest and sat up tying her hair into a bun and climbing down the bed glances at the clock and freaks out.

Nandini : oh god! How could I sleep so long? I had to check the file. Oh no. How could I be so stupid?

Manik shakes his head and went to her and cupping her face strokes her face and looks at her.

Manik : why are you worrying sunshine? It's okay. You are not well. You can do it tomorrow. Why don't you wash your wash while I bring dinner up.

She nodded her head and went to washroom whereas Manik thought to grabbing dinner for themselves. He went to kitchen and checked the fridge and found leftovers kept there with a chocolate cake but he wasn't going to tell his wife about the cake otherwise she will not leave him.

He closed the fridge taking the leftovers and was about to serve when he heard her voice. He turns around and found her coming inside the kitchen with a smile looking fresh.

Nandini : what is it for dinner? Manik can I ask you something? I don't feel like eating this food?

Manik : what do you want to eat sunshine? You can't order food from outside. You are not well.

Nandini : I am fine Manik. I just a headache. I wasn't going to order but can you please make noddles for me. I really craving it for. I want to eat it.

He shakes his head and looks at her who gives him a puppy face and he couldn't refuse it. He sighs and keeping the leftovers back in the fridge ans starts preparing for noodles and was so engrossed making the noddles didn't noticed when she opens the fridge and sequels seeing the chocolate late.

Manik palms his face and turns looking at his wife who took the chocolate cake and her eyes twinkles up seeing the cake. Her mouth was watering up.

Nandini : you didn't tell there was also cake inside the fridge. What a big lier you are Manik? Keeping all the cake to yourself.

Manik : I didn't lie to sunshine about the cake. I didn't wanted to tell you otherwise you would have finished it all and I would get scolding from mom.

Nandini chuckles and leaving the cake on the slab kitchen went behind and hugs him from back resting her head on his back and mumbling a sorry.

Nandini: I am sorry Manik. You always get scolding from mom because of me but it isn't even my fault. I can't resist myself from eating those yummy desserts mom keeps in the fridge especially for me.

He chuckles hearing her and turning the gas off turns around and cups her face kissing her head.

Manik : sunshine you do know, how cute you look right now. I could just imagine those cheeks stuffed with cake. Oh lord its see so adorable.

She blushed hearing him and hits his chest. He chuckles and putting the noddles in two bowls and taking slices of the cake looks at her who couldn't stop looking at the noddles and cake with her dreamy eyes. He chuckles asks her to hurry up.

They both sat down in balcony snuggling up together and eating their noddles as they watched the sky.

Nandini : Manik. Can I ask you something?

He nodded his head eating his noddles and looks at her who grabs her phone and opens the instagram showing her account that she changed few days ago and kept it public knowing there was no point of being private as everyone knows who she is.

Their wedding and engagement pictures posted by their friends were going viral but none of them have made official post from their end. Manik wasn't much into this but Nandini was drying to post.

She even changed her name from Nandini murthy to Mrs Nandini Manik Malthroa in the bio. Manik's fan and well wishers were going crazy seeing their wedding and engagements photos.

Notifications wouldn't stopped whenever she opens her Instagram and couldn't help but feel overwhelmed seeing the love and support she received from his fans who truly love her.

Nandini : i want to post pictures of my our engagement and wedding. Do you mind if I collaborate with your account? I mean...

Manik: love you never need my permission what you want to post. I don't mind what you post.

She smiles and starts showing the photos that wanted and picking goods photos from wedding and engagement she posted tagging and collaborating with Manik's account who immediately took his phone out and looks at the post.

Nandini_Murthy: best day of life. We were destined to be fate with each other. Finally I have got the bets and amazing man. We have decided on forever. I can't thank enough to you how luck I am to have you in my life. I can proudly call you my husband.

Nandini_murthy : he is the one I prayed for and he feels like a home. I didn't knew but god knew my heart needed you the moment we bumped up each other.

Manik chuckles reading the caption and looks at his wife who was smiling and reading some comments loudly. He shakes his head putting his phone away and calls her name out who looks at him.

Manik : happy now! Now let's have the cake.

Nandini: I am very happy. Since I got the permission I never stop posting snaps of yours on my story.

He didn't say anything but took the cake and starts eating in silence while listening his wife who was chatting continuously. He didn't mind it because he love it when she talks her heart out.
