In Chapter 29~

Sebastian and Y/n both smirked as they looked towards the dark blue-haired boy as he spoke.

"Luckily, all the other famous curry shops have been knocked out of the competition by West. If the Phantomhive Company participates and beats West, we'll receive the Royal Warrant... I'd been considering expanding into the food industry anyway...,"

"But you only have one week left, right? Will you be able to get the specialists and machinery in time to make the curry?" Lau asked.

"I don't need any of that...," Ciel smirked as he glanced at his two non-human butlers. "Isn't that right Sebastian... Y/n,"

"It is only natural for someone who serves under the Pantomhives to be able to this. I will obtain the Royal Warrant without fa-," 

"That's impossible," Soma butted in cutting off Sebastian's words. 

"Huh?" Sebastian said quite shocked.

"There's no way you can win. They have Agni, and he has the goddess kaili's right hand!" Soma said as he put his hand on his cheek, frowning.

"It's true that Agni's prowess is formidable but this time we are not dealing with martial arts. This is a cooking contest," Ciel pointed out. 

"That's why I'm saying this," Soma sighed before talking in a serious tone. "None of you know Agni's true skill. Neither do you know real curry,"

"Real curry?" Ciel questioned. 

"Curry is based on a selection of fitting spices. The number of combinations is endless. Finding the supreme combination from those infinite choices is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It is akin to pulling the truth of the universe from thin air. However, Agni is able to do it. He is able to imagine the world for nothing. That power is truly of the god's domain. That is why Agni is known as the goddess kali's right hand...," Agni explained before he sighed. "I have never eaten a curry more delicious than Agni's,"

"I see. It truly is Kali's Curry," Lau joked as he laughed at his own joke.

"So he says," Ciel said as he looked up towards Sebastian and Y/n.

"My, my. This seems like quite the challenge," Sebastian smirked while Y/n just grinned before the two disappeared into the kitchen.

"Y-you made them all...just the two of you...?" Soma gaped. 

"Yes," The two butlers replied, grinning. "The only person who knows Mr. Agni's curry is you, Prince Soma," 

"So we ask for your co-operation in coming closer to the goddess's curry, if even by a fraction," Y/n stated as she poured a plate of curry before handing it to Soma. 

"V-Very well!" Soma blurted. "If by eating curry I can be useful to you two, then I shall eat as much as you need,"

"Thank you very much," Sebastian remarked, smiling. 

"For both Meena and Agni as well!" Soma exclaimed, determined.

'Knock Knock' 

"Excuse me," Y/n said as she entered the room. "Today's teatime snack is a Gateau Chocolat." 

"Prepare a sabre fit for public display," Ciel stated, his gaze not turning away from the work he was doing. 

"After insisting so absolutely that she wasn't coming...," Sebastian teased as he poured some tea. "The Queen's Guard Dog really is well trained," 

"Have you come up with a curry that surpasses Agni's ye?" Ciel asked. 

"No," Y/n merely stated as she thought of what happened to Soma. 

"According to the prince, something is still missing," 

"Then you don't have the time to be doing this, hurry back into the kitchen," 

"...As you wish,"

"I'm not in the mood for chocolate. Why don't you do something useful and crush it in the curry?" Ciel noted.

"Yes, Young Master,"

The next morning Ciel called for Y/n to come to his room to help him dress. 

"Is this outfit for Her Majesty as well?" Y/n asked as she made eye-contact with him through the mirror.

"Keep any unnecessary comments to yourself," Ciel mumbled, slightly blushing. "More importantly, you really can win against Agni, can't you?" 

"But of course," Y/n smirked. "On the name of Phantomhive, I will bring the Royal Warrant to our household without fail...Sebastian and I, I mean,"

"Well then I have preparations to make, so I must excuse myself," Sebastian said as he walked off. 

"Aren't you going with him?" Ciel asked. 

"No. I will stay here in case anything happens," Y/n stated as she smiled at him. "Plus Sebastian knows what he's doing, I've made sure he memorised what to do,"

"Be sure to do a good job!" Baldroy shouted waving a hand in the air.

"Have fun!" Finny yelled waving two hands in the air.

Y/n looked towards Soma who looked like he found something valuable as he ran off, Y/n looked at Ciel before shrugging. She looked around the place, cheerful people everywhere as she walked next to Ciel before she stopped. 

"What's wrong?" Ciel asked as Y/n abruptly stopped. 

Y/n eyes gazed around the people she turned back towards the competition preparation area, the place Sebastian went too. She tilted her head as she narrowed her eyes. 

"Oi!" Ciel said more loudly this time. "Is something wrong?"

Y/n looked at Ciel before shaking her head before she started walking again but she didn't but her guard down, she was tense though she hid it perfectly and she could almost feel herself smirk in amusement. 

'I swear I smelt the scent ... angel...,' Y/n thought her tongue licking her lips.

' Do angels not fear for their lives...? ~'
