Sebastian's POV

I was walking with Ciel as he was asking me questions on dating and falling in love in the demon world.

"Young Master I do so wonder why you are curious?" I ask.

"You've lived a long time...so I was wondering if demons have soulmates or lovers of some sort, do demons even fall in love?" Ciel said a frown forming on his face.

"That is highly offensive Young Master," Sebastian said smiling. "Yes, we do fall in love,"

"Is the lover usually a human or a demon?" Ciel asked.

"Young Master, a demon finding their soulmate is very rare, for the person to be a human is also rare, but for the mate to be a demon or any other creature is rarer," 

"How do you know if they're your mate?" Ciel said as he turned left to a dark alley where across him a figure was walking in the alley too.

"You walk past them and the heart beats-" I didn't get to finish my question as a gorgeous looking girl walked past me.

'BA-BUMP!' I slightly gasp as I look at the girl passing me, the girl slightly looked back her e/c glinting as she frowned ever so slightly.

I stopped walking as I turned around to see her figure slowly disappearing.

"Sebastian?" Ciel called out to me but his voice sounded distant. "Sebas-"

"Young Master is it okay for me to go fetch that girl over there?" I asked.

"Why?"

"It looks like I have found my mate," I said as I smiled at him.

Ciel looked shocked for a minute before he nodded his head. I then quickly took off to find my mate...

Y/n's POV

I was walking down an alley when I saw two figures walking as well. As I walked past a butler dressed in black my heart beat...

I looked over at him slightly and he looked slightly surprised, I slowly frowned, I did not like the whole mating idea. I did not like the fact I was going to be in love with someone whom I hardly met and know...because of someone...I quickly sped off.

I was walking inside a shop when a hand grasped my wrist to stop me. Startled I look back at this...

(hwat....sorry I'll stop now)

"Hello M'Lady," He says smiling at me.

"Hmm...bye," I replied emotionlessly.

"Don't be like that...You are so very beautiful..." He whispers getting closer to me while reaching for my face with one of his gloved hands.

"hm," I said as I yanked my hand out of his grip and took a step back to avoid the hand.

"A lot of people would fall for that...cocky smile of yours...well not me, good day sir," I said as I entered the store leaving the butler to smirk.

"Sebastian? did you get your mate?" Ciel asked.

"No Young Master it seems that she does not fall for my charms," Sebastian said sadly as he sighed.

"Pfff..." Ciel tries to suppress his laughter. Sebastian smiles at his master sarcastically before looking at the gorgeous girl once more.

'It doesn't matter if you resist me, because fate will bring us together again.' Sebastian thought before following Ciel.

Ciel's POV

I tried to hold my laughter at the thought of Sebastian being rejected. 

I started to walk away knowing Sebastian would follow me. Before I heard my name being called...

"Ciel?" 

I turned around to see Sebastian's mate, she walked gracefully towards me ignoring Sebastian.

"Yes, and who might you be?" I asked frowning at her.

"My name is Y/n, I knew your mother...I was her butler..." She said a small smile on her face.

"What do you know about my mother?" I shouted at her slightly.

"She was a wonderful woman...I promised I would serve her son...would you like to have me as a maid or butler?"

"Ah..." I glanced over at Sebastian who seemed overjoyed. "Of course follow us,"

She looked over at Sebastian who was smiling. 

"Does he work with you too?" She whispered.

"Yes, he's my butler," I reply.

"So he made a contract..." She mumbled loudly enough for me to hear. My eyes widen, how does she know about a contract...is she perhaps a demon too?...(No Ciel she's far more than that...^^)

"Anyways I look forward to working with you..." She said smiling.

I nodded my head slowly.

TIMESKIP (NO ONE'S POV)

"Sebastian! Lead Y/n to her bedroom,"  

"Yes young master," Sebastian replied. He grabbed Y/n's hand and lead her to the castle.

"This is your bedroom," 

"Thank y-...Sebastian...this is your bedroom," Y/n glared at Sebastian.

"However did you know," Sebastian replied grinning as he gave a small shrug. "I mean you are my mate,"

"Mate? What are you talking about?" Y/n said acting dumb about the whole mating situation.

"You are my soulmate," Sebastian said grabbing her small soft hand into his larger ones.

"Soulmate? I don't believe in that type of stuff..." 

"I'll make you fall in love with me, just you wait," Sebastian sighed as he walked to the next room. "This is your room if you need anything just ask, "

"Yea..." 

With that Y/n closed the door.

Y/n's POV

Soulmates...what a joke...

I walked to the wardrobe to wear some clothing.

(this is what you wear except the eyepatch and the hair and stuff, for pants you're wearing long black ones like Sebastian)

This is just right...I walked out of the room in search of Ciel. I came across the kitchen where inside was a man with blonde hair as he was cooking something.

"This is just right," I heard him say as he took something out of the oven.

"That's burnt," I replied leaning against the door frame.

"Ahh! Who are you?! INTRUDER!!!!!!!!!!"

"Jeez, calm your horses..." I say flinching at his loudness. 

"I'm afraid she is not an intruder..." A deep voice says behind me...Of course, it's Sebastian.

"Who is she then?" 

"This is the new maid the young master hired," 

"Oh...then pardon my loudness my names Bardroy~" He smiled at me as he took out a cigarette.

"No worries," I replied smiling. "It's nice to meet you,"

"I heard the word intruder!" A female rushes inside the kitchen only to trip over and fall. I rush over to catch her, my arms wrapped around her waist as I held her steady.

"Are you okay?" I asked and smiled slightly.

Her cheeks turned red as she started to frantically panic. 

"Y...YES! I...I'M MEYRIN! I'M A MAID AT THE PHANTOMHIVE MANOR...I...IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU!"

"My name is Y/n, I look forward to work with you," I slightly sweat-dropped at her behavior but thought otherwise and smiled.

"A...are you a new maid...but your wearing-"

"I'm a butler to be more precise," I said. (Females can be butlers too right...?)

"Eh...How did you meet the Earl?" Bardroy asked as he puffed his cigarette.

"She is my mat-" Sebastian was cut off as I interrupted him with a forced smile.

"I heard about the Phantomhive and wanted to work as a butler, thank goodness I ran into him," I reply. ( I would use the word "housemaid" because that's the actual word you would use for a female butler but butler sounds cooler...what do you think?)

"I look forward to working with you!" Meyrin said finally regaining her proper posture to greet me properly.

"We still have on more person to meet. He's in the garden though," Bardroy said as he went to the garbage bin to throw out the burnt food.

"I'll go greet him then what's his name?" I asked.

"Finny," Meyrin replied back smiling. "It's nice to have another female," 

"If you're free, feel free to talk with me," I smiled at her happy to be accepted.

Her eyes widened as she smiled nervously back.

'Such as cute shy girl' I thought. With that, I turned back to find my way to the garden to meet the boy...Finny.

As I was walking I heard footsteps behind me causing me to sigh and eventually stop.

"Sebastian I am perfectly capable of finding my way to the garden," 

"A beautiful young girl needs to be accompanied, I will always be there to protect you," Sebastian said with a smile on his face looking at me tenderly.

I looked into his eyes realizing his smile was genuine, it almost made me smile...almost. 

"Then again Sebastian I am perfectly capable of protecting myself as well, you think I don't know about the people who work here?" 

His eyes slightly widen as he tilted his head to look at me amused.

"Bardroy...came from the war correct? Meyrin has incredible eyesight as well as her skill with guns correct? And Finny would come from an experiment in which enables him to have super strength correct?" 

Sebastian this time puts his hands onto his chin and looks at me devilishly, his lips twitched upwards as he smirked at me. Ruby, scarlet eyes looking at me with such mischief, making me feel slightly uncomfortable.

"Then do you know who I am?" He asks cockily...
