I don't know if this tutorial will help but oh well

1) Sketch and Outlining
Alrighty I forgot to take a picture of the sketch before I outlined it so these two steps are being merged

Okay to start off, make your sketch very light so you can easily erase it later

Once you finish your sketch, start outlining it with a THIN pen (for you people who use Micron pens, use a mix between 01 and 005 - if you want)

I left some parts blank because I think having a straight solid black line would be too much but that's just me

2) Coloring

Self explanatory
Erase all the pencil and color in the base color

3) Shading

Once you colored in everything, you can start shading :DD
Putting a light source can help with placing the shadows

4) dETaIlS

Details can make your drawing look even better
I tend to add shadows between the rifts in the clothing and dark streaks in the hair

5) Background (Optional)

You don't have to do a background if you don't feel like it but it tends to make your character pop out
Simply outlining or putting shapes around your drawing can make it stand out :))
