Maka's POV

I pick up the little bag that seemed to be a present and read the tag on it which said "To: Maka From: Blair" and my smile was totally wiped off my face from the fact that it was from Blair and not Soul and i almost didn't want to see what was in the bag until i noticed there was a card in the bag so i grabbed it and opened up the envelope it was in and began reading "Hey Maka! I was shopping yesterday at the mall and i found this really adorable bow there! I knew i had to buy it for you because i know you'd look so cute with it on! I hope you like it consider it a gift from me for you guys letting me stay at your house if you don't like it then just let me know i'll just keep it! -Sincerely Blair" i closed the card and put it down on my dresser and opened the bag up and grabbed the bow that was wrapped in tissue paper so i took it off and it revealed a red bow that went surprisingly well with my skirt so i decided to wear it today with my normal outfit at school "Thankyou Blair" i mumbled under my breath and walked to the kitchen only to see Soul already eating breakfast at the table "How's the food Soul?" "Delicious" he responds not even looking at me because he's too focused on eating. I sit across from him and begin eating my pancakes and bacon then after 5 minutes we're both done eating and head out the door to go to school. "Nice Bow Maka it looks um...cute on you" Soul says as he turns his head away from facing me i guess maybe he was embarrassed at what he said knowing that he doesn't really compliment me and if he does he never says "Cute" in his sentence because it's just totally "uncool" for him i guess but i blush brightly red from the compliment because i've never heard him call me cute. "I do? Oh uh, Thankyou Soul you um look cool as ever today!" I reply trying to make him less embarrassed but that doesn't seem to help because i think he blushed brighter red the reason i think this is because i can clearly see it on his cheeks still wheather he's facing me or not.

Soul's POV

After eating we went outside to head for school i got on my motorcycle and started the engine up while Maka got on behind me but before we left i noticed the bow in her hair i couldn't help not thinking about how cute she looked wait...DID I JUST CALL MAKA CUTE?!! NO WAY! SHE'S JUST MY MEISTER NOTHING MORE! I get a little freaked out at that thought and Maka notices that i have a weird face i'm giving so i give her a compliment about a bow but i blurt out a word that's totally uncool.."Uh Nice bow Maka it looks um...cute on you" Damn i can't hide my face that well now which is beating red so i turn away quickly before she can respond and slightly start tensing up knowing what's gonna happen next a Maka Chop..But instead she thanks me for the compliment which almost made me grin until she said i looked cool as ever she never calls me cool so i'm quiet for a few minutes until i regain my cool composure and give her my signature grin with a reply of "Thanks" then we head off to the DWMA.

When we arrive at the school (DWMA) we have to sit through the most annoying and boring class ever who else's class would i be talking about? Obviously Prof. Steins and listen to his babbling about dissecting crap what's up with him anyway? I mean seriously he's like OBSESSED over dissecting things i think it's creepy and it's especially creepy if he tries dissecting you! I would probably scream but not a girly scream 'cause that'd just be so uncool and unlike me anyways i'd scream if he tried dissecting me i just get shivers from the thought of it. After the class of torture is done Maka and I were just about to leave Steins class until he holds us up saying "Ah, Maka, Soul go to the death room Lord Death wished to speak with you." Stein says. What could Lord Death want to talk to us about?... Probably some kind of mission i grin at the thought of it. "Ok thankyou Professor Stein we'll report immediately to the death room then right Soul?" Maka says cheerfully. "Yeah lets get going wouldn't wanna keep him waiting now would we?" After that we walk out of class and head for the death room.

Ok! That's the ending of Chapter 2! I'll surely make chapter 3 soon but not right away until then wait a little bit i have school and stuff anyways so i can't really sit here all day and write the other chapters heheh! ^-^
