Tadashi sat with his head on the table grumbling under his breath as one of his new teammates laugh loudly from across the room. He had finally graduated from the academy at the age of twelve and was assigned his teammates not long ago. Tilting his head to the side he sees the only female of his team laughing at who knows what. Hana Inuzuka and her three ninja hounds, his other teammate was a male that introduced himself as Daisuke Nakahara. Both where loud and where already getting on Tadashi's nerves.

"OI! Brats! I'm your sensei, Kaiya Yamada!"

Tadashi bangs his head on the desk with a groan, wonderful. Even his Sensei was loud. He doesn't even flinch as the side of his head is poked. "Oi, kid get up" Tadashi raises his head to look at who was poking him, his Sensei. She was pretty with long dark purple hair tied up in a ponytail, her eyes where also purple a few shades lighter than her hair. She was dressed in what Tadashi described as a skimpy outfit. A short shorts with mesh leggings and a crop top with a mess undershirt that exposed her stomach. She wore a purple trench coat that reached her ankles. The leaf headband was around her neck.

Tadashi blanched...this was his Sensei? Someone help him..

"Well you brats! Tell me about yourself! Name, strengths, weakness, what you want to do, etc, something interesting, etc" Kaiya shouts sitting cross legged on one of the desks. It was just Tadashi, Hana and Daisuke left in the classroom since Kaiya was late.

"I'll go first!" Hana waves her arm from where she was sitting a few desks ahead of Tadashi. "My name is Hana Inuzuka! My strengths would be how awesome my tracking is and I'm pretty decent in medical ninjutsu! I have some trouble working with all three of the Haimaru Brothers as we get all tangled up..." She laughs scratching at her cheeks as she pats one of the three dogs around her feet. "I plan to be a vet and I have a little brother aswell!"

Kaiya nods and turns her attention to Daisuke. Daisuke had dark red hair which he pulled back into a tiny pony tail at the base of his neck, his leaf headband was around his forehead which cast a shadow over his hazel coloured eyes. "I'm Daisuke Nakahara! My strength would be my genjutsu's and my weakness is my hand to hand combat...I have horrible balance so I tend to fall a lot so I want to work on that. I want to join the ANBU someday and my hobby is cooking". He wasn't as loud as Hana which Tadashi was thankful for but spoke at a incredibly fast pace.

Kaiya turns to Tadashi with a raised eyebrow waiting for him to start. "My names Tadashi Yamamoto. My strengths are more to do with stealth, such as sabotage and tactics. I'm a mid range combat type" The raven haired boy tilts his head as he thinks "I'm horrible at undercover work and I haven't a clue on what I want to do. I have a brother like Hana and uh my hobby is uh...taking walks around the village and napping?". He didn't really have a hobby. He spent most his time with Eiji and his mother helping around the house while his father was on missions. He didn't get much time to himself.

"Well it's my turn then. I already told you my name, I'm Kaiya Yamada. I'm a medical ninja specialising in poison. My weakness is none of your business. Now let's go brats! Training starts now!" Tadashi had just enough time to duck a kunai thrown at his head, groaning in pain as his head collides with the table. He hears a crash which likely meant that either Hana or Daisuke ended up on the floor.

"What the hell Sensei?! Why you do that for?!" Daisuke shouts making Tadashi turn his head to look at him. The redhead was sprawled out on the ground a glare on his face. Hana was on the ground aswell, one of her dogs on top of her.

"Interesting reactions" Kaiya cackles loudly her hands on her hips. Tadashi realised that it was her way of testing their reaction times...he was going to be in a world of hurt with her as his Sensei.

He wasnt wrong.

"Tadashi!"

A now fifteen year old Tadashi stops walking and turns at the shout of his name. He could see Daisuke running towards him his clothes covered in dirt which told the raven haired male that his childhood teammate had just finished a mission or he was training.

"Hello Daisuke, been training have you?" Tadashi asks with a small smile over his lips. The redhead stops running when he reaches Tadashi's side, smiling widely at the chunin. "Yeah! I have to go out on a mission tonight with Kaiya-Sensei and Hana, so I was wondering since I have a few hours free if you wanted to get lunch? Hana's meeting me at the barbecue place and told me to invite you" Daisuke says in his fast way of talking, Tadashi still struggled to keep up with how fast the redhead spoke at times.

Daisuke, Hana and Tadashi where entered into the chunin exams after two years of training under Kaiya Yamada. Hana pasted with flying colours and Tadashi only just managed to make chunin even though he lost his final match. Daisuke also made chunin though his final match was a draw.

After making Chunin, Hana started training further into her veterinarian studies and Tadashi moved to study in sabotage. Daisuke continued to train under Kaiya since she was a ex-ANBU member and becoming ANBU was Daisuke's dream. Since the three took different paths the three didn't spend a lot of time together anymore. Though Hana and Daisuke spent a lot of time together during their free time since figuring out they where soul mates.

"Lunch sounds good" Tadashi nods after sorting out exactly what Daisuke had said. The redhead was hyperactive at times and spoke at a fast pase, Tadashi spent most his time figuring what the redhead said.

"Took you to long enough to get here! I was about to start eating" Hana's loud voice greets him as he slides into the booth across from her.

"And you couldn't wait five more minuets? You know how lazy Tadashi can be" Daisuke slides into the seat beside his soulmate ignoring the glare Tadashi sent him. "I am not lazy" the dark haired male sighs rolling his brown eyes in annoyance.

"Uh Tadashi you can be extremely lazy, like extremely. Remember our first overnight mission? You refused to wake up the next day and Kaiya-Sensei had to carry you" Hana reminds causing the glare to switch towards her.

"That's because Kaiya wanted to leave at three in the damn morning. I refuse to wake up when the sun isn't even in the sky" Tadashi grumbles taking a few slices of meat of the barbecue. Hana wasn't lying when she said she was going to start eating.

"Kaiya-Sensei didn't complain though since she knew that you struggle to fall asleep" Daisuke adds following Tadashi's lead and grabbing slices of meat. "That's not my fault" The raven sneers pointing his chopsticks at the redhead, "I'm always exhausted, the fact I struggle to actually sleep means my soulmate doesn't sleep"

"Speaking of, have you felt anything through your soul bond that could hint at who it is?" Hana asks putting more meat on the barbecue and taking her share. "Nothing besides the usual headaches, and pure exhaustion. How can no one get hurt? Like at all?" Tadashi groans tempted to bang his head on the table but since the table was mostly a barbecue grill he decided against it.

His two teammate share a look before looking at the raven. They knew that Tadashi was always bothered by the fact he had no proof that his soulmate even existed. The headaches he got and his exhaustion could be explained medically but Tadashi was certain they came from his soulmate. He clung to that thought since it was his only connection to his soulmate, even though most didn't believe him.

The only real proof he even had a soulmate was the agonizing pain he'd felt on his head years ago as a child. He could remember that clearly, the pain both the phantom from his soulmate and his own physical pain as he clawed at his head. It actually left a small scar there on his forehead. Only his family had witness the incident so once again everyone else failed to believe him.

Tadashi leant up against a tree his arms crossed with his fingers drumming against his arms. He watched the doors to the academy waiting for his little brother to appear. Well Eiji wasn't little anymore, his younger brother was twelve now, to Tadashi's sixteen and the younger Yamamoto was finally graduating.

The raven looks up as the doors open and a swarm of kids come running out to meet their parents. Tadashi's brown eyes scan the kids for his brothers golden blonde hair.

He could see Hana with her younger brother Kiba her arm wrapped around his shoulders as their mother cackles loudly. Apparently the hyena cackle ran in the family.

Tadashi sighs softly turning his attention back to the students finally spotting Eiji speaking with his friends. Silently the raven moves through the crowd of students and parents until he was right behind his brother, then he strikes. The older brother throws his arms around Eiji's waist hoisting the boy off the ground. He couldn't help but to laugh at the startled scream that Eiji let out causing the boy he was talking to start laughing aswell.

"Tadashi! What the hell?! Put me down!" Eiji wines struggling in Tadashi's hold, landing in a heap of limps when the oldest suddenly let's go. Ignoring his brothers grumbles Tadashi turns to the boy still laughing "I'm Tadashi, this ones brother. Who are you?".

"I'm Naruto Uzumaki! The next Hokage!" The boy shouts causing Tadashi to flinch. Was everyone loud? The kid even looked loud with the bright orange outfit and the bright yellow hair.

"Next Hokage huh? Well I wish you luck kid! I'm going to have to steal this one now, make sure you train hard to become Hokage." Tadashi reaches down and pulls Eiji up by the back of his shirt smiling down at the boy wearing the brilliantly bright orange outfit. "You bet I will! Bye Eiji" Naruto waves before turning and walking off, alone.

"Where are his parents?" Tadashi questions looking down at Eiji. "He doesn't have any" Eiji informs him still struggling to get out of his brothers grip on his clothing.

"Hmm..well make sure you invite him for dinner some time. Come on you, Mothers prepared a feast for the new Genin. And Fathers home aswell" Tadashi says letting go of Eiji's shirt to ruffle his hair. The blonde had his headband in it's rightful place around his forehead unlike Tadashi. The Raven haired chunin had his headband hanging from a belt loop at his waist.

"Dad's home?" Eiji asks his brown eyes wide with excitement. Dai Yamamoto wasn't usually home, always on missions or was simply out of the house when Eiji was home. Tadashi sore him more often than Eiji but that was because he occasionally had a mission with his Father.

"Yeah, he's home" At that Tadashi looses Eiji as his brother punches the air and rushes off towards home. Tadashi lets him go with a small chuckle of pure amusement following along at a more relaxed pace.

Ten minutes later he's home to Eiji's laughter, his dad's warm voice and his mother's happy smile. They spend the night celebrating Eiji's graduation with cake and presents consisting of various weapons.
