To begin, this story takes place in a different world. A world where every child born has a stone in their wrist. A world where this stone is their birth stone color and it matches their eyes. (Red, blue, green, purple, etc.). A world where you are only allowed to befriend, date, marry, or even hang out with someone with the same color as you. A world where if you have a child who isn't the same color as you then they are taken and given to a family that matches their color. A world where your stone glows bright enough to light the night sky when you finally find your soulmate in the sea of strangers. A place where if your soulmate isn't the same color you have to Refuse them and this leaves your stone and their stone cracked forever and you are left to forever feel an empty broken spot in you that can not go away without them.

This was the world of my imagination, and now I would like to share it with you. So please enjoy the story!
