Claws that scratch and tear your skin

Pain that comes from deep within

Rats that squirm around inside

And hope that flees the soul and hides

A burst of blood

A thorny, bony hood

The urge to fight back

Crushed by the attack

To your head the anger goes

Fear can conquer all it's foes

But love can swallow all your woes

And hold them in 'till they explode

A darkness spreads with quickened pace

Fear is nature's big mistake

The world is balanced perfectly

But add in fear and evil's free

From the corners of the world

Come the cursed and hated birds

On your flesh they bite, they swarm

A horrid anger driven storm

Pain and fear become the same

Colliding in the icy rain

Sunshine, water, fresh warm wind

All good things come to an end
