Six Months Later-
Inha pov_

I look at the mirror, and a sigh leaves my mouth. "I guess I'm in love with Hobi." I say to myself, calmly. I turn the tap and let cold water flow down the sink. Cupping my palm, I splash the water onto my face.

"No, I don't guess. I'm sure I'm in love with Hobi." I conclude, these feelings are too foreign for me. The last time I had a crush, he turned out to be in a relationship with the school's popular girl. It surely broke my heart but yeah, it was just a high school crush.

And what made my feelings grow? Maybe it's his kind smile? Or his dancing skills? Or is it his protectiveness? Or it's definitely his way of looking at things. Ahhhh I can't decide. It only took me 6 months to go head over heels for him.

I sink down in the bathtub filled with warm water. If Ivy gets in here, she's gonna complain about how I am torturing myself with scorching hot water. But what she doesn't get is, it's heavenly. Too good that it helps with all those aching muscles after all those gyming.

My thoughts slowly drift to Hobi, once again. I reach out for my phone after a great struggle. A notification from Google photos made a smile creep its way to my lips.

'Hey Inha, remember this date?' November 26th. How can I ever forget it? Best birthday ever.

[Flashback]

"Happy Birthday to youu! Happy Birthday dear Inhaya! Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuuu." Ivy sings for me in her lovely voice. This girl has a crazy fandom now I see why.

"Thank you, Mimi. But I would have appreciated more if you did in the morning instead of mid-fucking-night." I groan playfully.

Ivy pouts and I smile, pulling her in a hug. "You improved a lot, Mi! This comeback you gonna rock." she smiles, pulling up a yo with her hands.

"Gonna do gift giving in the morning so that I can record it. I look like shit right now." Ivy says getting off my bed and I nod, agreeing.

"You agreeing to the gift giving in the morning or me looking like shit?" she raised her eyebrow, with her hands on her hip, making me gulp. She looks just like my mom.

"The second option, ma'am." I said, cheekily. Oops

"Ohh wow it would be so good to see that the birth date and the death date are the same. Don't ya think?" I shook my head and she walked towards the bed with her fingers wiggling. Oh fuck no

"Tickle-tack!" Ivy throws herself onto me, tickling my sides.

"V- ahhahahaha- plea- hahahahah- nooooo." I scream, helplessly. And she continues tickling me.

-evening party-

The cake is cut and everyone is eating their food, Tae and Jungkook eating as if they found good food after a year of starving. I looked around, taking in the happy vibes as much as I could.

Until I caught him staring. Hobi was looking at me, his eyes soft and pearly. He shot me a smile and I returned him the smile soon. I turn my face away as quickly as humanly possible after that. Feeling like a creep after getting caught by his intense gaze.

"Inha! Are you deaf or what?" Tae says with his mouth full of noodles. I flinch looking at my right, judging my older brother.

"Pass me the fucking water!" he says and I lift the bottle up, and slammed it down before him. After which, I stormed off towards where the others were, leaving him and kook staring at me.

-after a while-

"Okay guys, you can start with giving your gifts to our beautiful birthday girl." Jin says and I smile. We were on a rooftop dinner place and the weather just cooperated. I was standing behind the table, my baby blue flowy dress getting the assignment well.

Jin, Suga and Namjoon already handed me their gifts, telling me a few sweet words and I was so thankful. Hobi stood up with a small box, walking towards me.

Maybe it's the wind, or my mind playing tricks. I felt as if the time slowed as he walked towards me, his hand in his hair, setting them for the hundredth time for now. He came towards me with a sunny smile and I don't know what I was feeling.

"Happy Birthday, Naeun-ah." he chuckled. "I always knew you as Mi's friend, but thanks to this movie, I got to know you well, Inha. Uhm, actually I didn't know what you like, but I observed you wearing a lot of rings." I looked down at my fingers unconsciously. I was literally wearing 3 rings right at this moment.

"So I got you this." he opens the box to reveal a sun with rays on one side. The little stones shone under the lighting and I smiled.

"Oh, this is beautiful!" I said, smiling wide. "Reminds me of Rapunzel." I add and Hobi nods. "I thought the same too." he smiled back.

"Thanks a lot Hobi-ssi. I- this- this is so good." the new ring replaces the butterfly ring I had on my right ring finger.

[End of flashback]

"Yah! Are you sleeping in there?" Why is Ivy shouting? "Inha, it's been an hour you're in there! We're getting late to the premiere!" I click on the power button of my phone to bring it back to life.

9:30 oh fuck.

I quickly get out of the tub, my feet all contracted due to staying in for too long. I slipped a few times on the wet floor and realised I had forgotten my towel. Another sigh left my lips as I shouted to Ivy for a towel. 

-time skip-

"Inha! Ivy!! How was the journey? Did you travel well?" a very dashing looking man asked.

Inha let out a chuckle at his words.

"Yes yes Mr. Han! It was a beautiful 20 minute journey," she replied, making Ivy laugh. "Thank you for sending a car!"

He smiled at them before someone else caught his attention. He waved at the people behind them as Ivy excitedly shouted.

"Hobi!! Minnie!" Inha quickly turned to face them, forgetting the cocktail dress she was wearing. Her foot stuck in the floaty back portion and her eyes widened as she lost her balance. Ivy was wide eyed as she and Jimin turned to look at the falling Inha, mid-hug. It was as if she was falling in slow motion. She closed her eyes, waiting to land on her face...

But then, she felt a pair of hands catching her mid fall. Her eyes were still closed but she knew who's body warmth she was sharing by his bitter-sweet dandelion smell. She slowly opened her eyes as the silent peace she had felt a minute ago quickly faded. And then, it was all chaos. The reporters started shouting and the camera flashes were insane.

But for Inha's eyes, only one reality existed, Jung Hoseok's beautiful brown eyes. She knew she shouldn't keep holding on, she knew he realised it too. But they held on for just a second longer. And then Ivy quickly helped Inha stand up. She did it so quickly that for a second Inha thought she was going to fall again.

Inha bit her lip, trying to avoid Hoseok's eyes as they were all led inside the venue.

-time skip-

"....And now!" Mr. Han said, his eyes glistening with excitement. "Now is finally the most awaited announcement. "The special price for the special actors!!! Who wants to know?"

Everyone cheered loudly, and hoots and whistles could be heard from the back too.

"The special gift is a one day trip to Jeju Island mountain resort! And now.... The special couples are.... Insu and Naeun!!!! And as it was a best friend featured in a movie, they're partners for the gift... are... Jehyun and Aera!!!"

Hobi and Inha, who played as Insu and Naeun, were shocked. So were Jimin and Ivy. All through their career, the highest they ever got was a special dinner or fan meet ups, but knowing that they are going onto an island for vacation was surprising for all four of them.

Mr. Han motioned them to come up the stage and Hobi nodded, standing up first. He was quick enough to offer his hand with a prince bow to Inha. "Don't want you falling for anyone else, Princess." he whispered in a soft voice and Inha blushed, her belly full of wild butterflies. They followed Jimin and Ivy to receive the gift.

Mr. Han stood there, holding a huge cardboard cutout that looked like a plane ticket. Trip to Jeju Island was written in big bold words.

"Thank you for working hard, I hope this movie will be a huge success." Mr. Han says and the actors bow, thanking him too.

For a picture, the photographers asked Mr. Han to stand in between with Inha and Hobi on his left and Jimin and Ivy on his right.

All four of them hoped to remember this vacation for their whole life.

And with what is coming for them, it will surely be memorable.
