I AM SO SORRY I THOUGHT I POSTED THIS THIS MORNING FUUUCCKKKK

"(Y/n)!" a voice said, and I turned, a looking down the stairs a little ways past a few other students making their way to school at the same ungodly hour that I was. I saw a head of blonde hair climbing the stairs quickly, and I paused, seeing now that it was Angelica.

"Oh..." I said as she caught up to me.

She put a hand on my shoulder, gasping for air as she hoisted her bag farther onto her shoulder. "You wanna walk to class together?" she smiled, and I got the same feeling as yesterday, as if I was lucky that she was smiling at me.

"Sure." I said, trying to smile back and finding that it had been much easier than I thought that it would be. We made it to the top of the stairs, Angelica talking the entire time about how yesterday she had tried and failed to find a weapon that matched her soul wavelengths. She said that all of them had been too distracted or something. That made me chuck a little because I could see why.

When we got to the classroom, we were informed that Stein wanted us to mingle and maybe find a partner if we hadn't already. I sat don at a desk next to Maka and Angelica sat next to me, sighing a little.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

She laid her head on the table. "If I can't find a partner, I can't graduate." She said.

"Ah." I said, looked at my book that I was reading, something on the different ways to do a solo fight with a Keshin. I set the book down, sighing and turning to the very defeated-looking Angelica. I still couldn't get used to the fact that she was Angelica's, the woman that had practically raised me, daughter.

"What about us?" I asked. I was instantly kicking myself in the brain afterwards for even thinking of the idea, and then I saw Angelica's face.

She looked ecstatic as if something wonderful had just happened like someone had purposed, and she threw her arms around me. "Thank you!" she said, nearly crushing all of the air from my lungs.

I tapped her arm as my face started turning blue from lack of oxygen. "Yeah... yeah... breathing..."

As it so happened, our soul wavelengths worked pretty good together, and we decided that it would be good to go on a mission. I thought that it was a little rushed, but, then again, I had gotten no souls, which meant I wasn't very close to graduating.

We picked something easy, and finished it quickly. I was actually surprised that it wasn't that hard to fight, well, seeing as I was just "sitting" there the whole time as Angelica did all the work killing the Keshin.

I transformed back into human form and took the red glowing soul into my hand. I looked at Angelica, and she nodded, smiling. I cautiously swallowed the Keshin egg and shivered as it went down. A moment later, I wanted another one. "That wasn't half bad." I said.

Angelica threw her arm around me. "We should go get ice cream, or something!" she said.

I shrugged. "Sure!" I said, a smile beginning to move its way over my face. We walked back into Death City, not far away (just the woods) and walked to a small ice cream shop. We got our different flavors, I got vanilla and she got grasshopper ((a/n: it's a kind of mint ice cream that is amazing. It doesn't have bugs in it. Don't worry but you should try it sometime. Send me a picture!)).

We continued walking through town, happy that we had the rest of the day off. This year we had class in the morning for two hours, and then we could go home after hunting a Keshin, or doing another class. If you hunted a Keshin, the next day you had that period off and could go home after class. It was nice.

I saw a small flower cart and smiled, running over to it. Nora, the woman behind the counter, was wrapping three different sets of roses while three figures stood in front of her.

"Nora!" I said, and ran around the counter to giver her a hug, almost sending white rose peddles everywhere.

"Child!" she scolded, hugging me back as she finished with the last bouquet of flowers. "Chill out." She said, laughing.

I looked up to see who the three figures were, and blushed a little as I saw the three guys. They were all holding the different bouquets of roses, their faces a little red as a little boy and his mom walked by, the small child saying something about the big kids having pretty flowers.

"O-oh!" I said, straightening as Angelica came over, her face bright with happiness. "Hey guys!" I said.

They all smiled, and then held out their bouquets.

"We all had the same idea." Soul said, glaring at the other two as he held out his white roses.

"I had it first." Black Star said, his roses a pretty yellow and slightly pink color. He pushed them a little farther out than Soul's, glaring at the other two with green eyes.

"I said symmetrical flowers." Kid said, sending death glares at the other two. "Roses, if grown correctly, which Miss. Nora can do, will be almost perfectly symmetrical." He said, holding his flowers out a little farther.

I took all of the roses, Angelica winking at me repeatedly from behind everyone, almost making me laugh. "Th-thank you." I said. I walked around the counter to stand next to Angelica. "I'll see you guys later." I said, my cheeks growing darker as Angelica leaned down and whispered something in my ear that I didn't want to repeat, even in my head.

I turned around, blushing madly, and grabbed a laughing Angelica's arm, pulling her in the direction of my house. We had spoken about if she should move out of her apartment into my house, and she had said it was way to big for her. Our house was big, and I knew that Atsuki and Rin wouldn't have a problem with it.

"We'll get your stuff tomorrow." I said, puling her faster as I became excited to show her around the house. We had moved over summer into a bigger house, and I loved it. It was in a nicer part of Death City, where hedges and flowers were trimmed to their full exquisiteness.

We reached my large house, and I ran up the steps, unlocking the door and pushing it open. "I'll show you the rooms you can choose from." I said, throwing my keys onto the table next to the door. I set the flowers on the kitchen table and smiled at Rin who was cooking.

"(Y/n)!" she said, gaping at the three bouquets. "Choose already! We don't so many flowers!" she said, gesturing at the forty or so other vases in the kitchen alone that were full of different kinds of flowers.

"Go away Rin!" I said, making her laugh.

Rin waved a little at Angelica, and my new partner bowed. "(Y/n)'s friend?" she asked.

"Partner." Angelica said, straightening.

Rin smiled. "That's great." She said.

I tugged at Angelica's arm. "Come on." I said.

"Dinner in thirty!" Rin called to us as I dragged Angelica upstairs to look at the different rooms.
