When I woke up everything hurt and a bright light shone into my eyes. I groaned softly and sat up slightly finding myself in a hospital room. how did I get here? I looked around and saw cards next to me I picked a few up, my shoulder hurting. I wonder why?

I read a few of the cards one from my friends mum
"glad your safe, get better"
One from my parents
"take cate, sweatie"
And an un-named one that read
"sorry I'm not there doll. The police interrupted our time together so I had to run but I'll see you soon and I'll play with you a bit more~"
What did they mean? Then it all came back to me... My friends... The tree and... And that thing with no eyes. I started panicking a loud beeping from next to me and a nurse ran in to calm me.

I lay in my hospital bed, the room and word outside now dark I looked at the ceiling scared confused and in shock at everything.
The room seamed to get a bit colder and I sat up and looked around when an arm wrapped around my waist and something covered my mouth and nose causing me to slip into the familiar state of unconscious.
When I woke once again I was in a new, dark room a think metallic smell making me gag. As my eyes adjusted to the darkness I saw shelves with jars of what seamed to be organs and a small cooling box leaking blood. I felt sick and scared.

Who had brought me here?

Why?

What did the want?

Just as I started questioning everything footsteps sounded outside the room and the door unlocked. The figure walked in shut the door again and turned on a small light. The familiar thing loomed over me and smirked "hello pet, " he smiled "you look delicious" he chuckled to himself and kissed my neck, I cringed and tryed to move away. He held me in place. He stabbed me with a needle in one arm injecting something that made my arm numb before he bit my shoulder with his razor teeth.
I let out a small wince the numbness taking away most of the pain. He soon let go and licked his lips and my shoulder.
