At Nari's home...

"Mom, I am back," I said.

"Honey, you are back! How was your first day?" She asked from the kitchen.

"It was fine, mom," I said flopping on the couch.

"Just 'fine'?" She asked.

"Yes Mom, just 'fine'," I said.

"Something happened at work?" She asked.

"Their manager is asking me to move there," I said.

"So? What's the problem? Aren't boys treating you well?" She asked.

"Yes Mom, they are treating me well but I can't leave you alone here, so I said no about moving there," I said.

"Give me your phone, Nari," she said.

"Why?" I asked.

"Give me your phone, Choi Na Ri," she said my full name, shit! Am I dead?
I handed her my phone and she dialed someone's number,
"Hello Mr. Kim, I am Nari's mother," she said.

"But, mom-" I tried to say but she kept her free hand on my mouth.

"Yes, I am doing fine. I called you to tell you that Nari will be shifting there next week," she said and I widened my eyes, she can't do this to me. I wanna stay home and help her.

"No no, I'll be fine alone," she said.

"Okay, thank you Mr. Kim good-bye," she said and hung up.

"No more discussion on this topic, Nari. Things got settled between me and Mr. Kim," she said looking pissed. It's better if I stay quite and obey her, my mom's anger is dangerous.

"Okay, mom," I said.

Next morning...

Knock knock

Looks like somebody is at the door, so I went to open it,

"Suho oppa?" I asked confused.

"Remember we made plans for today about getting coffee together?" He said showing his cute smile.

"Oh god! Yes sorry, I almost forgot about it. Give me 5 minutes," I said and he nodded.

"Nari, who's-" my mom came, " oh what a handsome man, is he your boyfriend, Nari?" My mom asked making me and Suho blush in deepest shade of red.

"We are just friends," I and Suho said in unison still red as ever.

"Alright, alright, why don't you come in dear," my mom said to Suho and he nodded.

"Hello, I am Kim Jun Myeon," Suho said, I wonder why he didn't introduce himself as Suho.

"I know you, you are Suho of EXO," my mom said which made me and Suho shocked.

"Mom, how did you know?" I said.

"I am not you, Nari. I like listening to K-pop," she continued,"make yourself comfortable dear," she said to Suho and went to her room. Wow, can't believe I am the only weird one here, how can my own mom betray me?

I looked at my side and saw Suho grinning.
"What are you grinning at?" I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"Your mom is cool," he said.

"Yeah, yeah you are saying this cause she knew you and I didn't," I said narrowing my eyes at him.

"Well that's the honest statement, but it was more cool to come across someone who didn't had any idea about who I was," he said smiling at me and my heart started racing.

What's wrong with these boys? Why do they always make me flustered?
