Mirushi and Konohamaru dropped off the supplies they collected.

"Alright!" Saniko clapped her hands together. "Ebisu and I will take turns keeping watch. We're going to split into groups of two per tent. Konohamaru and Udon will share, since they are both boys. Moegi and Miyi. Hanabi and I. Mirushi, you'll be sharing with the princess. Ebisu, you're sleeping on the floor. You will NOT share a tent with anyone. You pervert!"

Mirushi glanced over at the princess, who was already glaring.

Mirushi struggled setting up the tent alone, all the while listening to the princess complaining.

The tent was about to topple over for the third time, but someone caught it.

She looked up and saw Konohamaru.

He smiled, before helping her set up, Miyu and Tumoro staring enviously.

After setting everything up, everyone head to the tents to sleep. Mirushi distanced herself from the princess, so she was closer to the opening, and Tumoro was near the back.

Mirushi said goodnight to her fellow comrades, before laying down on her futon, and falling asleep.

The brunette was woken by shuffling noises inside the tent. She opened one eye and saw the princess stealthily sneaking out of the tent, looking around warily.

Mirushi slowly lifted herself up from her futon, joints cracking. She got up and put on her sandles, exiting the tent.

She saw Ebisu sleeping, and she smiled, seeing Saniko in the tent instead of watching.

Mirushi looked around, her colour-changing eyes catching the princess walk through towards the water. Mirushi followed as quietly as possible.

She saw the princess go into the waterfall. Mirushi followed again. There was a cave behind.

Mirushi heard voices, and hid behind a rock with a good view of the princess.

"Tumoro-sama, you know there's no reason to use that form in front of me," a tall man who Mirushi couldn't exactly identify as, told the princess.

A cloud of smoke covered the princess' figure. A woman with long black hair and pale skin, with dark grey eyes stood there instead. Mirushi clamped her hand around her mouth to conceal her squeak of surprise and pain.

This was the woman who killed her brother.
