Ashton pov

I was going to get that fucker fired and in jail. How dare he touch my daughter. How dare he even think about it. I barged straight into the headmaster's office.

"Is this the school that you're running? Is that what going right under you?"

"I'm sorry what's wrong?"

"One of your staff just assaulted my daughter."

"I'm sorry, I wasn't informed. Who's your daughter and who are you?"

"Sophie Walker and I'm Dr. Ashton Walker."

"I'm sorry Dr.Walker, please take a seat and can we please not make a big deal out of this?"

"What the fuck are you talking about? One of your teachers just slapped and choked my daughter to the point she couldn't breathe and is still sobbing and you're saying to not make a big deal out of it? Are you fucking crazy. I've already called the police They'll be here any second." Just then, The door opened. Two female officers and one male officer walked in.

" I'm officer Williams and with me are officers Claire and Serena. We were called here for an assualt by Michael Daniel."

Officer Williams left after the introduction.

"I called you, the man assaulted my daughter."

"Where's your daughter?" The female officer asked.

"I'll come with you." They followed me and we walked there.

"Is she with a trusted adult?"

"She is."

"Does she have any bruises?"

"Yeah, she has a hand mark on her cheek and fingers on her neck from the choking."

"I'll need to take her statement at the station alone and take pictures of the bruises. I'm really sorry that happened to her."

"Thank you just make sure he doesn't even think about hurting someone ever again please."

"Officer Williams is with him right now and we'll make sure of that. I have a daughter too we'll make sure he rots in prison."

We opened the door. Sophie was crying again hugging Mr. Radford and Parker was rubbing her back.

"What happened?"

"He came here, the officer caught him before he could do anything but he was shouting at her. Horrible things." Parker said.

"Soph, lovie come here it's okay." She hugged me, sobbing.

"I'm sorry Dad."

"Why are you sorry?"

"I was rude to him. If I had not been you wouldn't be here right now."

"Baby, listen to me you did nothing wrong here okay? I'm so proud of you for standing up for yourself."

She sniffed and left the hug.

SOPHIE POV

"Hey Sophie, I'm officer Serena."

"Hi."

"I need to take your statement of what happened and pictures of the bruises okay?"

"Here?"

"At the police station."

"Can we do that later?"

"I'm afraid we can't. You need to come there now."

"Will I need to see him?"

"I'll make sure you don't have to."

"Can I come with dad?"

"Of course."

She thanked Parker and Mr. Radford and we walked out. Everyone was staring. She immediately ran out. I followed her and when I saw her she was holding her chest and swaying. She was about to black out. I ran to her and caught her saving her head.

I knew stress was the reason for her passing out. I sat her in the passenger seat laying it down and sat in the drivers seat starting the car. She woke up.

"What happened?"

"You blacked out baby."

"Where are we going?"

"As you wish. We can go to the police station and get it over with or we can go home do whatever and go to the station later."

"Let's get it over with then."

He drove there staying quiet. I didn't want to talk and he understood that. He parked the car.

"You'll have to be alone while giving the statement."

"Can't you be there?"

"I'm afraid I can't."

"My neck hurts."

"The bruise is swelling a bit. I'll give you Tylenol at home."

I nodded and we went in. The officer took me inside and took a few photos and recorded while I told her the whole incident. I felt tired I wanted to cry and scream.

"You can go now. Thank you."

"Do I have to come again?"

"I'll try to avoid that as much as I can."

"Please don't let him be around kids again."

"We'll make sure of that don't worry."

I walked out and there I was faced with him. Dad was nowhere to be seen.

"Sophie please forgive me I'll go away. Please don't do what you're doing."

"I won't." I took a step back.

There was not one police officer in sight. Serena was still inside. He took one step closer and was about to hit me again when a hand stopped him. Dad. He kicked him in the stomach multiple times till he fell down and continued.

"Don't you fucking even think of my daughter again." He shouted.

A police officer came just then.

"I wanna press charges. He assaulted me." He said still laying on the floor.

"Grow the fuck up."

After that, we went home. I just straight went up to my room. I needed to cry and just be alone.
