The next morning, You slowly woke up and looked outside the cave and saw that it was now light out. Suddenly, you felt something warm and soft. You turned your head and saw Sonic was waking up at the same time.

He had his arms around you and he seems to be lifting his head from your shoulder. When you both looked at each other, you both gasped loudly and quickly moved away from each other.

"S-Sorry about that Y/N. You were cold last night and I-I...uh...wanted to help you stay warm." Sonic felt embarrassed as he says this.

Last night even with the campfire still going, Sonic's ears twitched as he heard you shivering. You held onto yourself as you tried to warm yourself.

Sonic started to feel bad since there was no blankets to cover you with. He quietly walked towards you, lays down and wraps his arms around you. You soon stopped shivering and held onto Sonic for warmth.

Sonic blushed at this and held you tight as he went to sleep.

That morning, you were looking away from each other until Silver said, "We need to find the Emerald fast. I'm getting hungry."

"The food is at the plane but we can't stop now. We'll have to keep going." Tails said.

"Well let's get going so we can eat as well." Knuckles said as he starts walking.

You and the others began to follow him. You all continued to walk up the mountain but suddenly you spotted something up ahead. You rushed up a bit and noticed a snowman just sitting there.

"Aww. What a cute little snowman." Y/N said.

"How is there a snowman here anyway? There's like nobody here." Knuckles said.

"Maybe someone got bored and made one while they were up here and must of left it." Silver said.

"Hey look!" Tails pointed at the Chaos Emerald that was replaced for a button in the middle of the stomach. The Chaos Emerald he pointed at was blue.

"Finally! We found another one and it was easy!" Sonic said but before he could grab it, a hand grabbed his arm, making him jump in surprised.

"Huh?!"

He was suddenly thrown back and you all gasped.

"Sonic!"

You all looked at the snowman and saw that he was alive. He started to grow gigantic size and roars loudly.

"Great...now we have to deal with Frosty the Snowman here." Knuckles said.

You felt so scared when suddenly Silver levitated you to a nearby tree.

"Stay there!" Silver said as they began to fight the snowman.

As the snowman roared, icicles started raining down at them as they dodged it. Sonic forms into a ball and spins through the snowman which only made a hole in his stomach.

The snowman grew his stomach back and started swinging his arms at him. The snowman took off his head and threw it like a bowling ball which was heading towards Knuckles and Tails.

They quickly jumped out of the way and Knuckles tries to punch it but then the head came back and knocked him over. The snowman puts his head back on as Tails took out his lazer cannon and zapped the snowman's arm but he only grew another arm.

Silver flies towards him and was about to use his telekinesis to stop him but the snowman grabbed him and roared at his face which made his freeze.

"S-S-So...c-c-c-cold..." Silver said in a shivering voice.

"How are we gonna stop this thing!?" Knuckles asked.

Sonic suddenly had an idea.

"Tails! Turn your Lazer to high and shoot the Emerald!"

"What!? Are you crazy!?"

"Just trust me!" Sonic said.

Tails zapped the Emerald which made it glow. It started to heat up as the snowman started to melt. The snowman started to scream as it starts shrinking. Once it was melted, the Emerald stopped glowing and fell into the snow. Silver levitated you back now and grabs the Emerald.

"Nice work guys." Silver said.

"Now we can finally get out of the cold." Knuckles said.

They headed down towards the plane and climbed inside to get ready.

"Where to next? Sonic asked.

Tails looked at his locator and then looks at Sonic.

"Well....um...." Suddenly Tails grabbed a needle and stabbed Sonic in the leg, injecting him with some serum.

"Ow! What are you..." Sonic suddenly felt dizzy and passes out.
