Sarge: that's why I do it three times a day 40 squats, 25 sit-ups and 62 pushups, heck I even force other people to take it as well.. sometimes twice the amount I do.

Belle: um.. while that's good over doing your exercising can cause harm to your body, so it's better to find your own rhythm of exercise and not to go overboard with it, it also helps to drink plenty of water and have healthy balanced food diet.
