"Everything is just fine." Rouge says.

I'm doubting that. "Ok..." I respond. "But uh- why were you so upset a moment ago..?" The sexy lady asks. SHE'S NOT SEXY!! SHE'S MY BEST FRIEND, YOU DAMN PERVERT!!! I responded with; "I was a bit nervous about what you would think, Rouge. I'd never want you to think less of me." That's not WRONG, but I don't want HER to know that!

"Awwww..! That's adorable!" Rouge squeals and hugs 'me'. She squeezes me so hard. I... I can't..! U-Ugh! Haha! My turn! Ugh! I'll be back, bitch!

Shadow's P.O.V

He's gone... for now. I have my body back. Yes!!! I was busy celebrating in my head, so I was too numb to feel the squeeze. Not that that's a BAD thing. It really isn't, is it? Shut up! No one WANTS you here! He makes some growling noises in my head and the voice vanishes.

After a while, Rouge broke the hug. She looked down at me, and I looked up at her. I decided to say something while I had the chance. "I need help." I say, talking to both of them, but looking at Rouge.

Sonic's P.O.V

"I need help". Wait- what?? Shadow NEVER admits he needs help! He must really need it this time... but, with what? "With what?" Me and Rouge unintentionally asked at the same time. Guess she thought it was weird too...

And, to our surprise, Shadow actually crawled off Rouge's lap and snuggled in next to her. I sat down on the other side of him and rubbed his head. "Hey, hey, what's the matter?" I ask him. He sighs in response and his ears lower. "There's this- thing.. in my head... a voice." A voice? "It tells me to do things... but I don't listen. And when I don't listen, which is always, he'll take control and trap me in my subconsi- sub- subcon- ...you know what I mean." He says sadly, sighing at himself for not being able to correctly pronounce the word 'subconscious'.

Rouge rubs Shadow's head as well, making the young hedgehog hum contently. "Ok...so THAT is a problem." I say, looking down at Shadow. "Mhm... what do I do..?" He's asking ME for advice?! Why ME?! "Well- uh-" I try to answer, but Rouge cuts me off. "Well... what kind of things does the voice tell you to do..?" She asks hesitantly.

Shadow leans into her hand, which is still rubbing his head. "Kiddy things..." He says. "You mean childish things?" I correct his grammar with a chuckle. The young tot's cheeks turn faintly pink as he slowly nods at my correction, slightly turning he head away from me. "Y-Yeah... that... He tries to get me to act like a little baby." Me and Rouge chuckle, slightly amused. Each of us scoots a little closer to Shadow. I wrap an arm around his shoulders while Rouge rests her hand on his head, rubbing it a little.

Shadow's P.O.V

Uh- what? I mean, I know I need this comfort and all... it's just a bit awkward. "Well... don't worry about it, Shadz... We'll help ya out..." Sonic says comfortingly, rubbing my head. "Yeah, Handsome... if anyone can help you out, it's us." Rouge reassures, massaging the scalp under my quills with her hand, moving them in a way that gives me a comfortable tingly feeling.

Their rubbing made me feel warm inside, and I hummed in satisfaction. They must've noticed 'cause they didn't stop, and even got the perfect spots. I tried not to, I really tried to hold back, but I accidentally let out a low purr.

Rouge and Sonic snickered and giggled a little, making me turn red. "Awww... does baby Shadow like head rubs?~" Sonic teased. I made the 'hmph' sound. "I'm not a baby..." I replied with a mumble. "No... but you look like one.~" Rouge teased, gently pinching my cheek, being extremely gentle, causing me no pain, but embarrassment.

I blushed a light pink. Rouge immediately let go and stroked my cheek gently then pecked it. Wait- PECKED it!? I turned bright red and turned my head away. Rouge just went back to massaging my scalp. It didn't make the blush go away, but it made me purr, and boy did they love that.

Sonic starts to rub behind my ear in this specific spot, making my purrs louder. I even made a sound of satisfaction. Like an 'mmmm..~' sound. Wait- what's that called again..? A moan. Shut up! I wasn't TALKING to you! I was talking to the comment section! Yeah, yeah, whatever... It was still a moan. No one likes you ANYWAY! I mentally stick out my tongue.

Anyways... I made a KINDA moan sound at that action. Hehe. Shut UP! Ok, so maybe it WAS a moan... but, whatever. The pressure felt amazing... who knew that they had such amazing hands..? They kept rubbing and I felt like jello. I was moaning a little every once in a while, with my mouth CLOSED of course, but mostly purring from their soft hands. They both chuckled softly at me.

Sonic finished chuckling first. "So... you're not a baby?" He smirked at me and I shook my head. "Nuh-uh." Fuck... I gave the worst answer ever... HA! Shut UP!! God, does that guy ever go away? Sonic chuckled again. "Oh? No, you're not, huh..?" He raised an eyebrow playfully, making me curl slightly in my insecurities.

I gave him a nervous look. "N-No... No, I'm not... I-I'm just an adult stuck in an unfortunate situation." I replied in a childish tone that wasn't all that convincing. "Mhm... riiight..." He chuckles again. I looked down in shame, my ears lowering. Sonic sighed and rubbed my ears. I emitted a low hum at that.

Sonic smiled softly and chuckled lowly. As he used his thumb to rub my forehead, his wrist and finger were gently pushing my ears forward. It felt amazing... his hands on my head- like the god of massages! Of course, I'd never say that to his face, but I can in my head. No, but I can say it to his face. You wouldn't DARE...

Rouge cleared her throat, getting our attention. "Huh?" Me and Sonic said in unison, looking at the bat. Rouge sighed. "Look, this is cute and all, but I don't want to lose my best friend to a baby-like head psycho." Hey! Heeheehee. And THAT'S why she's more tolerable than the others. The voice growls in my head, but disappears.

Sonic nodded. "Right, right... I don't wanna lose my rival, either. I mean, he's cute and all, but-..." He looks at me. "I... kinda need him. And he's kinda my friend, even though he says we're not... I care about him." He says, stroking my quills. A very slight smile crawled up my muzzle while I looked at him.

Rouge taps her chin and then puts her hand at her side, seemingly having an idea. "We need to tell everyone else." I immediately said- "WHAT?!" -way too loud... Rouge grunted and pressed her ears against her head. I immediately covered my mouth. And breathed out a little; "Sorry..." She sighed; "It's ok..." She smiled at me and booped my nose gently, making me flinch and close my eyes, causing her to giggle, and a faint pink to cross my muzzle.

She smiled innocently at me. "Everyone else will be able to help by coming up with ideas. Plus, they can help babysit and watch him. Tails could also build a machine that might help." Rouge explains. "That... actually sounds like a good idea! It's only about- wait, what time is it?" Sonic agrees.

Rouge checks her phone. "It's 10:48 AM. Why?" She questions. "We can invite them all over here now!" My rival beams. WHAT?!  Me and the voice mentally yell at the same time.

Looks like me and the voice can agree on ONE thing...
