When they returned to The hotel sonic's introduced Emily to his friends. At first Amy wanted to beat her into the ground because she thought that she was going to take sonic away from her. But when sonic explained that Emily was his adoptive sister she Calmed down.

A little later after Emily had gotten acquainted with everybody, she noticed the way that Shadow was looking at Sonic and a smirk appeared on her face. She then walked over to shadow and he didn't seem to notice that she was there until she spoke.

(Emily) You like my brother Sonic don't you?

(Shadow) W-What?! I-I mean!

Shadow was stumbling over his words trying to Think of an excuse. He didn't want a single person to know about his feelings towards his blue rival. Emily just shook her head and smiled. But what Emily said next definitely shocked him.

(Emily) you can't hide your feelings from me Shadow. Just because we just met doesn't mean that I can't read your emotions. You could have a blank face and I would still be able to read your emotions like a book.

Shadow was shocked at this information. He didn't want her to spell any information about his feelings towards Sonic! Shadow couldn't take the look that she was giving him anymore and decided to finally fess up.

(Shadow) Fine, I admit it! I'm in love with faker! You happy?!

(Emily) Yes. Yes I am.

Shadow was in the room he shared with Sonic and Silver. He had called Sonic earlier to tell him that he wanted to talk to him alone and now they were in their shared room.

(Sonic) What did you want to talk to me about Shadow?

Shadow didn't know what to say. His words for cotton in the back of his throat. He was so confused he had to fuck someone and he dangerous in someway to even say horrifying Villains and creatures. Why in the name of chaos couldn't you tell blue speed demon how he felt for him?!

But it wasn't just that that was making it hard for him. What if Sonic didn't feel the same way? How was that affect their friendship? Well there was only one way to find out.

(Shadow) S-Sonic I- [sigh] I like you.

When Sonic heard Shadow say this, he immediately blushed like crazy. He was so red he was almost as red as Knuckles!

(Sonic) D-Do you mean as in 'as a friend' or-

Sonic didn't have to finish his sentence. The look on Shadow's face said it all. The blush on Sonic's face had darkened and as he looked away he prepared himself to tell Shadow the truth.

(Sonic) T-To be honest... I-I actually feel the same way...

Shadow was shocked. The fact that his crush Felt the same way was both a shock and a relief to the ultimate life form. But then a smirk appeared on shadow's face as he abruptly grab the upper half of Sonic's arms and forced him against the wall. Sonic was frozen with shock. But what surprised him the most was what Shadow did next. The black and red hedgehog KISSED HIM!

After a couple of seconds Sonic had melted into the kiss. The moment felt so magical to them to the point where they never wanted it to end. Unfortunately though they needed air and so they parted from the kiss.

(Shadow) I love you my beautiful blue sea-fei.

(Sonic) I love you too Shady.
