Last Time on Sonic Railgun.........

"I am so in trouble. SO in trouble." Said a male voice within the blue blur.

It picked up its speed as it ran up and across more buildings before anyone would notice. It finally ran up a tall building and landed on the 14 floor on a balcony. It quickly open up the slide doors and got back inside.

The being begin to tip toe in the room as he was trying to be sneaky. The room lights were off at the moment. Just before he could let out a relax breath, the lights turned back on.

When the lights came on, it revealed the mysterious creature. A talking walking blue hedgehog with green emerald eyes. He has white gloves on his hands and is wearing red sneakers on his feet. Sonic The Hedgehog.

'Uh-oh...... I am busted.......' Thought Sonic.

"And just where were you Sonic?" asked a male voice.

Sonic turned around to the direction of that voice. He had chestnut hair and blue eyes. He is wearing a t-shirt that has the words 'The Need for Speed!' on it. He has blue jeans on and white sneakers on his feet. Alan Misaka

"Um......... I was out for a quick little run in the city....." Said Sonic.

"You stop a bunch of thugs didn't you?" asked Alan with a sigh.

".....Yeah." Said Sonic.

"Sonic, we have been over this before. It is too dangerous for you do stuff like that. What if you got spotted and discovered by the any citizens?" Said Alan.

"I know. I am always careful." Said Sonic.

"I just don't think you get it." Said Alan as he let out a stress breath. "Look Sonic. Ever since I found you, I made a promise to keep you existence a secret from everyone. Even from my own family."

"I know......" Said Sonic.

"And you knows what will happen if you get captured right? Those higher ups would want to take you apart to see how you whole speed power works." Said Alan.

"I know......" Said Sonic

"And if that were to happen..... We would have to use one of these to escape." Said Alan as he pulled out the bag that he was given by that owl years ago. He pulled something out of it and it was a small gold ring.

He tossed the ring into the air. The ring suddenly got bigger and what appeared inside of it was the Africa lands. After a few minutes, the ring disappeared.

"..... I wish there was a way I could not have to always hide." Said Sonic.

"I know Sonic......... And I wish I didn't have to keep lying to my family about this biggest secret. But I am doing all I can to protect you Sonic." Said Alan.

"I know that Alan. And I am grateful for that." Said Sonic.

"Thanks. Why don't we eat something for dinner here?" asked Alan as he begins to pull out some food from the fridge.

"Count me in!" Said Sonic as they begin to have a nice little meal together.

Uiharu was saved by the mysterious blue blur. Saten has heard rumors of the mysterious blue blur. Uiharu and her friends are beginning to wonder who or what the blue blur really is. The blue blur was none other that Sonic. Alan has been doing his best to keep Sonic existences a secret for years.

Alan Apartment.........

The two boys had a nice meal together. Alan had a cheese sandwich while Alan fixed Sonic some Chili dogs. And oh boy.... Sonic ate all of those Chili dogs in about 0.002 seconds.

"Haaaa.... That hit the spot." Said Alan.

"Burrrrp! Excuse me." Said Sonic.

"It has been nearly over about 9 years since I fist meet you Sonic." Said Alan as he recalls the year he meet the day he meet Sonic.

"Yeah. And you did everything you could to keep my existence a secret." Said Sonic.

"Yeah....... that night, I had to be extra sneaky when trying to sneak back into my room without my family knowing I was outside for a while." Said Alan.

Flashback....9 years ago....

The 4 year old Alan slowly opened up a window into his bed room. He peaked his head in and look left and right to make sure no one was in there.

"Looks like the coast is clear......." Alan said to himself.

Alan slowly begin to enter through the window, carrying the young Sonic and the bag the owl gave him in one hand. Alan then gently placed Sonic on top of his bed.

Alan then looked at the bag in his hand. He slowly open it up and pulled out something from it. A small golden ring.

"A ring?" said Alan. He looked inside of the bag and saw that their was a ton of golden rings in it. And a note in there.

Alan pulled out the note. "Instructions on how to use the rings. Step one, pick a ring. Step two, think of a place you want to go to. Final step, throw the ring." Said Alan.

"Okay....... I always want to see....... Antarctica." Said Alan. He tossed the ring into the air. The golden ring got bigger and showed the Antarctica background. This first try on it caused Alan to fall to his butt in total shock. Alan watched the ring portal slowly getting smaller and then disappearing forever.

"What the......" Said Alan. He then heard a groan from the sleeping Sonic.

He watched the little hedgehog slowly sitting straight up and yawning at the same time. The little hedgehog rubbed his eyes before opening his eyes. When he saw Alan in his line of eye sight, he didn't know what to do.

"Uh.........meow?" said Sonic.

".........AHHH!" Said Alan with a small scream.

"AHHH!" Said Sonic as he screamed a little bit as well. Fearing that the screaming might wake everyone up, Alan quickly covered up Sonic mouth.

"Phew......." Said Alan as he didn't hear any noises of his parents waking up from outside of his room.

Sonic removed Alan hands from his mouth. "Who are you? Where am I?" said Sonic.

"Whoa whoa there buddy. Try to calm down." Said Alan.

"Where is Longclaw? Where is she?" Asked a nervous Sonic.

"Longclaw?......... Oh you mean that owl. She just handed me you and the bag before diving back into that portal to fight against what I could saw, some robots." Said Alan.

"No....... its all my fault." Said Sonic.

"Why do you say that?" said Alan.

"Longclaw always say there are people out their that will be people after my powers." Said Sonic.

"What powers? You are just a.... ordinary hedgehog." Said Alan.

Sonic raised an eyebrow to what Alan said. Then suddenly, Sonic begin to run around Alan in a extremely speed that makes Sonic look like a blue blur. At the same time, Alan was extremely surprised by this.

Sonic then stopped runing and appeared back on Alan bed. "You were saying?" said Sonic.

"You just.......... ran at impossible speeds. How is this possible?" asked Alan.

"I don't know. Longclaw always says that my powers are a gift." Said Sonic.

"I guess you are special. I wish I was like you........ I don't have any powers and yet my older sister does." Said Alan with a sad look on his face.

"What do you mean?" Asked Sonic.

"There are people that are called Espers. They all start getting their powers at a young age. Those who don't have Esper powers are Non-Espers. I am one of them, the Non-Espers AKA Level 0." Said Alan.

"Do you hate your sister?" asked Sonic.

"No..... more like......... disappointment. Ever since she got her powers, I always felt like I am in my sister shadow. And because she is older than me by one year, she always keeps telling me things like 'Alan don't do that, let you big sister handle it', 'Alan, be careful that is sharp to touch',  or 'Alan just sit down and let me take care of it'." Said Alan as he repeats the words that his sister would say to him.

"Wow......" Said Sonic.

"And at school, the bullies there always make fun of me of how I am an embarrassment to my sister for not having any Esper powers. I always try to not make a deal about it or just act like I am not sad at all when my sister finds out. Because everything those guys said was true and I don't want to do anything that might prove their point. But when your friend handed me tonight, I felt like I had a purpose. Something that only I can do...... That is why I decided to keep your existence safe away from everyone.... even my own family." Said Alan.

"Well... okay. I am Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog." Said Sonic as he had his hand out for a fist bump.

"My name is Alan Misaka. Nice to meet you Sonic the Hedgehog." Said Alan as he did a fist bump with Sonic

Present Day.............

"Every since then, I had to make sure you were hiding from everyone that could have come into my room." Said Alan. "Though, I was still upset when you decided to follow me to school from time to time back then."

"I was curious what your school was back then." Said Sonic.

"Uh-hu. And somehow, you made those bullies shoes tied in a way that every time they take a step, they keep falling to the floor." Said Alan as he recalls one day at school where the bullies shoes were tied together.

"What can I say? I did it before they could even blink." Said Sonic.

"Yeah......... It was surprise at first but I knew it was you that did it back then. I knew only someone very fast could have done something like that." Said Alan.

"Yeah but at least the bullies got the payback they deserve right?" asked Sonic.

"Yep.....Let me guess. You want to go on a night run tonight right?" Asked Alan.

"Yep." Said Sonic.

"Fine. But at least wear a jacket or something to hide your true identity when you are taking a break from you runs." Said Alan.

Academy City........... Night Time...........

"Why a green jacket? It clashes with the color of my quills." Said Sonic as he is wearing small green rain jacket with a hood. Luckily for him, the hood was stretchable enough to cover his entire head and the jacket is big enough to cover at least his blue fur arms and legs.

"Well, it doesn't matter." Said Sonic before he begins to run at extremes speeds. He begins to run across the streets as their was hardly any people there.

Just as he turns a corner on a street, he heard the sounds of explosion. He turned around and went to where sound came from. Sonic ran up top of a building to look down to see the park called 'Nature Park'

He sees a Mikoto Misaka and her friends surrounded by what looks like a group of armed soldiers and two people inside of exoskeleton suits. Those suits are twice as tall as a person and the hands are claw like. The pilot seat was in the middle of the suit and it was surrounded by a thick protective glass. Each suit and the soldiers had a symbol on them that a red 'E' with a slash on it.

"What do you want with us?" asked Mikoto.

"Your death." Said a solider point his gun at the four girls.

"We didn't do anything wrong! All we were doing is looking clues about the blue blur." Said Saten.

"Saten! Be quiet!" Whispered Uiharu.

"It doesn't matter what your reasons are. You are all going to die here." Said a female solider.

"Don't you know who you messing with? You are dealing with two Judgment officers and a Level 5 Espers. So I suggest you back off before I call back up." Said Kuroko as she presented the Judgment badge on her solider.

"Don't care. We have been planning for this for years. And you or anyone else can't stop us!" Said a solider. "Fire!"

All the soldiers with guns begin to fire at the girls. Just before the bullets could even reach them, everything has slowed down to the point like time has stopped.

Sonic casually walks past the soldiers and walks up the girls. He noticed all the bullets that were about to kill them. He change the direction of each bullet downward.

Sonic then went to each solider one at a time and took their spare ammo clips and empty them. Spilling the unused bullets the ground. Sonic then went behind a tree to hide just in time for time to resume normally.

The bullets crashed into the ground, and not hitting any of the girls. When the soldiers noticed this, they try to get a new ammo clip to use for their guns but they saw it was empty. The girls are seeing this and are confused.

"What the heck!? What has happened to our ammo!?" said one of the soldiers.

"I don't know! And how the hell did our bullets missed the target?!" asked another soldier.

"If bullets won't work......... Exo soldiers! Crush them!" Said a third soldier.

The soldiers controlling the Exo suits begin to walk towards the girls. Just before the could attack them, a blue blur crashes into it legs, causing it to fall to the ground.

"What the?" said one of the soldiers.

"What was that?!" Said another soldier.

The blue blur came back and strikes at the remaining Exo suits, knocking them all to the ground. The blue blur begins to circle around each solider and strikes at them, knocking them out cold. The blue blur then begins to pick up each solider and stack them on top of each other in a dog pile.  The girls watch this all happening and they watch the blue blur leaving the area.

"Was that............That was the......." Said Mikoto.

"The Blue Blur! I knew the rumors about it was true!" Said Saten with a happy smile.

"It saved me again........ It saved all of us." Said Uiharu.

"But how was it able to do all that? It is scientifically impossible to run that fast." Said Kuroko as the recalls of how fast the blue blur was running at.

"I don't know Kuroko but what we just saw shatters everything we know so far." Said Mikoto.

"But more importantly..... who were these guys that tried to attack us?" asked Saten as she pokes one of the unconscious soldiers.

"I never seen them before. Or this logo........" Said Uiharu as she examines the logo on the soldiers outfits.

From on top of a building, Sonic was watching the girls examine his little handy work with taking out those bad guys. With a smile, he begin to run again, leaving the area without anyone knowing.

Sonic and Alan recall the night the officially talk to each other. It was the night were their lives will be forever changed. Sonic went outside during the night time to have a little run. He spotted Mikoto and her friends getting attack by some strange people. He was able to take them all out without exposing his existence to anyone. Who were those group of people and why did they seem like they were prepared for something?
