Last Time on Sonic Railgun........

"It is okay. But we got more important matters. The group that attack us was an organization called Anti-Esper." Said Alan.

"How come I never heard of them until now?" asked Uiharu.

"I read news and stories about them at first. About a small group that believes that all Espers should be wiped out off the Earth. But over the years, the group has gone dark and not a single news about them was announced ever since........." Said Alan.

"Until now. Why did they suddenly came back?" asked Saten.

"Simple. They must have been planning to attack all Espers for years in secret. They were prepared to deal with all Espers, including the seven Level 5 Espers." Said Alan.

"But they clearly weren't prepared for little ol me." Said Sonic as he did a spin dance before doing a cool pose.

"Obviously. They weren't expecting a fast hedgehog to beat some of their soldiers." Said Alan.

"What is the odd chance of Anti-Esper going to call quits?" Asked Kuroko.

"None. Most likely, their boss or leader might be planning to prepare for a all out attack on Academy City. When that happens, innocent people will get caught in the cross fire." Said Alan.

Mikoto placed her hand on his shoulder. "It won't come to that." Said Mikoto.

"I wish I could think that sis. But..... with the way these guys have been acting, they are clearly not going to take any chances or make any mistakes." Said Alan.

"Then we will all get ready for the upcoming fight." said Sonic with a confidant smile.

"You seem confidant that you can win Sonic." Said Kuroko.

"What can I say? I just keep moving forward without looking back. Besides, if I get the chance to face their boss, I might get some fun as I kick the guys evil butt." Said Sonic.

"Hehe. Your funny." Said Uiharu.

"Why thank you. I will be here all week." Sonic said.

"Alright. Lets get prepare for until Anti-Esper attacks us. They are going to pay for hurting my brother and his best friend Sonic." Said Mikoto as her bangs begin to spark with electricity in anger.

Unknown Location.......

"Get every weapons, tanks and vehicle we have ready for deployment. And have the soldiers get ready to attack Academy city on my signal." Said Esper Killer as he was pressing some buttons on a hologram screen.

"But sir..... May I ask why the sudden order?" Asked a Anti-Esper soldier.

"Because we are about to go into the final phase of our plan." Said Anti-Esper.

"But what about that..... blue creature? What do we do about it sir?" asked Anti-Esper.

Esper Killer stops pressing the buttons on his hologram screen and turns around to face the soldier. "Hahaha..... That little blue creature? Don't worry about it soldier. I already have a plan for that creature." Said Esper Killer.

"You do?" Asked The Anti-Esper Soldier.

"Yes. It is time I get to meet this little blue blur............ face to face." Said Esper Killer.

The girls have seen the unconscious states of Alan and Sonic. Uiharu was able to wake up Sonic. When Alan woke up, he and Mikoto argue for the very first time. From there, Alan told the whole truth about the secret he has kept from his sister for the past nine years. Esper Killer plans to have his soldiers to attack Academy City as soon as they are ready. Esper Killer is planning to meet Sonic face to face.

Judgement Office..........

"Where was Anti-Esper first discovered before they become what they are today?" asked Uiharu as she was typing some words onto her computer.

"Let me see........... If I recall, they first appeared about 7 years ago, in Tokyo." Said Alan.

"But they are in Academy City. How could they have gotten into here like that? Academy City security would have alert the presence of a intruder or a massive army trying to sneak in." Said Kuroko.

"Let me guess....... they must have used some way to avoid the security. " Said Sonic as he was suddenly standing on top of Kuroko head and leaning forward to look down when talking to Kuroko.

"Possibly...... " Said Kuroko. "Mind getting off of my head please." Sonic then speed to sit on the couch before she could even blink.

Suddenly a warning alert sound was coming from Uiharu computer. And it was extremely loud. "What's going on?" asked Saten.

"There is a report of someone causing destruction in the School District 15." Said Uiharu as he pulled up the report.

"I will call Anti-Skill and any available Judgment officers to get there as soon as they can." Said Kuroko as she pulled out her communication device.

"I will get there." Said Sonic as he begins to stretch his legs and arms.

"No Sonic. You need to just wait and stay here where it is safe." Said Mikoto.

Sonic just smirked before using his speed to run out of the room before they could stop him. The girls covered their eyes as they felt the intense winds that was formed as Sonic ran out of the room. Paper and pencils were scattered everywhere.

"Um..... Alan...?" asked Mikoto.

"Yes?" asked a nervous Alan with a sweat drop on the back of his head.

"Does your friend Sonic knows the meaning of waiting?" asked Mikoto.

"Unfortunately no......... He doesn't even know the definition of that word. He just can't stay still in one place for very long." Said Alan as he let out a stress sigh.

"I thought so...." Said Mikoto as she let out a sigh as well.

School District 15..............

The large shopping district of Academy City. It was Academy City's major shopping district. At the moment, that is not what is happening at the moment.

Their was tons of explosion and chunks of buildings falling to the ground. People were panicking as they were trying to run away from the being that was causing it all.

Stepping out of the cloud of smoke all villain like, it was Esper Killer. He pointed his finger at one of the running citizens and a small red beam fired at one of the escaping people legs. Esper Killer would have fired another small beam at the person head but something extremely fast snatch the person away and placed somewhere safe.

Esper let out a giggle before looking straight up. He saw the blue creature standing on a building rooftop, looking down at Esper Killer.

"Finally. You kept me waiting for quite a while. I was thinking you won't show up blue blur." Said Esper Killer.

"My name is Sonic. And who are you?" asked Sonic.

"Oh my. Where are my manners?" said Esper Killer with a mocking attitude. "I am called Esper Killer. The leader of the Anti-Esper organization."

"I am guessing you didn't get that name out of a cereal box." Sonic joked.

"Nope." Said Esper Killer as two Anti-Soldiers walked up next to their leader. Esper killed placed a hand on the soldiers stomachs and the soldiers fall the ground, unconscious. And the strangest thing is, Esper Killer suit begin to glow red for a few seconds. 

"But this might prove how I got my name." Said Esper Killer as metal suit left arm opened up to reveal a missile launcher.

"Uh-oh!" Said Sonic.

When Esper Killer fired a missile at Sonic, Sonic ran down the building just before the missile could strike at his previous location.

Sonic appeared infront of Esper Killer. "You don't mind if I ask you something do you?" asked Sonic.

"No, by all means. Ask away." said Esper Killer before firing about  10 missiles at Sonic.

Sonic begin to run around and dodge every missile that was coming at him. Sonic dodge the last missile and stop running and appeared on top of a street lamp. "How come Academy City didn't detect you or your army as you entered the city?" asked Sonic.

"I sent three drones in the airs above Academy City. They created a electromagnetic field that allowed me and the others to arrive undetected." Said Esper Killer.

"Others?" asked Sonic.

"I don't plan on just killing all the Espers and any friends you have. I plan to destroy, this entire putrid city!" Said Esper Killer as his shoulder armor open up to reveal a missile launcher underneath it and launched about 50 at Sonic.

"Missiles? Always with the missiles!" Said Sonic before running away from incoming missiles. 

Sonic continues to run away from the missiles and making the missiles hit something else instead like a trashcan or parts of the street. Sonic then curls up in his ball form and charges at Esper Killer. The moment Sonic crashed into Esper Killer, he sent him across the ground about 15 feet.

"How do you like that?" asked Sonic

Esper Killer only response was him clapping his hands together. "Splendid Sonic. In just about a few minutes in our fight, you were able to move me from my original spot by a few feet. But here is the thing, I never moved my feet once since I fought you." Said Esper Killer.

"What?!" asked Sonic. 

'Wait...... now that I think about it..... He never once took a single step during this entire fight. He just been launching his missiles at me during this entire fight!' Sonic thought.

"I forgot to ask but what did you do to your two members a few minutes ago?" asked Sonic.

"Nothing except draining them of all their negative emotions of Espers. And it is what fuels me and my suit. I thought of creating something that drives fear into Espers before I kill them. Tell me, what do you think?" asked Esper Killer.

"I give you a 8 out of ten for going with a demon look but a 2 for failing to strike me with fear and just using someone's else hate just to fuel you tin can suit." Said Sonic as he jokes with his answer.

"Hahaha. Laugh all you want but this suit is made to handle even the most strongest Esper attacks." Said Esper Killer.

"Why are you doing this? The destruction, hurting people? Why?" asked Sonic.

"Doing what no one else could. I am simply finishing what others failed to do. Destroy this putrid city." Said Esper Killer.

"But for what reason do you have to hurt or kill innocent people?" asked Sonic.

"They are just in the way of true justice." Said Esper Killer.

"Then explain to the confused hedgehog horn face." Said Sonic.

"When I was just a young child. I was there the thing that forever scared me for life. I saw a Esper destroy my house and my family. Even though that Esper was locked up, I never forgive that Esper. That is when it came to me. Espers are people. People can be corrupted. No one can fix this or cure the Espers of what they become or will become in the future." Said Esper.

"What are you trying to say horn face?" asked Sonic.

"Power can not be controlled. I know that since back then. It must be destroyed!" Said Esper Killer with a killing intent in his voice.

"No...." Said Sonic.

"That is why I came to the Anti-Esper group. They have the same vision as I do but never had the means to do it. That is why I became their leader and gather as many new members as I could and help them all prepare for this day. As this moment, the Anti-Esper are no longer a small group. It is a nation!" Said Esper Killer.

"I just prefer the small group!" Said Sonic.

"And when this city is burned to the ground, the world will understand that Espers must be eliminated. They will remember my organization sacrifice and the human gene pool will finally be free from all Espers for the next generations to come." Said Esper Killer.

Sonic narrowed his eyes at Esper Killer. He curled up into his ball form and Spin Dash at him. Esper Killer simply raised his hand and a white barrier stopped Sonic in his tracks. The moment Sonic ran into it, Sonic was bounced away from it.

"Sorry but this force field of mine was designed to handle even a certain electrometer signature attack." Said Esper Killer as he turned off his force field.

"Even if you what you're saying is true or not, you can't just kill innocent people!" Said Sonic.

"Who is really innocent or is not? There are tons of Esper organizations in this city that work with the dark side of this city. People who can't be touch by any law enforcers." Said Esper Killer. "Besides, you just might be like those Espers. You can' control your powers either."

"What are you talking about? I am doing just fine with my speed thank you." Said Sonic.

"Ahh.... but you always afraid right? afraid that even if you lost control of your powers, you might hurt someone. And you will be unable to bear the guilt of what you did and you will be alone forever...." Said Esper Killer.

"N-No...." Said Sonic as he was trying to not let his words get to him.

"Deep down, you know this but you don't want to accept it." Said Esper Killer.

"DO YOU ACCEPT THIS HORN FACE!?" asked a female voice. A large pile of metal beams was tossed at Esper Killer that pinned him up against a building.

Sonic looked behind him to see Mikoto walking to him. "What are you doing here? And how did you get here so quickly?" asked Sonic.

"I asked Kuroko to bring me here. She can teleport herself and anyone else or thing within a certain range. She and any other members of Judgment are helping the citizens evacuate from this district." Said Mikoto.

The metal beams suddenly exploded and Esper Killer walked out of the smoke explosion's. "Ahh... if it isn't the famous third rank Level 5 Esper Mikoto Misaka, also known as Railgun." Said Esper Killer.

"Careful, that guy is the leader of the Anti-Espers." Said Sonic.

"So you are the head honcho of Anti-Esper huh? So why don't you do just the right thing and surrender?" asked Mikoto as her hair bangs begin to spark. "Before you end up as a crispy mess."

"Ahh..... the inexperience. Thinking they can outsmart the more experience ones." Said Esper Killer. "You think one little evacuation in one district is going to make a difference?"

"What are you saying?" Asked Mikoto.

"No where in Academy City is safe right now." Said Esper as he snaps his fingers. Suddenly, in each ever district in Academy City, large explosions where heard everywhere. When the smoke cleared, their was a massive hole in each school district in Academy City.

Their was a sound coming from each hole. what came out of it was a futuristic helicopters.

At the bottom of each helicopters was ropes carrying the futuristic tanks the Anti-Espers have. The moment the tanks touched the streets, the ropes detached and the tanks begin to move through out the streets. As for the helicopters, they were striking at buildings and any people from the air. In just five minutes, their was tons of smoke and destruction happening everywhere in Academy City.

"What have you done!?" asked a angry Mikoto.

"I just started the final phase of my plan. The end of Academy City has begun!" Said Esper Killer as he suddenly begins to float in the air. 

"As much as I like to continue our little game, I must be going now. See you latter Sonic and Railgun! HAHAHAHA!!!" Said Esper Killer as he begins to fly away.

Mikoto let out a angry growl as she watched the monster fly away. Sonic looked angry as watched the person responsible for all this destruction in the city.

Sonic encounter Esper Killer for the first time. Sonic realized that Esper Killer plan was to wipe out all Esper of the face of the planet and destroy Academy City. Sonic is struggling to not let Esper Killer words get to him. Mikoto came just in time to get Esper Killer to stop creating doubt in Sonic. Esper Killer as launched his final phase onto Academy City. Will the city make through it or be burned to the ground?
