Last Time on Sonic Railgun........

"We are on a mission to stop Eggman from getting his hands on some powerful emeralds. We have two already. We will explain more after we stop all of these robots." Said Mikoto as she continues to slash the robots into pieces and free the animals inside of them.

"I see. Now lets reduce these robots to scrap metal!" Said Tempest before charging at more robots to smash.

After a while, they continue battle all the Badniks and freed all the animals inside of them. At the moment, they were kind of out of breath.

"Well.... that takes care of all of those robots..." Said a worn out Tempest.

"I don't think so..... I think.... there might be another one around here somewhere." Said Mikoto.

"And where would that be?" asked Knuckles.

Suddenly, something crashed into the ocean. It created a huge splash that made a wave come to the beach and get everyone soaked. The heroes quickly shake off the water to see something in the water coming to shore. They could see something huge beneath the water as it was heading towards them.

The thing in the water jumped out of the ocean water and landed infront of the heroes. It was a whole kind of new robot. It was three times bigger than them combined. It has a flaming sword in one hand and a massive cannon hand in the other. It had samurai like armor on its legs and arms. Its head resembles a knight helmet with glowing yellow eyes inside of it. On its chest was a circle glass dome.

"OH HOHOHOHOHOHO!" Said an all to familiar evil laugh. The glass dome slowly slide back into the robot to reveal Eggman in his Eggmoblie, controlling the robot.

"Oh come on....... Really? Him?!" said Mikoto.

"Eggman!" Said Sonic.

"Hello Sonic. I am back!" Said Eggman.

"Grr....... what does it take to get away from this guy?" asked Knuckles.

"So........ that is Eggman?" asked Tempest.

"Yep. He is really becoming a real pain in our butts. He is really hard to get rid of." Said Mikoto.

"So why are you here Eggman?" asked Knuckles.

"It is simple my dear Knuckles. To not only turn this lovely city into a station ground for my Eggman Empire but to finally get rid of Sonic and his friends in the process! And I build this robot to specially handle to eliminate you all. This is my newest robot, I call it the Egg Warrior!" Said Eggman.

Everyone got into a defense stance. The huge robot slashes its sword in the air before pointing its cannon arm at the group.

Sonic and his friends came to a populated area. They were hoping to ask the locals if they seen a Chaos Emerald before. But, no such luck. Then out of nowhere, Eggman Badniks begins to attack Station Square. His robots were being powered by small animals. Tempest the Dolphin came to help the heroes fight the robots. Just when they think it was over, Eggman appeared, in his new robot. Can they defeat Eggman and continue their search for the Chaos Emerald?

Unknown Location............

"Citizens are evacuating as they are trying to escape Station Square. About a few minutes ago, reports were that a Eggman ship had appeared over the beach, dropping his robots and destroying everything in sight." Said a female news reporter.

Somewhere in unknown location, it was dark and the only thing that was lighting up the room was the large monitor on the wall. Someone or someone's are watching the news.

"And I am getting reports of a blue hedgehog and a human girl and a echidna and a blue dolphin Mobian fighting against the robots while everyone is trying to evacuate. Wait....... wait are you sure? UM..... I am now getting a update that a giant robot has appeared on the beach and it would appear that Eggman is controlling it." Said the female reporter.

The being in the dark room pressed a button and the monitor turned off. The person narrowed its eyes from hearing that piece of news.

"Get the aircraft ready. We leave now." Said the person. It was the sound of a female. She turned around to other shadowy figures behind her. They nodded her head as they left the room to get some kind of aircraft ready.

With Tails and Alan............

"This way! Come on!" Said Tails as he pointed the citizens to get away from the beach.

Both him and Alan were still helping both the Mobians and humans evacuated from the beach. The citizens were still panicking. Heck, it is not just the people from the beach, but now it is also the citizens from the city as well.

"This way please! And no shoving each other please!" Said Alan as he tried to make sure no one is pushing against each other.

"Alan, how many people have we helped evacuated?" asked Tails.

"Um... I think I lost count after 1,000. And that is counting the Mobians and the humans together." Said Alan as he nervously admitted it.

"And we are no where near done yet. I just hope Sonic and the others are having a better luck than we are." Said Tails.

"Me too Tails. But I can't shake this feeling that they might have some trouble from where they are." said Alan.

"Same here." Said Tails as he looks back at the direction to the beach. He can't shake the feeling that Sonic and the others might be in trouble.

With Sonic...........

"OH HOHOHOHO!" Said a laughing Eggman as he swings his robot fire sword at the heroes. They either jumped or duck from the sword swings.

"Eggman, why do you always keep chasing after us? Haven't you learn by now that you are going to fail and get defeated like the past times already?" asked Mikoto before jumping away from a foot stop from the Egg Warrior.

"Oh trust me I do think that. But a true genius always has a back up plan for his plans. That is why I always create a new robot to prevent those mistakes again." Said Eggman.

He piloted his Egg Warrior to point his cannon arm at Knuckles. It fired out a large spiky cannonball at high speeds.

Knuckles had both of his hands out. He grabbed the spiky cannonball without touching the spikes. But the force of the cannonball pushed Knuckles back on the sandy ground a few feet.

"Grr..." Said Knuckles as he tried to dug his feet into the sand to stop moving.

"Knuckles!" Said Mikoto. She turned her Iron Sand Sword into its whip form and extended it to the spiky cannonball. She slashed the cannonball into tiny pieces.

"Phew........ thanks." Said Knuckles as he thank Mikoto for the help.

"You two stay back. Me and Tempest got this." Said Sonic as he ordered Mikoto and Knuckles to stay back for this upcoming battle.

"It is going to take more than a dolphin Mobian and luck to defeat me this time Sonic." Said Eggman.

"Hehe.... We will see about that Eggface." Said Sonic.

"Yeah. What he said." Said Tempest.

"Grrrr.............Take this Sonic!" Said Eggman as he swing his sword downwards at the blue hedgehog. Sonic causally steps to the side. The moment he did that, the sword get stuck in the sand.

"Grr... why you..." Said Eggman as he tries to pull the sword out of the sandy ground.

His sword just refused to come out. The metal plating on the robot left shoulder begins to open up, revealing an exhaust vent underneath it, as steam begins to come out of it.

"Oh.... I think I found your robots weak spot." Said Sonic before curling up into his ball form and begin to roll up the robots arm to the shoulder. Sonic then begin to homing attack the exposed shoulder.

The exhaust vent exploded, causing some damage to the robot arm. Eggman looked furious and looked at Sonic with a angry look.

"Why you.. Take this!" Said Eggman. He commanded his robot to point his arm cannon at the blue hedgehog.

He fired a glowing red cannonball at Sonic. Sonic stand still as the cannonball got closer with a smirk on his face. 

Just before it got near him, Tempest appeared infront of him and tail slap the glowing cannon ball back at the Egg Warrior.

The glowing cannonball was now heading to the other undamaged shoulder. It destroyed the armor metal plating and revealed another exhaust vent underneath it.

"You little......." Said Eggman as he swings his sword downwards at Tempest.

Sonic quickly runs to her and grabs her arm. In the process he curled up into his ball form with Tempest in it as well. The ball form bounced on the sandy ground and crashed right through the exhaust vent, damaging the cannon arm a little bit.

"No, no , no no! How I could I be losing?!" asked Eggman.

Sonic bounced back infront of Eggman robot and uncurled from his ball form. Tempest was glad to be out of that ball form. Her eyes were dizzy from that experience. She shake the dizzy away to look at how much damage was done to the robot so far.

"Wow......... You are amazing Sonic....... you easily caused this much damage to Eggman robot so far....." Said Tempest.

"Well...  I do aim to impress others." Said Sonic as he shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal.

"Curse you Sonic! You always seem to corner me into a tight spot!" Said Eggman as he was furious on how things are going so far for him. and he is not happy about it.

"Have enough yet doc? Ready to accept defeat?" Asked Sonic with a smirk on his face.

"Don't think it will be that easy to beat me you spiky pin cushion! Did you and your pals already forget about my aircraft ship in the sky?" asked Eggman as he points to his ship that is still hovering above the city.

"Oh man.......... I forgot about it." Said Sonic.

"Even if you beat me and my Egg Warrior, I still got more robots to unleash onto the city! Oh Hohohoho!" Said Eggman as he laughs at their predicament.

Suddenly, tons of missiles strike the right side of Eggman large flying ship. The missiles caused enough damage and cause a expulsion in its main engine room.

Eggman ship begins to fall towards the ocean waters. The moment the ship crashed into the ocean, it exploded into million of pieces.

"HUH? What the heck just happened?!" asked Eggman.

His Egg Warrior was then being attacked by tons of lasers from the sky. Eggman used its sword to block the lasers. That is when he saw what is attacking him.

It was a giant flying craft that has its main part looks like a circle metal with tons of stars underneath it in a circle formation. It has two wings on its sides. The Sky Patrol.

"Who is piloting that aircraft?" Asked Sonic as he was confused by the sudden arrival of the aircraft.

"Hmph. A couple of friends." Said Tempest.

"You know them?" asked Mikoto.

"Yep." Said Tempest.

"Grr........ not those blasted group of annoyances." Said Eggman as he knows who owns that ship.

"That ship belongs to the Freedom Fighters!" Said Tempest as she had a big smile on her face.

A speaker appeared underneath the aircraft. A sound was heard as it was turned on. "Eggman! You are out matched! Surrender now or you will be defeated by the Freedom Fighters!" Said a female voice.

"Here is my response you Freedom Fighters!" Said Eggman as he begins to fire spiky cannonballs at the Sky Patrol. The Sky Patrol had to lean left and right to avoid the attacks.

"Hey! Not cool Eggman!" Said Sonic as blue electricity begins to surrounded his body. He spin dashed at the foot of the robot.

The robot then got a taste of Sonic electricity. It begins to short circuit the robots main functions and it begins to remain still.

"What?! I can't control my Egg Warrior anymore!? What did you do Sonic!?" asked Eggman.

"Just giving you another taste of defeat." Said Sonic. He reached into his quills and pulled out the two Chaos Emeralds that he already has. The two Chaos Emeralds begins to glow brightly. 

"Uh-oh............." Said Eggman.

Sonic begins to go into his ball form and begins to spin really fast. Sonic then spin at super fast speeds right through the Egg Warrior. The Egg Warrior then blow up. Eggman Egg Mobile was sent flying to the sky, with him still in it.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" Said Eggman as he was still being sent into the skies.

Sonic lands back infront of his friends and Tempest. He puts the two Chaos Emeralds back into his quills.

"Wow........ That was amazing!" Said Tempest.

"Thank you. Thank you." Said Sonic.

"Sonic!" Said a familiar male voice was heard. Sonic looked to his left to see Tails and Alan runing up to him.

"We were worried about you. We came to check on you after we finished helping everyone evacuate." Said Alan.

"Don't worry. You have nothing to worry about. See? I am perfectly fine." Said Sonic as he reassures them.

"Sis? Who is she?" asked Alan as he points to Tempest.

"She is Tempest the Dolphin. She helped us defeat those robots and helped out Sonic defeating Eggman latest huge robot." Said Mikoto.

"It is nice to meet you two." Said Tempest as she politely greeted Tails and Alan.

"Nice to meet you too." Said Tails and Alan.

"Um.......... Hey guys? That aircraft is coming in for a landing." Said Knuckles as he pointed to the Sky Patrol slowly coming in for a landing.

The Sky Patrol did a 180 degree turn and landed infront of the group. The back of it open up to reveal it is a entrance and a ramp extended to the sandy ground.

"Nice for the save back there. I was pretty sure me and my friends were almost goners for sure." Said a voice coming from the entrance of the Sky Patrol.

Someone begins to walk down the ramp. Tempest knows who it is and she bowed her head to the person in question.

The person in question is another Mobian. It is a female Mobian. The Mobian had the characteristics of a chipmunk. She has dark auburn hair. She has white gloves with Ring-Blades on her hands. She has blue eyes. She wears a closed blue vest with a black crop-top hidden underneath. She has a black skin-tight shorts with white trim. Sally Acorn.

"Um........ Tempest? Do you know who is she?" asked a confused Alan.

"Sonic and his friends, the person that stands before you is the leader of the Freedom Fighters. Sally Acorn." Said Tempest as she introduced them to Sally Acorn.

"Thank you Tempest. And hello to you all. Why don't we have a nice chat with each other? About your reasons for getting involved in this fight against Eggman?" asked Sally with a professional tone.

"Um....." Said Sonic as he was nervous of answering that question. Mikoto, Alan, Tails and Knuckles were nervous as well.

Sonic, Mikoto, Knuckles and Tempest had to deal to battle Eggman latest robot, his Egg Warrior. Sonic ordered Mikoto and Knuckles to stand back as he and Tempest handle it. Just before Eggman could unleashed some robots onto the city, something damaged his flying aircraft. The Sky Patrol was the one who did it. Sonic used the power of the two Chaos Emeralds to defeat the Egg Warrior. Now the gang is now face to face with the leader of the Freedom Fighters, Sally Acorn. Can they explain to her why they are in this fight against Eggman?
