Backstory: His parents left him in a park across the city from where they left Willow. The left a note around his neck saying that he was too weak for them to consider their son. Thankfully, he was taken in by a nice couple.  Years later, when he was ten, he discovered his powers, which are the same as Willow's but with a light orange aura.
