Rouge POV

Me and Shadow were called to Professor Ozpins office. When we got there he was sitting at his desk with General Ironwood and Professor Goodwitch.

Ozpin: Shadow, Rouge, I'm glad you could make it. Please, have a seat.

Rouge: This is new. What would the professor need with the two of us?

Ozpin: No need to worry, I already know of your secret.

Rouge: What?

Shadow: *humph* How'd you find out.

Ozpin: Let's just say your pink haired friend has some interesting stories. Especially when it comes to Sonic.

Rouge:*sigh* Amy...

Ironwood: Don't worry, we just need some information.

Rouge: Over what exactly?

Goodwitch: After listening to Amy's speech, we heard her mention Eggman quite a few times.  We just want to know what his motives are.

Rouge: Honestly, we don't know what his motives are. The Doctor's been trying to take over our world for years. Next thing you know Sonic, Shadow, Silver, and Amy are human. Me and Blaze are Faunus for whatever reason, and Eggman's running around with a thousand robots and some new friends.

Ozpin: Then could you help us out?

Shadow: Help you?

Ironwood: You've dealt with Eggman longer than we have, so you have more experience taking him down. If you help us, we'll be sure to lock him away for good.

Shadow: I'll do it on one condition.

Ozpin: And what may  that be?

Shadow: I've grown a little interested in this world. which is why I want to know every secret you can tell me about this place.

Ozpin smiled

Ozpin: Very well

Rouge: You guys do what you want. I don't want anything to do with it unless it pays. Oh right, could you keep our identities a secret? wouldn't wanna cause a panic now would we?

I turned around and left.

(Time skip) Shadow pov

I was sitting down watching Pyrrha take down Aka.

Glynda: And that's the match.

Aka: Nice one big sis!

Glynda: Well done miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament.

Pyrrha: Thank you Professor.

Glynda: Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow but we have time for one more sparring match. Any volunteers? Miss Belladonna? You've been rather docile for the past few classes. Why don't you-

Mercury: I'll do it.

Glynda: Mercury was it? Very  well. Let's find you an opponent.

Shadow: I'll go.

Glynda: Mercury, do you accept?

Mercury: Fine.

I haven't been in any action lately so I might as well see what this kids got. As we stood in front of each other in our own fighting stance.

Glynda: Begin!

Shadow: Chaos spear!

Multiple spears of light were aimed at him and he dodged all of them and charged at me with a kick.I was able to block him and push him back. He came at me with another one.

Shadow: Chaos control!

He started to slow down. I went behind him and kicked him in the back. He got up and smiled.

Mercury: Your pretty good.

Shadow: Your not half bad yourself.

I ran around him at top speed and aimed for his gut.

Mercury: I forfeit.

I quickly stop my attack.

Shadow: What?

Mercury: What can I say? You have way more experience, we're obviously leagues apart.

Glynda: In that case, Shadow is the victor of the match. That is all for today. And remember the dance is this weekend, but you all have your first mission on Monday. I will not accept any excuses.

Sonic POV

Me, team RWBY, Rouge and Amy where heading out of beacon together.

Amy: I can't wait for the dance! There's gonna be music, cake, and Sonic! It's gonna be so romantic!

Rouge came up to me and whispered.

Rouge: I think I know who you should take to the dance.

Sonic: Who?

Rouge: You know who.

She looked at Ruby.

Sonic: No way we're just friends. Besides she's human

Rouge: So are you.

Sonic: I was turned human.

Rouge: Sonic, half the people in this world are either human or half animal. Plus, you kissed a human even when you were a hedgehog so I don't see the problem.

Sonic: Okay, what about Amy?

Rouge: I already convinced her not to get involved in your relationship. Right Amy?

Amy: Y-yeah, I'm totally f-fine with it.

She doesn't look like it.

???: Hey Blake!

We turned around to see Sun running towards Blake.

Sun: You uh, doing okay?

Blake: I'm fine.

Sun: *Ahem* So I hear there's this dance going on this weekend. Ah, Sounds pretty lame but, you and me I'm thinking not as lame huh?

Blake: What?

Sun: The dance, this weekend, you wanna go or what?

Blake: I don't have time for a stupid dance. I thought you of all people would get that.

We watched as she left.

Rouge: *sigh* Me and Amy are going to go cheer up Sun. You think about this conversation.

Amy: But if you really don't want her I'm always free!

Rouge: Amy come on!

Amy: Coming!

(timeskip) Ruby POV

Blake: You what?!

Ruby: We want you to go to the dance.

Blake: That's ridiculous.

Yang: Blake, we're worried about you. This investigation is starting to get to you're head.

Weiss: You can't sleep, you hardly eat, and to be honest, your grades have been suffering.

Blake: You think I care about grades? Peoples lives are at stake.

Yang: We know and we're all still trying to figure out what Torchwick and Eggman are up to.

Ruby: Thanks to you and Sun, we know they're operating somewhere out of southeast vale.

Blake: But there's still unanswered questions.

Ruby: You won't be able to find anything if you can't even keep your eyes open.

Yang: We're just asking you to take it easy for one day.

Weiss: It will be fun. Yang and I will make sure of it.

Yang: Yeah! We're planning the whole event!

Blake: Excuse me!

Weiss: Team CFVY's mission lasted longer than expected.

Yang: So Weiss and I were asked to pick up where they left off. And now we can make sure you can have a perfect night.

Ruby: So what do you think?

Blake: I think this is a colossal waste of time. I'll be in the library.

Blake left the room.

Yang: *sigh* Great.

Weiss: She can't keep going like this.

Someone knocked on the door and Weiss answered. Jaune stood there with a Ukalaylee. 

Jaune: *singing* Weiss!

Weiss closed the door.

Jaune: Hey wait! *sigh* I promise I won't sing.

She opens it back up.

Jaune: *Still singing* I lied! Weiss Schnee, would you accompany me, to the dance this... Sunday?!!

Weiss: Are you done?

Jaune: Yes?

Weiss: No.

She slams the door in his face and turned to us.

Weiss: What?

Yang: And that is why they call you the ice queen.

Weiss: All my life boys have only cared about the perks of my last name. Besides, I already have a date in mind.

Ruby: Date or no date, none of this will matter if we can't get Blake to go.

(Time Skip) Blaze POV

I was watching Pyrrha and Jaune clash on the roof and it looked like Jaune has improved a lot since the first day we've done this. Jaune almost beat Pyrrha but she managed to knock him down.

Pyrrha: *laughing* Well done! Your swords play has improved immensely!

Jaune: Couldn't have done it without ya.

We helped him up.

Pyrrha: So, are you ready to move to aura?

Jaune: I'm actually thinking maybe we just skip aura tonight. Might go on a jog or something.

Pyrrha: Come on, I know you get frustrated but you must keep trying.

Blaze: Yeah, at this rate I'm sure we'll discover your semblance any day now!

Jaune: That's not it. *sigh* it's dumb.

Pyrrha: What is it?

Blaze: Jaune, you know you can tell us.

Jaune: It's Weiss.

Pyrrha: Oh, what about her?

Jaune: I asked her to the dance and, she shot me down. Big surprise right?

Jaune... you're an idiot...

Pyrrha: Well, I believe the saying goes, there's plenty of fish in the sea. 

Jaune: That's easy for you to say. You two probably got guys clamoring each other to ask you out.

Blaze: You'd be surprised...

Jaune: Oh please, if you guys don't get a date to the dance, I'll wear a dress.

We watched as he went back inside

(timeskip) Aka POV

Me, Master, Mercury, and Emerald were in our own dorm talking about the other students.

Emerald: Next is Pyrrha Nikos.

Cinder: Ah, the invincible girl.

Mercury: She's smart, but not invincible.

Cinder: Do tell.

Emerald: Her semblance is polarity, but you'll never know it just by watching.

Aka: When Aka fought big sis she moved Aka's arms and legs however she wanted after making contact with them. But only making slight adjustments.

Emerald: Just enough to make it look like she's untouchable. She doesn't broadcast her powers so it puts her opponents at a disadvantage.

Cinder: Hmm, people assume she's fated for victory when she's really taken fate into her own hands, interesting. Add her to the list.

Emerald: And finally, Shadow

Mercury: The old doctor was right, that guy isn't from this world. Heck, I'm not even sure if he's from a planet.

Aka: Of course father was right! Anyway, Aka wasn't able to take his emeralds like she planned, but she found brand new one!

I pulled out a silver chaos emerald. I could feel it's power

Aka: With this, and little green one I got from boring book store, we can take down Shadow and big sis Pyrrha down easily!

Cinder: It's not about overpowering the enemy. It's about taking away what power they have. And we will, in time.

Aka: Yes, master.

Mercury: *sigh* I hate waiting.

Cinder: Don't worry Mercury, we have a fun weekend ahead of us.
