Amy receives a valentine card from a secret admirer. Who is her secret admirer could it be one of her friends or maybe dare say a handsome blue hedgehog...

It was a sunny day in the village and Amy was watering plants in her house and felt happy. It was Valentine's Day, and she couldn't wait to try to play matchmaker with animals that were lonely.

''Hey Amy!''

She looked up to see Stick's walking into her place.

''Hey Sticks!'' Amy greeted and looked at her only female friend.

''What's with all the animals out today? They are holding hands and being all lovey dovey and handing out red heart cards.'' Sticks held up one.

''It's Valentine's Day the day of love were couples give each other gifts, or friends giving gifts to each other.'' Amy explained and saw the card.

''Ooh Sticks! You got a card!'' Amy squealed.'

''What no, it's for you. It was stuck in the doorway.'' Sticks gave it to the curious pink hedgehog.

Amy took the card and opened it.

'To my dearest Amy, Happy Valentine's Day, I can't wait to see you this evening in the village square. Meet me by the bench lots of love 

Your secret admirer.'

Amy was shocked and smiled, it was sweet, simple, and easy and so romantic.

''Wait why didn't they leave their name? Wait it's an alien conspiracy!'' Sticks freaked.

Amy rolls her eyes. ''It means they like you but don't want to say who it is.'' 

''Oh? Why would someone not want to tell you?'' She asked.

''Maybe they like me and are worried I might not like them.'' Amy guessed.

''Hm Sonic won't be happy to hear this.'' Sticks chuckles.

''No? Well, he's not here he's out with Knuckles on a guy's trip so I doubt it's from him.'' Amy answered.

''So, what are you going to do?'' Asked Sticks.

''I'm gonna meet them by the fountain and see who it is.'' She smiles.

''I see well I got to go I told Tails I'd help him with the coconuts.'' Sticks left.

Amy stared at the card and smiles biting her lip happy but a bit down. She was really hoping it would be from Sonic, but what did it matter he didn't care for this holiday. She guessed this was the reason him and Knuckles took off.

She looked at the card on her desk that she had made for Sonic, she was going to hold onto it and give it to him when he came back.

Amy decided to go to the village and maybe find out who sent it to her. She walked until she came to Meh Burger and saw Dave who was serving guests, and he looked at her as she came over.

''Hey Amy, Happy Valentine's Day.'' He replied with a smirk.

''Happy Valentine's Day Dave.'' Amy smiles.

''So, big plans tonight or are you celebrating alone?'' He asked.

''I got plans this evening, Dave.'' She smiles as she ordered food.

Dave was nice enough to bring her food to her.

''Thank you, Dave.'' She smiles as she started eating.

Later that evening Amy put on a red dress similar to her pink one only she showed her bare legs and wore high heeled shoes as she placed her valentine card in her pocket along with the one, she made for Sonic, and she walked out to the village square.

She was excited and curious to who was her secret admirer, she deep down knew she was going to turn down date the person because her heart belonged to a certain blue hero, but she made it to the square and saw everyone talking and the string lights were up in the shape of hearts.

Amy smiles and saw Tails give Zoey some flowers as they giggle and share a kiss.

She made her way to the waterfall and waited. She sat on the bench and waited. Amy kept busy by watching the lovers and wondered where hers was. Maybe it was prank to mess with her. So, she got up and talked to Sticks as she listened to the badger go on and on about how the government is covering something up.

Amy went back to the fountain and sat down looking at the card in her hand and funny enough it was the one for Sonic.

''Hey Amy.''

She looked up and her eyes widened as she saw none other then Sonic standing there with a slight smile.

''Sonic!'' She ran and hugged him wrapping her arms around his neck.

He smiles and hugs her back. ''Hey Ames. Miss me?'' He teased.

She pulls out of the hug and lightly punched his shoulder. ''What no why would I?'' She asked teasingly.

To her surprise he rubbed the back of his neck. ''Oh well I thought you did, because I missed you.'' He looks at her.

''Of course I missed you Sonic.'' She smiles.

He smiles and holds out a card. Amy couldn't believe it! She opened.

'Happy Valentine Amy, will you be my girlfriend?' Love Sonic.

She looked at him and smiles a soft smile seeing him look bashful a bit.

''Sonic... I got something for you too.'' She handed him the card and he looked at it as it read.

'Happy Valentine's Sonic would you be mine?' Love Amy.

Sonic smiles and nods. ''Yes, I will. Look like we are in the same boat.''

''Yes, Sonic I will be your girlfriend!'' She answers as they lean in and share a kiss as both dropped the cards as they held each other.

They were lost in the kiss they didn't hear everyone cheering for them and Amy pulls away.

''So, what now?'' She giggles.

''I was thinking we could go for a walk alone and be together.'' Sonic answered.

Amy smiles as they walked away from the village enjoying the night.
