''Good job team we kicked tail today!'' Sonic praised as him and his team were walking, and the sun was down.

''Now it's time for our guy's night.'' Tails smiled.

''You know it!'' Knuckles was excited.

''Well, I'm heading home so good night, guys see you in the morning.'' Sticks said.

''Sonic are you coming?'' Asked Tails.

''Heck ya bud I'll be there in a jiff.'' Sonic said as he watched Knuckles and Tails take off.

Sonic and Amy were holding hands and watched the other leave. They had been dating for about 10 months almost a year, and they were happy and in love.

''Man, I wish you could come with us Ames.'' Sonic said holding her hands.

''I know, but tomorrow your all mine.'' She whispers in his ear giggling.

Sonic smiles and kisses her on the lips as she kisses back pulling on his brown scarf. They pulled away and looked at each other.

''Night Ames, I love you.'' Sonic replied.

''I love you too Sonic.'' She smiles as his hand left hers and he took off.

Amy smiles and goes home. Once there she turns on the lights placing her hammer down in the corner as she was making herself some tea.

She was humming and feeling happy when she heard something in the back. She turned around and walked to the closet and opened it only to get punched in the face.

She stumbled and before she could react, she was grabbed by the neck and violent shoved down as she fell on the footrest, her body was aching, and she felt a sharp pain in her head and her vision was burry.

She tried to stand up, but the lights went out and she was pinned to the ground as the figure started punching her in the face and choking her.

Amy tried to scream but nothing came out and she felt her dress being ripped off and she felt her legs get pinned and she felt a rough thrust inside of her body harder then she knew as she was slapped across the face, and that hand managed to choke her while his free hand gripped her wrist tightly.

After 30 minutes which felt like an eternity to Amy she was punched in the face and tripped on the floor laying there hurt and bruised.

''Have a nice night Amy, can't wait to do this again.'' A deep voice whispered as the figure left.

Amy passed out. Some hours later she woke up with a groan thinking of the crazy dream she had. When she stood up, she stumbled and went to the bathroom and looked at herself and she gasped as she backed to the wall and cried.

She had 2 black eyes and a big lump on her forehead, both sides of her neck she had dark bruises and her arms had red hand marks on them and she saw her dress was torn. She took it off and looked to see a bit of blood on her legs and she cries realizing she was raped, and she fell to the floor and felt scared and sad.

She got up and took a shower, then got dressed, she wore a scarf around her neck, and she put on a small, long sleeve cover and she grabbed sunglasses and went out. She knew there was someone who could help her and she went to see Eggman.

Eggman was making breakfast when he heard a knock at the door and answered it and was shocked to see Amy.

''Amy what brings you here?'' He asked.

''I need someone to talk to and I'd feel more comfortable talking to you please.'' She whispered in a raspy shaky voice.

''Come in.'' Eggman said.

Amy followed him to the living room. ''So, let me guess rough night? Drink too much and have a hangover and need a cure?'' He asked.

Amy was quiet. ''I wish.'' She sighed.

Amy took off her sunglasses, scarf and jacket showing herself. The Dr was shocked and worried.

''Amy what happened? Did Sonic do this to you?'' He asked his blood boiling him.

Sure, they were enemies, but Eggman had a soft spot for Amy. ''N-No he didn't I was attacked last night; someone was hiding in my closet beat me up and r-raped me.'' She started crying.

''That's horrible. Do you have an idea on who it was?'' Asked Eggman.

Orbot and Cubot came over and looked sad as they patted her back.

''N-No... and you guys are the only ones to know... Sonic doesn't know neither do the others.'' She cried.

''Amy your gonna have to tell Sonic sooner or later, those marks aren't going away themselves.'' Eggman said softly.

''Are you afraid he's going to be mad at you?'' Asked Orbot.

''No, it's that he'll berate me and tell me I should have been more aware of my surroundings.'' She sighed.

''I doubt that. Here is some tea I know you like it and is there anyone who you've talked to or someone who's been flirting with you? Maybe someone new?'' Asked Eggman.

''No, nobody the only new person is Tanner, he's a wolf but we haven't said anything to each other.'' Amy replied.

Later she left and made her way to the town, she was worried and shaking looking around at everyone and to think someone here hurt her.

She saw her friends at the beach. ''Amy over here!'' Shouted Sticks.

Amy went over to them but even, so she was scared. ''Hey.'' She said in a cheery voice.

''Wasn't last night crazy?'' Asked Knuckles.

''It sure was.'' Sonic said going over and sitting next to his girlfriend.

''Hey Amy.'' He said taking her hand, but she pulls it away.

''Hi Sonic.'' She gulped.

''Hey Ames, are you ok?'' He asked worried.

''No.'' She said as she took off her sunglasses, scarf, and jacket again. The group was stunned looking at her.

Amy's eyes had tears and looked down.

''Amy what happen?'' Asked Tails going over.

''I was attacked and assaulted last night....'' She said quietly.

''Amy.'' Sonic went over as she backs away.

''Please, I'm ok I just tired.'' She answered.

Sonic felt rage at whoever did this. ''Did you see who it was?'' He asked trying to stay calm.

''No, they jumped out of the closet after the lights went out and beat me up, I couldn't defend myself.'' She cried.

Sticks went over and hugged Amy.

Knuckles, Tails, and Sonic looked at each other.

''Um guys I'm gonna take her back to her place, so um we'll be back.'' Sticks said as they left.

Sonic was sitting on one of the chairs his head in his hands as the boys came over. ''You alright Sonic?'' Asked Knuckles.

''No, I should have been there, we had planned on staying at her place, but I went to game night instead. I'm gonna find who did this and kill them for hurt and raping my Amy.'' He growls.

''Let me know so I can hold him down for ya.'' Knuckles said.

''I'm going to go for a run.'' He took off.

Sonic was full of rage and ready to take it out, he was also sad. He should have protected Amy and he was going to find who did this.

While he was running, he ran into Eggman who was walking.

''Egghead!'' Sonic shouted.

''Sonic! There you are, say have you seen Amy?'' He asked looking around.

Sonic growls and roughly pins the doctor to the tree tying him up. ''I swear if you attacked Amy so help me!'' Sonic growled.

''What, no I would never do that! Look I might try to destroy you guys, but I would never go after Amy like that.'' Eggman said.

''How did you know about Amy?'' Asked Sonic.

''She came to me this morning and told me.'' Eggman said.

Sonic was shocked and a bit hurt. ''Why did she go to you?''

''Well, if I tell you, you can't tell her I said anything, but she was scared that you would tease her and tell her she should have been more aware of her surroundings and protected herself better.'' He replied.

''What am I to do? I feel like I let her down.'' Sonic sighed sadly.

''All you can do is be there for her. In fact, I'm on my way the village I know there are some evil villains out for a meeting of some kind one of them might be her attacker.'' Eggman said.

''Eggman, can you do me a favor and if you do find out who did it let me know... I want to punish him for picking on my girlfriend.'' Sonic replied.

''You got it I promise.'' Eggman took off.

Knuckles came over. ''Sonic there an area where a bunch of villains here for a meeting we should go check them out and see who did it.''

''Sorry Knucks but I'm going to see Amy radio me if I need me.'' Sonic said as he ran over to Amy's and knocked on the door and went in to see Sticks hugging Amy and they looked up.

''Hey Sonic.'' Sticks said.

''Hey Sticks. I came to see Amy.'' He said.

Sticks got up and left.

Sonic went over and sat next to her. ''Hey Amy.''

Amy looked down. ''Hi Sonic.''

He went to touch her, but she moved away and that hurt him. She stood up and Sonic zoomed over and pulled her into a hug.

Amy froze but felt his arms around her and hugs back as she broke down crying and he held her close. ''Shh I'm here Amy I'm so sorry.''

She hugs him tightly and he picks her up and takes her to his shack as they laid on the hammock.

Eggman was at the meeting and looked to see the villians there and saw Barker and Dixon talking.

''So Barker how was yesterday for ya?'' Asked Dixon.

''Great, had fun and met a cute girl who invited to her place and ooh boy we had a fun night.'' He winked.

Eggman stood up and went over to Barker as he was getting something to eat. ''Sorry I couldn't help overhearing but you met a cute girl here? What was she out of town?'' Asked Eggman.

''No, she lives her. Not the first time we've crossed paths, but I finally got my revenge on Sonic.'' Barker said.

''No way! What did you do maybe I can use that.'' Eggman said.

Barker looked around. ''Keep it quiet but I paid a visit to his pink girlfriend last night and let's just say when he finds out he's gonna be depressed and will be fighting with her that he won't be able to save the town.'' Barker laughed.

Eggman wanted to bash this guy's head in but restrained himself. ''Ahh well I'm not into animals.'' He said.

''I mean kidnap Amy or do something to her, trust me it's the only way to win.'' Barker said.

Later Eggman went to Sonic and saw he was holding Amy.

''Sonic, we need to talk.'' Eggman said.

''What?'' Asked Sonic.

''It was Barker, he confessed he did it to get to you thinking you'd be depressed and stop fighting crime.'' Eggman said.

Sonic felt blood boil and he was going to kill Barker for this.

''I'm gonna pay him a visit.'' Sonic said as Eggman left.

Later Sonic got the crew together and told them.'' Sticks, Tails you guys stay back with Amy me and Knuckles are going to take care of Barker.'' Sonic said feeling that anger coming up.

Barker had just come from a bar and was on his way to his trailer when he was knocked hard into a rock on the outside of the village.

''What the?!'' He saw a large thing coming at him as he was punched again, and this time spike hit him as he fell to the ground hurt and scared.

''You know, I consider myself a reasonable hedgehog, laid back, fun but when someone hurts my girlfriend you will feel my wrath.'' Sonic growled in a low voice.

Barker looked up and saw a dark Sonic who had yellow eyes and growls.

''P-Please it was only to scare her, she fell down herself.'' He begged.

Sonic spin dashed Barker as Knuckles grabbed him tossing him in the air as Sonic used his body to hit Barker all over. Finally, the landed on the ground and was whimpering.

''Please don't kill me.'' Barker begs.

Sonic was about to when Knuckles stopped him. ''I got a better idea.''

Knuckles knocked Barker out and they tied him up from head to toe and placed a gag in his mouth as Knuckles placed him in a sack and placed it on a wagon with other sacks that was going to two towns over.

''Why didn't you let me finish him off?'' Asked Sonic angry.

''Because that's not the way to do it but now go see Amy.'' Knuckles said as he went back to his home.

Sonic raced over and saw Amy was watching tv with Sticks. ''Well, your protector is here Amy catch you later.'' Sticks said hugging Amy.

Tails stood up and hugged Amy as well as he left with Sticks.

''So where were you?'' Asked Amy.

''I took care of guy who attacked you.'' He said quietly.

''Who was it?'' She asked.

''Barker.'' Sonic said.

Amy gulps and shivers as Sonic held her. ''He will never hurt you again I promise.'' Sonic vowed.

''Well at least I can sleep a bit better.'' She sighed.

''Amy, I love you and you are a strong woman who never should have gone through that.'' Sonic said.

''I know, and I don't know how to repay you for this.'' She said hugging him.

''You don't. I won't settle for you getting hurt.'' He said.

''You're not breaking up with me, are you?'' She asked worried he would want to stop dating her.

''No, never. It wouldn't have mattered, you are too close to me no matter if we are dating or not. If there is one thing I found is that you and the team are my weakness but without you I'm nothing so no I will never leave you.'' Sonic said hugging her.

Amy looks up and for the first time in a couple days she kisses Sonic who kissed back and held her close.
