Maribella had really been herself lately instead of keeping a low profile at the community. She had been pranking people, listening to rock music and just being a tomboy. Everyone was always annoyed by her, but she didn't care. "YAAH! This music is literally the best. What are you doing Olive?" Olive laughed. "Getting ready for the battle, Mari! We're going back to Endora to fight for our freedom!" Olive said proudly. Maribella's face drooped. "Seriously. I already planned a giant prank today! And I've been practicing my soccer. Look, everytime I kick, it splits!" Maribella said. Olive rolls her eyes and sighs. "Why don't you act like a girl? I mean, most girls use makeup, buy dresses and- " Maribella cuts her off. "I. Hate. Dresses. Period. I only like shorts and jeans and you can't change that. I don't care that all of you do. Ugh, do you not understand what tomboy even means!?!" Maribella replies. "I do, you chatterbox. Just saying, that every girl here actually dresses like a girl. I mean, they wear shirts, but also wear dresses." Olive says blankly. Maribella snarled. "Ya know what, noone here really understands me. I DONT HAVE TO ACT LIKE A GIRL TO BE ONE!!!!! IM JUST A TOMBOY!!!! IM LEAVING THIS PLACE!" Maribella screamed. Olive tried to stop her but she still flew out of the treehouse, out of the community, and tried to find her way through the forest. Thankfully, the Songbird helped her get out and was back to the gate with an invisible pink forcefield blocking her. 'Ugh, I can't believe they want me to be like that. I can be a tomboy if I want. Now, how will I get through.' Maribella thought. Maribella heard arguing in the distance. "We've checked everyday she won't be here." "Yes she will we know Mari she's strong and doesn't let anything or anyone stop her" "says the girl who didn't even want to come the first time when I suggested it!" Mari yelled to get the two girls attention. "Hey! Over here! Plz plz plz help me get through the gates plz!" The two girls looked and ran towards the gates. They started to get more familiar as they got close. "Omg! Ember! Boobell!" Mari yelled. Boobell nuged ember in the ribs and laughed. "We missed you so much, Mari! Ya, know they haven't picked a new soccer captain for the team! We gotta get you outta here." Boobell stated. Ember smiled. "I would give you a fist bump if you weren't separated from the gates." Ember said. Mari tried to do a spell. "OVERGROWTH!" the plants and vines overgrew, but then backed away from the forcefield. "Let me try! CRUSHATHYMUM!(totally horrible spell name)" Boobell yelled. Rocks fell on the other side of the gates but bounced off the forcefield. Thankfully, Mari was able to dodge them. Ember rolled her eyes and walked forward. "Let me show you how it's done. Move back!" Ember called out. "MAGMA VOID! LAVA FALLING! EMBER AND ASHES!" she said a ton of fire themed spells. A void full magma sucked some of the forcefield's energy. Lava falling destroyed the top of the forcefield. And ember and ashes burnt it to,well, ashes! Mari gasped. Boobell stared as her jaw fell. "HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU DO THAT!?!" Boobell yelled. Ember snickred. Mari smiled playfully and used a spell. "GRASPING VINE!(totally didn't search it up)" Two giant spiky green vines grew out and Mari used them to shake the gates and then throw them away. Mari ran out and hugged her friends. Ember just stood and did an annoyed face while Boobell hugged back. "Guys! Weird stuff has been happening to me while I was in the forest... My eyes literally turned orange. Only for a second though!" Mari said hastly. Boobell quickly interrupted and stated that they needed to hide Mari. "Boobell is right. We need to hide you Mari from the guards and the principal. They would... execute you if they saw you escaped. And banish us since we helped." Ember stated. Maribella frowned. She'd have to work hard for her freedom.
