What is it really?

The world views it

Differently that I do.

On the surface,

The world views Christmas

As presents, and shopping.

Upon deeper viewing,

The world views it as a

Pagan holiday, made for a

Lesser breed of humanity.

And in a sense they are

Right. They have made it into

Presents and shopping, and yes,

It was a pagan holiday from

Pre-history. But no longer.

Christians see it differently.

We see worship, where there

Are gifts. We see Christ's

Coming, where the world sees

Lesser, pagan people's beliefs.

And we look at them and say,

"We are not like you. Come, and

Discover our joy of Christmas."

But they turn away from us,

As the Pharisees turned from

Christ. We weep for them.
