Tomoe is a strong female that stands up for what's right and for others. After losing her sister, she decided to become stronger. She is a "commoner" but she enrolled in Oruan Academy to prove that she could go anywhere, no matter being rich or poor, because it was the same goal her sister had set before passing away. Like, Haruhi, Tomoe CAN be confused for a male if she dressed in the uniform for boys and she will do just that, but only to mess around to with people's minds. She becomes very close friends with Haruhi because she reminds Tomoe of her older sister, Aimi.
