Ami and Kyoya are Cynthia's parents. As you can see, they aren't the same species. Cynthia is only half human and is half wolf. Her parents are pure humans and some of you know that Cynthia's backstory was that her parents didn't love her and didn't want her because of her being half wolf and abandoned her at birth. Not exactly true. Her parents did love her but they were forced to give her up. The King of Vampires hates werewolves and ordered every family who was werewolf or had werewolf offsprings,were to kill them or give them up to him so he could kill them.  To protect Cynthia, they hid her in a forest for just the night and told the King they had killed her. And after they convinced the world (Cause they were a really rich family) that she had died during surgery, they went back for her. But she was gone. They never saw her again until now. They only acted cruel towards her to keep her away so her life won't be in danger again if anyone found out she was still alive. Mostly the King.

Cynthia has her mother's beauty and her eyes. But she has her father's similar hair style and his love for mysteries and solving crimes and curiosity. Like her mother, she loves children and helping others and sketching.
