This guy is sooo much like Tadashi, he likes to tease Hana in a rude yet playful way. Mostly about her height and they didn't really get along that well until they start to hang more with each other,like Cynthia and Tadashi were the first time remember?

I can actually imagine Tadashi looking like this as a little child. Look at that cute little face~! 😍
