Others parts, meaning when Sonic comes back with Amy, Zayn, Tails, Arin, and Addison and the part where we'll find out what's happening with Shadow, Niesha, Dark, and Mpehiles will be in the last book I'll make for this series since I think a 4 book series will be too much for me to do! (Normal Pov) (With Maxine and Ethan)

"I'm sooo happy you guys are okay." Maxine and Ethan were now driving home, Ethan driving of course. Maxine was sitting in the passenger's seat and was still holding Mercy and Iris. Ethan chuckled

"You've been talking to the babies ever since you got them in your arms." Ethan told her

"Well not my fault babe! They almost died!" Maxine cried, hugging the babies tighter. Ethan pulled up in front of their house and smiled, leaning over and kissing Maxine

"I know and I'm so happy they made it and didn't die. We now have a family and I'm so happy we're together though we've been having a bunch of problems going on around us. I love you Maxi." Ethan watched as Maxine smiled brightly

"I love you too Ethan." Maxine replied. Ethan smiled and got out of the car, going to Maxine's side and opening the door. The two walked up to the door and walked in to see Brenda, Silver, and Exe sitting on the couch

"We're home!" Maxine announced happily as Ethan grabbed Iris out of her arms

"Oh my goodness! Are these your babies!?" Exe was the first to react, carefully getting up and going over to the two new parents, getting a better look at the kids

"Yep Iris and Mercy." Ethan chuckled. Maxine giggled and held Mercy out to Exe. Exe smiled and grabbed Mercy softly out of Maxine's arms, taking in the looks of the small boy

"He's so beautiful. He looks exactly like a mixture of you and Ethan." Exe was so interested in the bundle of joy in his arms. Exe smiled and handed Mercy back to Maxibe

"Sandra!? Ruby!? Ethan and Maxi are back!" Brenda called out. Alessandra and Ruby ran downstairs and towards the two, stopping when they seen the small 

"Are those your babies?" Ruby questioned, her eyes slowly gleaming

"Yep. This is Iris." Ethan bent down onto one knee so Ruby and Alessandra could get a good look at the baby

"And this is Mercy." Maxine carefully bent down beside Ethan and revealed the baby to the two small kids in front of them

"I can't wait until I get to have my little bundle of joy. It's getting closer and closer to the time for them to be born." Exe sighed, placing a hand on his stomach

"Me either. I guess I can also say I can't wait until Sonic gets back with Zayn." Silver replied. Brenda looked at the two and then looked back at her phone, trying to keep herself from frowning

"I'm gonna go to Rouge's for the night. If something happens and I don't answer my phone, call Rouge or Knuckles." Brenda mumbled, getting up and going upstairs right quick to grab her charger. Ethan, confused, softly handed Iris to Alessandra and told her not to drop his offspring. He ran upstairs after his mom and ran into her room to see her slowly looking for her charger. He heard soft whimpers and sniffs coming from her as well. Ethan frowned and went over to her, hugging her tightly. Brenda laid her head on Ethan's shoulder and let her cries of pain out. Ethan rubbed her back and rocked side to side, trying to calm his mom down

"I-I miss her...W-What if she d-doesn't come home...?" Brenda hiccuped. Ethan sighed, knowing what his mom was thinking could possibly be true. What if his other mom didn't come home? What if NONE of the others came home? 

"I miss her too, mom, but I know for a fact that her and the others are strong individuals that will come back possibly stronger than ever. You just have to have hope." Ethan told her, pulling out of their hug to look down at his mom. Brenda wiped her tears and smiled

"Thanks Ethan."

"No problem. Now go ahead and head over to Rouge's. I'm pretty sure you've already told you that you were going over to her house anyway." Ethan smiled. Brenda nodded, found her charger and grabbed her keys. Her and Ethan walked back downstairs and Brenda said bye to everyone before walking out of the door

"I wonder when mom is gonna come back home with Zayn." Maxine was sitting on the couch between Exe and Silver, Silver holding Iris in his arms

"It won't be long. Remember, he just went to get some old friends. Plus, even though I miss Zayn like crazy, I trust Sonic to take care of her." Silver replied. Maxine nodded...

(Time Skip)

"Lucky enough this house was really big." Maxine giggled, leaning against Ethan. Ethan smiled and nodded, wrapping his arms around Maxine. Maxine and Ethan were in one of the many empty rooms in the house, except this one wasn't empty anymore. There were baby decorations around the room and a small crib in the middle of the room with Mercy and Iris sleeping peacefully in it. They had finished the decorating with the help of Trey and Kevin, who were now in their own room, sleeping

"Let's head to bed love. Today has been one hell of a day." Ethan told her, pulling her out of the room and towards his. Ethan helped Maxine into his bed and then climbed in himself, wrapping his arms around the love of his life

"I hope my father is okay..." Maxine laid her head on Ethan's chest and sighed, memories of her and her father having good times filling her head

"I'm pretty sure he's okay. He'll return safe." Ethan yawned

"What about the others?" Maxine questioned, closing her eyes

"They'll return safe as well." Ethan told her, kissing the top of her head

"I love you..." Maxine yawned softly

"I love you too Maxi. Always and forever no matter what. I...promise to always protect and care for you...until the day I die..." Ethan was trying to stay awake, but he's sleepiness was really getting to him. He was really worn out. All his adrenaline must be running out

"Thank you Ethan...For everything." Maxine mumbled. Ethan smiled and kissed Maxine's head again, finally laying his head down and letting the sleep consume him, holding Maxine tightly...
