(The Next Day) (Normal Pov)

"Come on kids! Time for school!" Sonic shouted upstairs to the kids. Zayn ran out of Sonic's room and floated down the stairs and in front of Sonic with a smile on her face

"Well I see that you have your dad's powers?" Sonic chuckled, petting the small girls head

"Yep! Father and dad helped me learn to control my powers!" Zayn cheered happily, but then frowned as she mentioned her father. Sonic seen that she had saddened and picked her up, swinging her around causing Zayn to giggle

"It's okay Zayn. Your father will return safe and sound." Sonic told her, setting her onto her feet. Zayn nodded and on cue all of the others ran down the stairs, dressed and ready for the day

"Sonic, you mind if I take the others to school? I have to pick up Kevin and Trey anyway along the way." Ethan shrugged. Sonic tilted his head in confusion and Alessandra looked up at him

"You usually never want to take us to school." Alessandra stated, wrapping herself around Ethan's leg, Ruby attaching herself to Maxine's leg, who giggled at her younger sister

"Well I just wanna take you guys to school. Start a new thing ya know? My car is big enough for them, Kevin, and Trey anyway also I'm stopping for breakfast soooooo...." Ethan stretched. Zayn hid behind Silver's leg. She still didn't feel comfortable being around the others. She never really heard about them. Only one she knew of was Dark since he is Mephiles' best friend

"Well I guess you could take them to school, but make sure that they aren't late." Sonic replied with a smile

"Make sure to ride safely with them in the car." Silver grabbed onto Zayn softly, pulling the nervous girl from behind his leg. Zayn played with her fingers nervously, looking down

"Come on Zay." Maxine smiled as the girl looked up, holding out her hand, Ruby watching. Zayn nervously wrapped her small hand around Maxine's index finger and they all walked out, getting into Ethan's car

"Okay kids, buckle up please. Don't want anyone getting hurt." Ethan stated, looking back to make sure the kids were buckling them selves in right, which they were. Ethan then looked up and smiled at Zayn

"And Zayn, don't be nervous around us. We're family now. We have to stick together okay?" Ethan told her. Zayn nodded and placed a small smile on her face. Ethan then sat down in his seat, buckling himself in and driving off

"Okay what are you guys wanna listen to?" Maxine questioned, plugging her phone into the radio using the aux cord

"Oh! What about I Know What You Did Last Summer by Shawn Mendes?" Alessandra suggested

"Ehhh." Ethan replied, not really sure of the song

"Excuse my language, but what about Woke The Fuck Up by Jon Bellion?" Zayn offered. Ruby squealed as her eyes shined

"I love that song!" Ruby cheered, causing Zayn to blush lightly and smile at the hyper girl in the middle. Alessandra watched the scene and growled lowly under her breath, somehow slightly pissed at Zayn for making her girlfriend this happy

"Okay that song it is." Maxine giggled, putting it on the song. As the song began, Zayn and Ruby began singing to the lyrics, Maxine turning up the music just enough to hear the song and the girls singing. Ethan chuckled, pulling up to Kevin's house, honking the horn. Kevin and Trey ran out of the house and jumped into the far back of the car, making sure not to hurt the girls. As Ethan started driving again, Kevin slowly realized the song that was playing and squealed as his part came on 

"Last night I woke the fuck up! I realized I need you here, as desperate as that sounds, yeah-eh! Last night I woke the fuck up! I realized I need you here, as desperate as that sounds, yeah-eh!" Ethan sang along with Ruby and Zayn

"OMG I LOVE THIS SONG!!!" Kevin fangirled along with Ruby and Zayn, who cheered along with him. The three continued to sing the song, Maxine, Ethan, and Trey chuckling at the three's childishness and Alessandra becoming more and more pissed off.....

(After Stopping For Breakfast)

"Okay guys time to get out! I'll see if I can pick you up from school today as well." Ethan stated as the three young girls got out of the car, Kevin and Trey taking their seats

"Have a good day at school girls! Love you!" Maxine shouted, watching as the girls went into the school

"Love you too!" Ruby and Alessandra replied, Zayn not saying anything because she felt as though she shouldn't. Ethan and the others then drove off, leaving Alessandra, Ruby, and Zayn at the school

"I didn't know you went here." Ruby tried starting a conversation with Zayn, standing beside the girl. Zayn smiled

"I didn't know you went here either. Though I have seen Alessandra walking the halls before." Zayn replied. Ruby smiled back as her and Zayn's conversation continued, with Alessandra jealously jumping into the conversation a couple of times. Suddenly a kid appeared and pushed Ruby, making her stumble a little

"Sup slut. Heard you had sex with Preston. At this young of an age? That was expected from a slut like you yourself." The girl was Jordan, her friends Daisy and Jennifer standing behind her giggling. Alessandra growled

"Zayn? What are you doing hanging with these two losers?" Daisy questioned, noticing Zayn as Zayn helped Ruby balanced herself out with the help of Alessandra, who was becoming pissed by the second

"1) The only losers I see here are you three so back off! 2) They so happen to be my family! And 3) Ruby didn't willingly have sex with Preston! He raped her and beat her! So next time you wanna talk about someone or call someone a name, check your backgrounds got it?" Zayn sneered with anger, catching all the girls and even Alessandra and Ruby off-guard. Jordan put a hand over her heart, seriously hurt. Jordan has a crush on Zayn and everything she did was to get Zayn's attention, but now Zayn hated her and that had hurt her the most

"Uhhh s-sorry about that Ruby. We'll just be on our way now." Jordan quickly scribbled off, her friends confusingly following her, leaving the three confused girls standing there.....
