Chapter Eleven

Bobby walked into his house after a stressing day worrying about his girlfriend. Speaking of which, he didn't get a straight answer into what happened to her. Not like he blamed them for not telling him yet due to the nature of her injuries. Sighing....Bobby set down his keys and walked into the house which was quiet. Too quiet.

"Nie Nie?" Bobby called out. No one answered which quickly made Bobby's stomach fill with dread. Normally he would get a response from his sister when he called her that, but instead of gaining any sign of her...he got nothing.

Calm down Bobby. She probably went skating and hasn't returned yet.

With that thought in mind, Bobby went to the living room and started to watch some TV. It was mostly about the disappearance about Lincoln, but he found a channel that he slightly enjoyed. Sighing....he wondered when his sister would come home and help him take his mind of Lori's torment.

At the same time, Ronnie Anne walked around the church and took everything in. It was old, but also fascinating to see all of the work that went into it. It was a great place and could become a great home for her considering what she learned.

Ronnie Anne's blood started to boil at that thought. She has always known that something wasn't right about her brother's girlfriend and this just proved it. What made it worse is that she was considering that this wasn't the only incident that Lincoln was pulled into. As she was thinking about it, a scary thought came into mind:

Did my brother know?

Lori was always fond of Bobby and could've told him about the circumstances behind Lincoln's disappearance. However, Ronnie Anne doubted it. If he knew, then he would've tried to encourage her to hang out with someone else. Even if that was that rotten Chandler. Just the thought made her sick...he was her friend's bully and thinking that her brother and his girlfriend would try to make her hang out or date him disgusted her greatly.

Something the matter?

When she heard that, Ronnie Anne jumped and turned around only to see Valak. She was in her human form and was probably doing her duties before noticing her standing still.

"I guess. I can't help myself from thinking about the truth and whether or not my brother knew." Ronnie Anne admitted. It was pointless to try to lie to Valak and it was better to tell her worries to her since she could be a voice of reason.

Understandable. The truth is never easy to accept.

"I know. I guess I never expected his sisters to do something this crazy or crazier if the did something like this in the past." Ronnie Anne stated.

Sigh....Truth is, I had spoken to the Loud ancestors while waiting to prepare for the ritual to turn Lincoln into my own blood. They had told me multiple things and as you expect...this is not the first incident where they wronged their brother/son.

"I see. Did my brother know about some of it?" Ronnie Anne asked. Valak's silence was all the answer Ronnie Anne needed to know. Her brother knew about almost everything that the Louds had done and never bothered to help. She had never been more disappointed in him than this moment.

Meanwhile, Bobby was so focused on the current TV program that he hardly noticed a picture of himself and Ronnie Anne falling onto the floor. It was broken in the middle showing a growing divide between the two.

Hope you enjoyed the chapter...Bye 👋
