There are 100 states in the republic of salem the most famous of these states is the city of demons. When the innovators dreamed of this new world order they decreed one state the great state shall be walled and it is here where all criminality can rule all.

This wall is approximately 10000 km long if you follow the border and 100 metres high there is one way in and one way out and this entrance is heavily guarded once you come into the city of demons you dont go out.

It is ruled like every other state by a governor and the city acts like any other the only thing is crime here is legal.
