- Lily's P.O.V-

I'm siting in Ancient Runes when James storms in looking a little grumpy. He takes a seat in the back. Thats weird, usally he sits next to me joking around and showing off. Well not that I care anyway. He really is quite annoying.

The class ends, and to be honest, it was a little boring without James talking. So I decide to Walk up to him and ask whats wrong, cause when he is unhappy, his fangirls are and one of them is usally who I pick to be partners with in DADA.So if she is grumpy then we won't do good

So I walk up to him. "Potter, whats got your knickers in a twist." I ask. (Do they even say that? cause IDK im full on american -_-)

He huffs and says "Nothing Evans." so I just shrug and say "Fine whatever."

I walk into DADA and take a seat.

-TIME SKIP TO FRIDAY CAUSE I FAB-

I wake up and lock over at my clock. "YES! It's Friday!" I jump out of bed, get dressed, brush my teeth and race downstairs. I eneter the great hall and take a seat waiting for my friends. I grab some e=beacon and eggs and start eating.

One minuet later Rachel Jess and Alice all walk in and take a seat. They get there food and also start to eat."Hey Lily guess what?" Alice says.

"Hmm?" I ask

"The first hogsmead trip is next week." She says.

"Cool." I stand up and say , "See you in class." I walk out of the great hall bumping into someone. "Oops, sorry" I mumble. "It's fine Evans, didn't see you there." Potter says. I look up and rol my eyes.

"Thats because you saw her in Lily land instead." Sirius says laughing. James shoves him "Shut up"

"Well, er bye." I say moving pass them and to my first class.

-time skip cause I lazy!-

Third person P.O.V

Lily is in her dorm dressing in all black. she's going to go out to te forbidden forest tonight and doesn't want to be caught. She heads down stairs and creeps silently to the woods. Once she gets there, she runs in and changes form. But what she doesn't know is that James potter has followed her and also changed form. Lily is 'talking' to a bunny when she hears a crunch.

Lily whips her head around and sees a beautiful stag in between two trees. Lily asks 'who are you? I thought there weren't any deer in the woods.'

'There aren't' james said. 'I'm a student, just like you.'

Lily stares at him, 'so who are you?' She asks again.

'that, my dear doe, is for me to know and you to find out.' He says smirking, if a deer could smirk.

Lily rolls her eyes and asks 'what are you doing here?'

'I followed you.' he says simply.

'So, you know who I am!?'

James nods and says 'don't worry doe, I won't tell anyone.'

'What's with the calling me doe?'

'Nickname! I'll call you doe, and you can call me.... stag!' James says, almost saying prongs but not wanting to give it away.

'Stag?' Lily snorts 'okay fine'

Lily turns and walks away.

'Hey wait doe! Where you going?' James Asks.

'That's for me to know and you to find out.' she laughs.

James grins and trots after her. They enter a clearing, and James' eyes widen. 'wow' he says 'when did you find this?'

Lily looks behind her and says 'first night, third year.' She prances into the middle and says 'come on let's play.' James grins once more, and they play together all night. Finally Lily and James leaves, but not together cause James doesn't want to ruin the surprise.

They both collapse on there beds, Lily thinking who is he?!? And James thinking its a start. they both fall asleep with smiles on there faces

Hi! Okay I know that sucked! But I'm working on another ones of these chapters that has there first kiss on it, so I'm only really paying attention to that, and If you wanna read a book that is not involved with book characters read THE BOY NEXT DOOR!
