-James' P.O.V-

It's Saturday morning so I can just lay in bed for a bit. I do so thinking about last night, I wish I could tell her that its me but if I do then she'd probably get mad and never talk to me again. But on the other hand maybe she'd be kinder and more open to me, now that we have something in common? I sigh, frustrated and get out of bed heading down to breakfast. I see Lily sitting there, but I know that if I talk to her I will call her doe, and I can't have her find out. She'd hate me!

So instead I go to sit down at the head and a few minuets later Sirius walks over and and sits next to me.

"Hey" I say taking a bit of eggs.

"Hi" He says pilling food onto his plate. "where were you last night?'

"Uh, studying?" I say

"No you wern't," Remus says sitting down, "Cause if you were then I would have seen you in the Library and James would have seen you in the Common room." I scrunch up my face then look around thinking. My eyes land on lily and I stop. I just sit there looking at her until I hear Sirius shouting my name.

"What?"

"You haven't completely answered the question. You were lost in Lily land." He snickers.

"Was not!"

"Yes you were!"

"What ever." I shrug him off and stand up. "I'm heading outside." With that I walk outside and sit down on the grass.

-TIME SKIP TIME SKIP CAUSE I CAN-

-Thrid Person P.O.V-

A few weeks go by and every Friday night Lily and James meet up, with James knowing its lily but Lily not knowing its James. They had there first Hogsmead trip and James tried to get Lily to go with him but she refused. So instead she went with Jessica because Alice went with Frank, and its about time Lily thought, and Rachel went with Sirius. Its know a week before Christmas Break and Lily agreed that she would visit Rachel who would be at the Potter's house for New Years Eve, and attend there party. But only cause her friends are gonna be there, noy because of James. She told her self.

-James' P.O.V-

Today is the last Quidditch match before winter break. Its Gryffindor against Slytherin. I know exactly what's gonna happen. So I take this opportunity to get something from my little doe. I-I mean Lily I MEAN EVANS!

I walk over to where she is sitting then I tap her shoulder. "Hey Evans can I talk to you?" She looks up at me and sighs. "Fine" I grin and lead her outside. I stop and turn to face her.

"So you know how I have a match today?" I ask her.

"Yessss" She says.

"I have a bet for you."

"She raises a brow and says, "What?"

I rub my hands together and say "I bet that Gryffindor will win,"

"Duh they will."

"Im not done, I bet that they will win but Slytherin will catch the snitch."

She looks at me like i'm stupid. "That hasn't happened in years though! What do you get if I lose and what do I get if i win"

"If I win then you will be my new years eve kiss okay?" I ask my eyes sparkling.

She stairs at me for a second then says "What do I get if I win?"

"I will not ask you out for a month and I will only curse hex and prank people that deserve it." I say knowing she won't be able to pass this up.

She thinks for a moment, my grin never leaving my face, and then she says, "Okay fine, but only because you have a very low shot in winning." She says holding out her hand. I take it and we shake on it. Then we part ways.

-Lily's P.O.V-

Oh gods what did I just do! I am going to regret this later. As soon as i walked away I realized that their seeker is in the hospital wing and there back up iks not as fast as Slytherins. Dam it they he's gonna win and i'm stuck being his kiss on news years eve! What have I gotten myself into!

I walk down to the pitch and the game begins.
