Life's a Happy Song
Narrator's POV
"There you go Randy." Stephen said as he watered his daisy. "Thirsty weren't ya?" He smiled at Randy.
The cloak laid on his shoulders, cuddling Stephen.
Stephen had been out quite a lot the past few days and it missed him.
"What do you want to do today?" Tony asked, laying on the bed, flipping through channels.
"I don't know." Stephen said. "How about you chose?"
"We could just lie low and not do anything. After all, we are in paradise." Tony said, laying back and placing his hands behind his head.
"Whatever floats your boat." Stephen said, sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Hah..." Tony sighed and closed his eyes.
"Yeah." Stephen said.
The two staid quiet, getting comfortable with the silence, letting the television blab about whatever.
"Okay." Tony sat up. "This is boring. Let's go." He hopped off the bed. "I know we've been through a lot already, but do you want to go on more adventures?"
"Yes." Stephen said, standing up.

Tony and Stephen stepped out of the elevator, laughing at some stupid jokes Tony had made. They came across the front desk guy.
"How was your date last night?" He asked.
"Oh, it wasn't a-"
"It's was great." Stephen cut Tony off.
Tony looked at Stephen, his cheeks flushed red.
The man smiled at the two before they walked out of the resort.
Tony looked at the man then at Stephen as he followed his happy wizard out of the resort.

"Here, the water is only about eight feet, but don't worry. There's a lot of fish in these reefs." Said the diving instructor.
"Will we be seeing any sharks?" Tony asked.
Stephen smiled, putting on his goggles.
The instructor laughed. "No, it's too shallow for them."
"Okay, good." Tony sighed in relief.
"Not any big ones anyway."
"Wait, what?" Tony turned to the instructor.
"In you go." The instructor pushed Tony into the water. "He'll be okay, right?" He asked Stephen.
"Just fine." Stephen said, jumping in himself. He opened his eyes.
It was beautiful. The water was crystal clear. The coral colorful and beautiful. It was breath taking. There was so much sea life. The wild grass that sat at the bottom swayed with the waves above.
Stephen felt something touch his shoulder, he looked behind him.
It was Tony.
He relaxed a little.
Tony smiled at him. He gestured for Stephen to follow him.
Stephen looked at him in confusion.
Tony rolled his eyes and took him by the hand, guiding him in the shallow ocean.
They swam together, admiring the beauty of the life under water. They picked up shells and looked at school of fish. They found a small octopus, making it squirt ink in them, making them laugh.
Stephen tapped Tony's shoulder.
Tony looked at him.
Stephen pointed below them.
There was a large sea turtle.
Tony loved turtles. He reached for it, petting it gently as it fed on some grass.
Stephen joined him, petting the turtle as well. He smiled at Tony. Seeing him this happy made him happy.
After petting the turtle, they swam a little longer and came across two tiny seahorses.
The seahorses had their tails intertwined, holding on to each other.
Stephen smiled at the small sea animals.
Tony looked at Stephen and wrapped his arms around him, spinning with him.
Stephen chuckled.
Tony stopped, looking into Stephen's eyes.
Stephen had a beautiful smile on his face as he looked back at Tony.
Tony leaned a little closer, lips ready to connect with the other.
Stephen coughed, tapping on him chest.
Tony's eyes widen and he hurried them to the surface.
"Ah!" Stephen gasped.
"Are you alright?" Asked the instructor, standing on the boat.
"Yes." Stephen said, panting a little. "Just ran out of air for a minute." He said, laughing a little. He looked back at Tony and gave him a smile.
Tony returned the smile.

"So, how did you like diving?" Tony asked Stephen, who was walking on top of a fallen coconut tree, holding onto one of Tony's hands for balance.
"It was fun." Stephen said. "It was very beautiful down there." He said.
"Yeah. Not many get to experience what's going on beneath the waves." Tony said.
"Hmph! Ah!" Stephen yelped as he lost balance.
Tony caught him. "Gotcha."
Stephen looked up, connecting his eyes with Tony. He grasped on tightly to Tony.
They stood there, holding each other tightly for several minutes.
"Everything is great. Everything is grand.
I got the whole wide world in the palm of my hand. Everything is perfect. It's falling into place." Stephen sang.
Tony smiled. He loved that song. "I can't seem to wipe this smile off my face. Life's a happy song, when there's someone by my side to sing along." He sang along.
"When you're alone, life can be a little low
It makes you feel like you're 3 foot tall." Stephen jumped out of Tony's grip, claiming back on the tree. "When it's just you – well, times can be tough. When there's no one there to catch your fall." He said, crossing his arms and turning his back to Tony, falling back.
Tony caught him again.
Stephen laughed.
"Everything is great. Everything is grand.
I got the whole wide world in the palm of my hand. Everything is perfect. It's falling into place. I can't seem to wipe this smile off my face." They sang together, running along the beach.
"Life smells like a rose." Stephen picked a wildflower off of a bush nearby, putting it behind his ear.
"With someone to paint, and someone to pose." Tony sang as he pretended to have a brush and easel. He stuck his thumb out to Stephen, who was posing.
"Life's like a piece of cake." Stephen said, forming a cake in the sand with his magic.
"With someone to pedal." Tony ran toward Stephen.
"And someone to brake." Stephen caught Tony in his arms, slowing his down.
"Life is full of glee." Tony smiled at Stephen.
"With someone to saw." Stephen took one of Tony's hands and spun him around.
"And someone to see." Tony laughed, stopping himself and embracing Stephen.
"Life's a happy song, when there's someone by my side to sing along." They harmonized, coming closer to each other. "I've got everything that I need – right in front of me.
Nothing's stopping me. Nothing that I can't be. With you right here next to me." They sang, dancing with each other, foreheads close together. They shared laughter.
Tony picked Stephen up and spun him around, making Stephen laugh.
Waved crashed against the beach and the sun faded behind the ocean line. The wind blew, blowing petals and leaves around. Fireflies began to emerge from the bushes nearby.
Everything was perfect.
"Life's a happy song, when there's someone by my side to sing along." They sang.
Stephen leaning closer to Tony, caressing his cheek as he was still in Tony's arms.
Tony smiled, a big goofy smile, with heart eyes staring at Stephen. His heart pounded in his throat.
Stephen laughed, pushing Tony's face away.

"Where are we going?" Stephen asked, he held Randy in one of his arms. He had been blind folded by Tony, who was holding his hand and guiding him somewhere. He still had the flower from earlier behind his ear.
"You'll see." Tony said, he sounded super excited.
Stephen laughed. He could feel soft green under his feet.
They stopped.
"Okay." Tony said, taking the blindfold off of Stephen's eyes.
"Wow." Stephen gasped.
They were on top of a hill, in between two coconut tress with a beautiful view of the ocean crashing onto the beach. There were fireflies all around them. One of the little fireflies landed on Stephen's hand.
He smiled, looking at it. "Cool butt." He said before the firefly flew away, not before giving him a small peck on the nose. Stephen laughed. "Tony this is..." He turned to Tony.
Tony was holding a ukulele.
"I thought you said you didn't know how to play it." Stephen said.
"I might have snuck out a night or two to learn some stuff." Tony said.
Stephen smiled.
"Please, sit." Tony said, sitting down.
Stephen did as he was told.
Tony cleared his throat and began to strum keys onto the ukulele. Then he began to sing.
"E hoʻi i ka pili
E kuʻu ipo.
E neneʻe mai, e nanea mai
E ke aloha,
E hoʻonipo kāua." He sang.
Stephen blushed.
"E hoʻi i ka pili
E kuʻu ipo.
E neneʻe mai, e nanea mai
E ke aloha,
E hoʻonipo kāua."
Stephen began to sway to the rhythm of Tony's strumming.
Tony went into an instrumental, strumming gentle sweet notes. Tony smiled and winked every at Stephen.
Stephen was totally under now.
"He lei wehi ʻoe
No kuʻu nui kino.
Lei ʻala hoʻōnaona lua i ka poli
E ke aloha,
E hanu lipo kāua." Tony finished, strumming out a few more notes.
Tony leaned a little closer to Stephen. "You know what the best part of all of this was?" Tony asked, looking out at the ocean.
"What?" Stephen asked.
"That I got to fall in love with you all over again." Tony said, looking back at Stephen.
Stephen's cheeks flushed red.
Tony looked down at Stephen's lips with half lidded eyes. "Aloha au iā'oe Stephen Strange."
Stephen connected their lips.
It felt like magic.
Their hearts pounded in their ears, butterflies fluttered in their stomachs. Sparks flew all around them.
Ah, what a relief.
They drew apart, their cheeks flushed red.
"Aloha au iā'oe'o Anthony." Stephen said, giving Tony a small peck on the lips.
Tony smiled.
Stephen looked out into the ocean with his head on Tony's shoulder. He closed his eyes with a smile on his lips. His heart was happy and full.
Tony wrapped an arm around Stephen, kissing his head before resting his one head on Stephen's.
