So Long Mori and Honey!
"C'mere, silly boy," I sighed, yanking Honey by his arm so that he was now standing still. "Addie-chan! The cake!" he whined, staring at the large cake that was set up in the center of the room. Graduation was in a few hours, and we were having a goodbye party for the host clubs oldest members. I sighed and fixed his tie, pulling his graduation cap down neatly over his peanut butter-blond hair. Their gowns were hanging in the changing room. "Alright Honey, have at it," I giggled, letting him go and watching him run over to Mori and the rest of the club. I smiled softly as I rummaged through my purse for my camera. I whistled, catching my friends' attention, and took a picture of their surprised and confused faces. "Beautiful!" I grinned as I skipped over to them happily. Dylan took the camera from me and shoved me right into Hikaru's open arms. Before I could compose myself, I saw the bright flash. "Oh my gosh, look at that face!" Dylan chuckled, showing Nick the picture. I could feel my face grow warm as I took my camera away from him. Hikaru stayed by my side as I went around taking pictures. I wanted to capture every memory made tonight. "I-I'm so proud of you two!" Tamaki sniffled. His eyes were puffy and bloodshot; he had been crying all afternoon. "Relax boss," Kaoru sighed. "You act like we're never gonna see them again," Hikaru finished. The twins were right. Tonight we were all leaving and spending two weeks travelling across Europe.
"But...they're so grown up! It's too soon. I don't want you to leave!" he squalled, hugging Honey around the neck. "Don't worry Tama-chan. We'll visit a lot," he reassured our "fearless leader". The girls all wept and shouted their choruses of "We'll miss you!" and "Don't go!" This went on forever until Kyoya pushed his glasses up and finally sighed, "Ladies, the Ouran Host Club is now closing. Mori-senpai and Honey-senpai have to finish getting ready. We'll be hoping to see you at the graduation ceremony." The girls all pouted and whined, but one by one everyone trailed out of the music room until it was just the seven of us. I set the camera on the table facing the boys and turned on the timer, picking Haruhi up and carrying her over to them. "What are you doing?!" she shrieked. "Hush. Y'all got thirty seconds to compose yourselves and take a decent picture with me," I sighed as I set her down beside Tamaki and pointed at my little camera. They all hurriedly got into place. The camera made a beeping noise, and Honey jumped into my arms. I giggled, catching him bridal style just as the camera flashed. "That's one that definitely needs to go in your book," Kaoru chuckled. We each took our turns hugging them. Mori almost had to crouch down to hug Haruhi and me. "Go get dressed before Tamaki starts crying again," Haruhi groaned, shoving them toward the dressing room. They came out in their blue gowns with yellow chords hanging over their shoulders. Honey's gown stopped right at the top of his feet. Little thing, he was so adorable. "Mitskuni," Mori sighed, giving him a knowing look and nudging him toward us. "O-oh, right," he murmured, stepping forward. He looked so bashful. "You guys are my best friends. We've had a lot of fun together and I'm gonna miss you guys so much. You're more than friends; you're family. Thank you," he sniffled, wiping his tears on the sleeve of his gown. Mori nodded in agreement. He smiled a little, but his eyes flickered with unshed tears. We all rushed them, pulling them into a group hug.
"We're going to be late!" Tamaki cried, ushering us down the hall. He was still sniveling and whining, but we were all just about to that point as we abandoned Honey and Mori at the front of the stage set up in the courtyard and ran to sit in the bleachers that had been set up for family and friends. "We normally have graduation in the auditorium," Kyoya explained to me as I looked around at all the people that had come-- it had to be more than two thousand! "But there were too many people and not enough room for everyone. Which is quite surprising considering the auditorium can hold up to one thousand-five hundred people comfortably." I focused my attention on the small stage set up in the center of the courtyard. The teacher started calling out names, and every so often I would take a few pictures, like when Nick walked the stage, or Ryo. "We have had a special request," Mr. Suoh announced, "and so I would next like to call Mitskuni Haninozuka and Takashi Morinozuka. Come get your diplomas, boys." Mori stood, taller than anyone, with Honey on his shoulders. They did everything together; it's no surprise they would get their diplomas together. We all cheered, along with Aunt Jeanie and the hoard of fangirls. Honey held his diploma high and waved at us, grinning triumphantly. We were so proud of him and Mori.
*later that night*
"We're fine Auntie, I promise," I sighed. We had taken a flight from Japan to Romania, then a train from the airport to Greece, then a bus from the train station to our hotel. We had left at nine at night in Japan. Now it was nine at night in Romania. We were confused and jet lagged as all hell. "Have you guys seen anything interesting?" Auntie asked. "Just the back of our eyelids," I snorted. "They're all asleep. The plane ride and everything really wore us out." I looked around at my friends. Kaoru and Hikaru were asleep, laying on each others' shoulders. Tamaki was pressed against the window, fast asleep. Even sleeping, he looked so vibrant and full of energy. Kyoya had his head resting in his hand and I could hear him snoring softly. It made me giggle. None of us ever see Kyoya with his guard down, and to see him curled up like a small child, it was like looking at a totally different person. Mori had Honey cradled in his arms like a baby and both were sound asleep. Haruhi had her head in my lap, still clutching the book she had been reading to her chest. "I love you Auntie. I'll call after I've had some rest," I whispered. "Love you too ma petite," she mumbled before hanging up. I stayed awake for the entire plane ride, and the train ride, taking pictures of everything and everyone. I had never been anywhere outside of the U.S. Sure, Tres Alex traveled all the time, but I had never been allowed to go. We got to the hotel and I spent the next hour and a half wandering the building. I had always wanted to go to Greece, but I never actually thought I would go. Hikaru found me outside on the balcony of our room. He smiled tiredly, picking me up and carrying me to bed. He laid down, holding onto me like a teddy bear. It was then that I finally closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.
**That's it for chapter 18! I know it's kinda short, but...ehh, you'll forgive me ^_^ **
