What do you guys think of Zayn's new song PILLOWTALK? I'll be honest I'm not a big fan, but hey if this is the direction he wants to go in (yes I made a carrot pun) then good for him.

As you can probably guess, I didn't sleep much. I was worrying my head off about if Niall and I were fighting. It may sounds stupid and cliché but if your boyfriend was mad at you for something you had a hard time controlling it might make you worried. I hope he wants to talk about it when he wakes up. Because right now I'm still in bed with my back toward him, and I can feel the bags under my eyes from not sleeping.

When I see light pouring in through the crack in between the curtains, I groggily get up and decide to get dressed. I pull on some high waisted jeans and a Nike sweater I'd stolen from Mum's closet.

I went down to get something to drink from a Starbucks we passed on our walk here. I quickly tied my hair up in a ponytail and instead of wearing contacts like usual, I put on my glasses (see below; lol these are actually the glasses I wear)

Carefully, I snuck out of the room without a sound, and I went down the hallway to the elevator, and the doors are about to close, so I press the button quickly. I groan quietly when the doors open to reveal Liam - I don't exactly feel like talking to people right now. "Good morning, Liam," I greet him. He replies with a smile, "Hey Rose. How are you feeling?"

The doors close and I say honestly, "Like shit. But I'll be fine. I need coffee."

Liam nodded understandingly, and does not ask more abut it. "Mind if I join you? I was going down to eat breakfast anyways," he asks. I nod, "Sure, I'm going to Starbucks if you want to come."

We ride the rest of the way in silence, and head out of the hotel lobby. "How are you and Niall doing?" he breaks the awkward silence. I shrug and reply, "Not actually sure. I think he's mad at me right now, but I hope it'll blow over."

"Well, if you need to talk about it, you know I'm here."

I push open the door to the ever-amazing coffee shop which saves me. The scent of coffee and caramel and chocolate wafts around, and I inhale the wonderful smell. To me, the smells of caramel, coffee, and chocolate are like drugs. Liam laughs and said, "You seriously love coffee."

I nodded enthusiastically and went over to the counter. "How may I help you?" the lady asks. I take a breath before saying, "Hi. I'd like a venti vanilla bean frappe with a shot of espresso and two pumps of hazelnut and caramel drizzle please." She writes it all down, and I am pleasantly surprised that she understood it, when she repeated it back to me perfectly. Liam gives me a weird look and asks for a tall caramel cappuccino. We pay for it and wait at the other end of the counter for our orders to be ready.

"How do you memorize that?" He asks me with a grin.

"I just got used to it a few years back because I basically live off of this."

Liam's phone started buzzing and he puts the phone to his ear, "Yeah, what's up?" I can hear mumbling on the other end. "No, I'm with her now. Relax. She's fine." "No, Jesus, we're just buying coffee." "Look, she'll be back soon. Bye."

He taps his phone and locks it, putting it in his pocket. I give him a curious look, "Who was that?"

He purses his lips into a thin line and says, "Niall thought you died because you weren't there when he woke up."

I roll my eyes. "Like he actually would want me there," I murmur. Liam heard it, based on his facial expression, but disregards it. Our coffees are finished, and we go back toward the hotel. We sit down in the lounge area of the lobby to drink our coffees. I ask Liam, "What would you do if someone asked you to try to do something very important, but it's really hard, and you're trying, but the person doesn't see it?"

He sips from his to-go cup. "Hm, well, tell them. If this is Niall, he should understand. He's a pretty reasonable mate, and he would get it if you told him."

"The problem is that I did, and I still think he's angry at me. I'm trying, really, it's difficult after so many years of doing this to flip a switch and fix it. He thinks he can fix me, Liam, but I can't be fixed."

He gives me an apologetic look. "Look, explain it to him and he will most likely get it. If he doesn't then ask me to talk to him and I will, because I can see how worried you are."

"Thanks," I tell him. We say our goodbyes, and I go up back to our room while Liam was waiting for Louis so they could go out to sightsee.

The elevator dinged, signaling that I was at the floor. I fumbled with the key card, but before I could swipe it, the door opened to reveal Niall. We locked eyes for a second but I looked down at the floor and entered without a word. I put my coffee on the table and see that Niall had gotten room service and left a chocolate cone. I check my twitter notifications and make a weird whining noise when I see the newest headline Liam Payne and Rose Pilla? What about Riall?

"You have got to be kidding me. Why the fuck would I go out with Liam if I'm dating Niall? Bullshit. Why, media, are you little snitching bitches who assume crap? It doesn't even make sense," I exclaim angrily. Niall looks at me strangely. Oops... I forgot he was in the room. I sigh and mutter, "Nothing. Ignore me."

"No," Niall fights back. I look at him through my glasses and realize that he is wearing his too.

"No what?" I retort. Niall just shakes his head and rubs the bridge of his nose. "No, Niall, you don't seem to get it. You don't get how hard it is for me to to change something which I have been doing for years. Yes, I am trying, you don't see it because it's small steps. But they all add up. I promised you that I would try, and I will keep that promise. So stop being mad at me for trying when you have no idea what it's like!" I yell, and I'm breathing heavily by the end in anger. Niall moves toward me, attempting to take my hand, but I step back. he steps toward me and my back is touching the wall.

"Rose..." he whispers, "I love you no matter what. I'm not mad at you, I didn't see that you were trying, and I'm sorry for assuming that you weren't. You're right, I have no idea what it's like. But all I want to do is help you."

I whisper back, "Okay." Niall leans in and presses a short kiss to my lips. I hear our glasses clink and I crinkle my nose in discomfort, giggling a little, and Niall smiles at me. "That's what I want to hear," he says, and reaches to take off my glasses. He puts them onto the beside table while I put in my contacts. Much better, I think to myself.

"So, what do you want to do today?" Niall asks me, pulling off his sweatpants and rummaging through his bag to find some jeans. I blush and look away, out the window. I think he found some, but he proves me wrong when he reaches for my arm. I look at him to see him just in his boxers. I speedily turn back around to look out the window. God, why did this boy have to tease me so much?

I see his reflection smirking. I whine, "Stop, Niall," and he hugs me from behind, pressing his body to mine. He links his arms around the front of my waist, and rests his chin on my shoulder. "Get dressed, you leprechaun," I joke, and poke his nose and say, "Boop."

He laughs and goes to get dressed. "What if we went on Codzilla?" I offered. That was a ride in Boston Harbor, and Maya told me it was really fun.

*******

I was jumping up and down while standing in line for the Codzilla Ride. Niall held my hand and told me, "Calm down. You're attracting attention and we don't want anyone to recognize us."

I stopped and pouted, "You're no fun," and crossed my arms across my chest.

He sighed and adjusted his sunglasses and snapback. I decided to not even wear sunglasses because people probably won't recognize me as much as Niall. Finally, we got on the boat and I grabbed two plastic ponchos from the basket. If we don't we wear them, we'll get completely drenched from head to toe.

Trying to stay hidden still, we sat in the way back. Which later turned out to be a horrible idea:

"Rose, let's sit in the back. Nobody will see me there," Niall told me. I nodded and followed him. We put on the ponchos and settled in the back right corner.

Halfway through the ride we were already drenched with sea water. Sitting in the back was a horrible idea. The tour guide who I found out was named Ethan (shoutout to my tour guide on Codzilla who was super hilarious named Ethan), said, "Well maybe sitting in the back was a bad idea, am I right?" We all laughed along with the rest of the people, who seemed to be completely dry. I eventually pressed my head into Niall's neck and stayed like that, trying not to get sea water in my face.

It was pretty fun though, I'll have to admit. That can certainly be crossed off of my bucket list. We were full of smiles after getting off the ride, and decided to go walking around Boston after. First, we headed to Faneuil Hall, you know, that place where all the food is in Boston.

Niall and I had to walk through the whole thing three times to be able to see all the possibilities. They had classic baked beans and chowder, Italian food, sub places, Chinese food, legitimately everything imaginable. There was even an ice-cream and cupcake stand! I ended up buying a cup of corn and shrimp chowder to get the entire Boston experience plus a Boston Cream cupcake from the stand. Niall had such a hard time deciding, he bought a slice of pizza, a cup of baked beans, and a Philly sandwich. We sat down on the steps and watched street performers. There was an acrobat who called himself the Human Pretzel. It was difficult to believe that a person can contort their body in such positions without hurting themselves.

It was already dusk, and both of us had finished eating. We just sat there, enjoying the street music and watching people come and go. Only after a bit it started getting chilly out, so we decided to head back to the hotel.

*******

"Where have you two been all day?" Liam questioned as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. I stuttered, "S-sightseeing, Liam. Nothing really."

"Why didn't either of pick up your phones?" he asked. It seemed that he was really mad. Great. I pulled my phone out of my pocket, groaned when I saw that it was on airplane mode. "Sorry, mine was on airplane mode," I tell him, and look to Niall. He awkwardly stared at his feet and mumbled, "I ignored your calls. You could have texted me and I would have seen it."

"Yeah, well, it seems that the paparazzi were following you around all day. So your little date-day is completely public," Liam informed us. I shrugged, not caring. "Liam, I honestly don't care. Everyone knows we're together anyways, right?"

Niall sighed, "No, they probably followed us back here, so they know where we're staying."

"So? Go out the back doors. Trust me, I know how to sneak out and about places," I tell them. Why are they blowing this out of proportion?

Liam went back into his room, and Niall led me back to ours. We just relaxed the rest of the night watching American television.

Hiya,

so reminder no update next weekend. If I have time I'll do one during the week but I doubt it.

All the love,

Juliet
