June's P.o.v

I slipped into something comfortable and we were waiting for the guys, I must carefully add impatiently.

"I am starving! We should have just eaten here!"  Becky complained again.

"Andrew said they were on their way!"    I replied as I tried to keep her calm.

"Why are you taking their side..?!"    She said crossing her arms. 

Hunger turns Becky crazy! 

" Why don't you have a protein bar while waiting for the"     I chuckled nervously.

We spotted Andrew and Liam in distance they were walking towards us.  Thank god for that else Becky might eat me alive here.

"Shall we?"   Liam smirked at Becky.

"I am sorry, But I don't wanna walk. I thought you said you had bikes! "    She was looking pretty annoyed.

"For god sake! Give her some food. She is so annoying when she is hungry!"   Andrew started the obvious and earned some death glares from her.

I shot a look at him and mouthed a Shut up!

"What? Fine. Let's go! "    He surrendered at last.

I was walking towards the gate.

"Hello? Where are you going?"    He asked blocking my way.

"Parking lot is this way! "    He pointed out.

Oh crap! He wasn't just joking about the bike thing,  was he?

As I reached the parking lot, I saw two humongous bikes. It looked like some kinda race bikes. I was nervous at the thought of riding on that thing. I kept eyeing those bikes and the guys nervously hoping that this was some weird dream.

Becky was giggling on seeing my expression which I did not appreciate.

"Say it! I am doomed! "   I swear my eyes had grave fear.

"You're doomed!"    She was happy to do the honours.

They both started their engines and vroomed their bikes like that wasn't intimidating enough. Becky went and sat behind Liam. He gave her a helmet and she was trying to put on without ruining her hair. I was a standing there all confused and nervous eyeing that bike seriously.

"Hop on, love!"   Andrew smirked looking evil as ever.

"I..I can't! Your bike looks monstrous!"   I said suddenly.

"Aww. Don't mind her Baby! She is just mean. You are adorable! "    He said patting his bike.

Who was he talking to?  Like seriously? 

How weird was he? 

"Are you coming or not?  And mind you, if your answer is 'No' then I might have to take you forcefully! "   He warned me.

I rolled my eyes, calling that a bluff.

"Yeah, right!"     I said giving out a fake chuckle.

"Don't test me, love! "     He kept bugging me

I was about to say something but then he walked towards me looking dead serious. What's he up to? My thoughts froze when I found myself swept off the floor.

He did not just do that! 

"Uh..put me down!!!!!!"     I hissed.

"Your call...not mine!"     He chuckled in a villainy fashion.

He placed me on the back seat and gave me a helmet. I was really confused about how to put on that thing. He grabbed the helmet from me and he placed it on my head and sealed the clasps as I kept watching him awestruck.

"I know how to put it on! "   I muttered awkwardly.

"Sure you did! Now, Just Hold on tight!"   He said started his bike.

I awkwardly held his shoulders as we started moving.

"Seriously? If you don't hold on tight, You are gonna fall off, Love !"    He smirked looking at me through the mirror.

"You're freaking me out! "     I yelled since we couldn't communicate due to the wind.

"I know! "    He grinned and earned a glare in the process.

I noticed Becky was enjoying her ride. Liam went past us and Andrew was going a little bit slow since I was scared. Although he wouldn't admit that! It actually was sweet of him to do that for me.

"Where are we going? "    I asked remembering he didn't mention were going to eat.

"You'll see!"     He smiled.

"Are you like kidnapping me or something? "  I asked sarcastically.

"You wish! "    He snorted and that earned him another eye roll from me. 

"Corky much!"   I made a comment arching my eyebrows.

He turned towards me and pulled me closer.

"Like I said Don't fall off! "   He said looking calm.

"Right! "   I rolled my eyes again.

Our ride was silent but not with the uncomfortable one. It was about fifteen minutes since we started off but I still couldn't spot Liam's bike as for as the distance I could see.

"How long is it gonna be? "  I asked him.

"Still a couple of minutes, Don't worry! "  He assured me.

The road was almost empty. Suddenly a crazy thought came in my mind.

"Andrew?"  I called him.

"Yeah?"  He replied instantly.

"Do you mind if I stand?"    I asked casually.

"Which..what???!!!??"   He shuttered.

"Nevermind, I am gonna just stand!"   I said already standing up from my seat.

"June! This isn't funny!"    He sounded a bit angry.

"Come on! I wanna do something adventurous!"   I said amused by his response.

I closed my eyes and I opened my arms wide open and left myself feel the cold breeze, I kinda felt liberated. It was one of the reckless things I ever did!

"June Paxton! Get down now !"   He yelled.

I sat down immediately, He ruined the moment anyway.

"Are you crazy? "    He asked furiously.

"I was just having fun! "  I tried to defend my craziness.

"Fun?! You know what's not fun seeing someone you love dead! "    His outburst was definitely unexpected.

My heart stopped for a second there "Someone you love"? What was he implying? My brain froze for a nanosecond there.

Of course Emma!

He reminds silent for a few minutes and finally, he spoke again.

"Don't ever do that again! "   He said as he shot a glare at me through the mirror.

I nodded nonchalantly without speaking a word. Although we were speaking much our eyes did the talking for us.

"I am sorry, I didn't know that brought memories! "   I said immediately feeling guilty.

"I wasn't talking about that!"    He replied almost instantly.

That was confusing, Then what was that about?

Needless to say that the rest of the ride was spent in silence and contemplation. I didn't ask him anything nor did he say anything. Honestly, I was too scared to ask him anything. I for a fact knew, He was already mad at me and it wasn't smart of me to poke the dragon.

My phone kept ringing and it was of course Becky. I picked it up almost instantly.

"Hello? "   I spoke.

"Where are you? We are here already!"   Becky sounded a bit worried.

"Umm..wait! Let me ask Andrew how long it's gonna be!"   I left her hanging.

" It's Becky on the phone she wants to know how long it's gonna take to reach them?"     I asked looking a bit hesitant.

"We are here!"    He said as we reached the entrance.

With that, my attention turned towards the large signboard that said "STARDUST GRILL". Becky and Liam were approaching us with a huge grin on their face.

"Uhh..! Finally, Took you long enough! "   She said looking at Andrew.

"Ah.I don't know, Why don't you ask your Oh-I-am-so-adventurous bestie of yours. "    He said in an accusing tone.

"Why? What did you do now? "    She asked shooting a glare at me.

"Nothing! I am starving, can we go inside?!!"   I said trying to avoid taking all the whole.

"Okay, then let's go !"     Liam jumped in to save me.

We went inside, It was a really nice place. Bieber's Sorry was playing in the background. We found a cute little booth and settled in. The waiter approached our table and greeted us with a warm smile. He handed each of us the menu and waited for a few minutes for taking our order.

"I'll take a Baked trout with butter and the Victorian sponge cake with Plum Jam for dessert,"    Liam said without any doubts.

It was as if he used to come there often, He made his order very quick.

"I'll have Grilled chicken breast with lemongrass and chillies and Cinnamon rolls for dessert. "   Andrew didn't take much time as well.

"And the ladies?" The waiter asked with a charming smile on his face.

"Uhh..Give me a minute! I am sorry I am not familiar with the menu! "     I said apologizing politely.

"It's okay miss take you time! "   He replied smiling.

"Uhh..I would just like a Batter fish With chillies."   Becky said still looking uncertain.

I was really confused about what to get since I was not familiar with the place?

"Here, allow me? "   Andrew offered out of the blue.

"She'll have a Grilled chicken with mustard sauce and toffee pudding for dessert. "   He made an order for me.

I gazed at him as my face turned unusually crimson.

"It's my second favourite here so if don't like it you can give it to me!   "  He whispered smiling.

"So you come here often, I take it?"   I threw him a question.

"Yea, A couple of times!"  He agreed.

"Let me guess, This was you bring your dates?"  I asked doing the air quotes.

"Do I smell jealousy! "   He asked as his eyes flickered with excitement.

"Noo!!! "   I denied it instantly realizing it was almost too quick that, it breeds suspicion.

"Ah. I see! "   He said eyeing me teasingly.

"Will you two ever stop bickering?"   Liam asked sarcastically.

"No, I don't think so! "   I said pretending to look disinterested.

"Real mature! "    Becky made a comment.

We waited for a few minutes and then our food came. It looked absolutely delicious. Everything was excellent, the service, the ambience, the food, and obviously a good company as well, so it was a perfect afternoon we spent together.

"This place is amazing!"  Becky exclaimed with excitement.

"Yeah, Even I agree!"  I said smiling.

"Everything tends to be amazing when the company is good, love!   "   Andrew did his signature smirk again.

"Yeah! Of course. How can I forget?  Thank you, Liam, for being here!   "    I gave a taste if his own medicine.

I noticed Andrew was rolling his eyes and I can't help hide the chuckle that was impatiently waiting to get out. Everyone was laughing hard.

"How did you guys find this place?"  Becky's curiosity killed the cat.

"Well. Andrew found this place actually!"  Liam said looking at him, I guess they might have had a lot of memories in that place.

"Yeah, well I did! A friend invited me over for dinner once, Since then Liam and I used to hang out here a lot. "   He explained.

The restaurant is maybe about five kilometres outside of the city where we live. It was in the country and situated next to a lake with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It truly was a spectacular location, quite breathtaking in fact. The food they offered was what would be classed as traditional food or 'home cooking' but it's of a very high standard and superb quality. The menu is varied and includes something for everyone. There are traditional meat dishes, different types of fish and they cater for vegetarians too with plenty of variety available for those who don't want to eat meat or fish.

The whole experience was very good, from the food, the scenery I enjoyed eating there, and it was actually better than I thought it would be - which is always a nice surprise!

"Well, I would like to come here often! "   I said looking at Andrew.

Andrew did not hesitate to reflect my smile.

"Wouldn't you like that? "   Becky muttered under her breath but I did manage to catch that.

"Shut up! I didn't mean it like that!"     I said defending myself.

"Sure you didn't!"   She snorted.

We ate our desserts. It tasted divine, I must say Andrew did have a good taste when it comes to food!

"You like it huh?  "   Andrew asked looking a bit surprised.

"Yeah! It's good! Why do you ask like that?"    I asked pointing a look.

"Yeah? Cause you are drooling over it!"   He said and started laughing.

"Shut up and eat your food! "   I said punching playfully.

"They are worse than us! "  Liam exclaimed to Becky.

"Speak for yourself ! I am awesome!"   Becky said winking.

Liam nodded in disbelief.

We were having a great time. We were having mindless chatter. We had a great meal in a great place I must say the company wasn't the worst either. It was indeed a great day.
Liam and Andrew insisted on paying the bill. We denied at first but then we agreed.

"It's not like we are on a date or something?"   I said looking at Andrew.

"You'll never know!"    He winked.

Why is he being extra flirty? I'll never know what was going on in his head?

We came to college and I honestly didn't remember much of our drive back it was a bit of a blur.

June's P.o.v

"Umm.Thanks for the Lunch, Andrew!"   I said smiling at him.

"Sure! I had a great time with you!  "   He replied gazing into my eyes.

"Alright! So I'll see you around."    I said awkwardly.

"Bye June! "  He said smiling.

He was smiling a lot, It was nice to see him like that.

"Uh.June?"  He called me again.

"I just wanted to ask you something, would you like to go there again sometime?  I mean if you want! "   He asked as his fingers were sliding through his dark hair.

I remembered what I said at the restaurant. Suddenly I felt my cheeks turning red.

"Uh.Yeah, sure!"  I replied awkwardly as a flush of pink raced to my cheeks.

He took a step closer to me and gave a small peck on my cheek.

"I will see you tomorrow!"   He smiled.

My eyes widened in surprise and warmth spread across my cheeks and it turned even redder. I don't know how to reply I just gave a small smile. Again I felt those butterflies fluttering in my stomach.

"Yeah.Alright!"   I said as my cheeks turned fifty shades of red.

He was smiling brightly.

I turned away and started walking towards my block.
What just happened? I thought, touching my cheeks. As soon as I reached my room I closed the door and was smiling to myself like a crazy person.
