June's P.o.v

I was so comfortable in Becky's bed.I skipped my jog and slept in. It was my cheat day. Becky woke up for breakfast at 8.30 am.I brushed my teeth and had a hot cup of coffee. Our hostel coffee was divine. Basically I loved coffee. Becky was eating cornflakes with Ice cream.I called my home and talked with My parents and Bro. It's been long since I visited my folks.I felt homesick at times. But Becky is like family too, so it felt nice to have her.

"So I'll be at your room after lunch, We have to do the Hair and Makeup!"   I started.

"The Ball starts at 6!  " she replied making a straight face.

"Alright! Fine, be that way! But you might end up looking like a clown. "    I added with a  smirk.

"Alright, can we start at 1?"  she asked eyeing me seriously.

"Okay! But now we need to hit the gym and then the spa."  I said firmly.

"For what?"  She asked lazily.

I glared at her and then she got up reluctantly and came with me.

We went to the gym. It was empty. I played my workout Playlist and we started doing our routine workout. We were on our own for about 35 mins and then...

"Oh, look who it is?" I heard a familiar voice.

It was from Liam.

"What are you doing here?"  Becky asked him.

"It's the Gym! What ll people do here?"  He made a sarcastic comment.

"Where is Andrew?"   I asked ignoring his comment.

"He went for a jog apparently, He hates running.. I don't know what was that about!"  He said casually.

I realized something and smiled to myself.

"Stop smiling to yourself! It's creepy!"  Liam teased.

"I am not! We were just finishing. You can carry on!"  I said grabbing my bag.

"Really you are leaving? Andrew will be here in 5 mins!" he added with a smirk.

Becky was giggling with him.

"Oh stop it, both of you!"   I elbowed them both playfully.

"I am leaving! We are already behind our schedule!"  I said looking serious.

"Schedule? For what?"   I heard Andrew in distance.

Andrew was smiling brightly, It was so dreamy. His hair was messy but yet looked so perfect. His eyes were sparkling with something unknown.

"Uhh.."  I started.

"To make you people drool!"  Becky added.

"I am sure a chocolate cake can make that happen!"  Liam said sarcastically.

"Listen!?!?"  Becky started.

"Oh please, You guys!"  I stopped them both before they start another argument.

"Alright, I'll see you guys at Lunch?"  I asked them.

Andrew replied with a smile.

We left the gym and went to our dorms. And we hit the showers.

We both were fresh and we got ready for our spa treatment. But there was no spa inside the campus.

Cherry our dear friend came to our rescue. She made an appointment for us three. A week back. Yeah, we like to be in advance. She gave us a ride to Forevers Spa. It was the closest to our college. We got a head massage, hair treatment, body massage, face massage, Mani, Pedi, skin regeneration treatment and lot. We made a great day out of it.
We returned back at 11.45 am. My stomach was growling with Hunger. We both reached the dining hall.
We saw something that was kinda funny yet was annoying. Liam and Andrew got their full-on flirt on some brunette and her blond friend.

Becky called me and whispered something. We decided to mess with the guys. We grabbed our plates and went inside.I noticed that Liam was about to wave. But we both ignored them and sat in the table that was adjacent to theirs.

They both were shocked and confused. Mission accomplished. Their reaction was epic.I started discussing our schedule.

Liam came towards our table, he was followed by Andrew.

"Hello?" He waved interrupted our Lunch.

"We were supposed to have lunch together," Andrew said with a firm voice.

"Oh, you guys were here?  We didn't notice you there!"   I said innocently.

"Oops! We totally forgot about our lunch together !"  Becky added.

"Oh yeah?"  Liam smirked and squeezed himself into the tiny space and started eating Becky's food.

"What are you waiting for? Tag along!"  He said looking at Andrew.

He was hesitant at first but then he did the same. He grabbed my Meatball sub.

"Hey, That's my favourite! Stay away from my food!"  I shot a death glare at him.

"You can have the Apple, love!"  He gave me an apple.

I threw the apple on him but he ducked and it hit a student nearby. That guy threw a tomato towards our table. Soon Liam and Becky joined the war. They were throwing everything they can grab. It was completely mental. It was getting crazier, suddenly everyone thought it was fun to throw food at each other. It was total madness in a few minutes.

SILENCE!

We heard a loud voice.

Oh shit, it was the Principal.

"Everyone assembles in the Meeting all in 5 mins!"  She ordered and rushed out.

"This is all you fault! "  I mumbled looking at Andrew.

"Yeah, I threw the Apple first!"   He mocked me.

"Shh! Shut up!"   I covered his mouth.

"What are we gonna do?"   Becky asked looking nervous.

"Act Normal! That especially includes you!"   Liam pointed at Becky.

We washed and assembled in the Meeting Hall.

"So much for a spa treatment!"  Andrew smirked again.

God, he was annoying!

"Not funny!"  I said looking annoyed.

"It is!  If you see your face!"   He laughed.

"I AM DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR BEHAVIOR STUDENTS. WHO STARTED THIS?"  The principal yelled at us.

NO ONE SAID A WORD.

"FINE! DON'T GIVE ANY RESPONSE!"  She hissed.

"EVERYONE WHO WERE PRESENT THERE STAY BACK YOU HAVE GOT SOME CLEANING TO DO."   She said looking furious.

"But Mam! " We heard some voices.

"No exception!  Everyone gets to work."  She exclaimed and walked away.

I started to walk to our Principal. To surrender and tell her the truth. But I felt an iron grip on my wrist that wasn't letting me move an inch. It was Andrew.

"Where do you think you are going?"   He whispered.

"I am gonna tell her!  It was me."    I said firmly.

"Have you lost it?"   He snapped suddenly.

"I don't want anyone to get punished because of me!"  I replied instantly.

"No one is getting a jail sentence, We just have to clean the mess. Stop being A drama queen!"    He said looking at me with deep intensity.

"Why do you care?"  I snapped again.

There was a small pause before getting a reply from him.

"I don't! I just.. Don't want to ruin the day for all of us!"   He said looking away.

"Fine!"  I said walking away.

"Are you even listening?"  He pulled me again.

"I am gonna get the cleaning stuff! The sooner we clean this mess the sooner we can be out of here!" I stated the facts.

"Alright then, Go on! "He nudged me.

We spent an hour of cleaning.

"I need a bath!"  Liam complained.

"Yeah, you do need it !"  Becky said sarcastically.

We heard the kitchen staff dismissing us of our cleaning duty.

After I came back to my dorm. Had a nice bath again.
I took out my costume. It was perfect. It was a navy coloured ball gown. I first did my make up. I kept it lite. I completed my eyes with a smokey eye and had a glimpse of dark blue sparkling eye shadow. I chose a pink lipstick for my lite look. I curled my hair and left it free. I was done within an hour.

After a while, I went to Becky's dorm to see wats up with her. She had a pink gown on looking fabulous.

"You looking amazing!"   I complimented her.

"Is this even you??"   I asked surprised.

"Yeah...I made an art out of myself."  She smirked.

"A fine art, I must say! " I exclaimed

"You look equally amazing! "  She added.

"Thank you! Now, what's with your hair?"  I asked looking at her.

"I don't know.. what hair-do to choose?"  She complained.

"Seriously!!!??? Choose the easiest one, I do that always!"  I exclaimed.

"Alright! Help me do a French Tail!"   She shuttered.

"Give me the curling iron?"   I got into the business.

It took me a full 15 mins to do it right. But it was worth it. Becky looked perfect. We took out our phones to clicked a few  Selfies.

"Aren't we forgetting something?"   I asked eyeing her closely.

"Yeah? Lipstick check, mascara check, eyeliner check, purse check, shoe check."   She started.

She started listing everything we have.

"THE MASKS!"    We both exclaimed with excitement.

I took my mask from Becky's cupboard actually Becky gifted me the Mask. It was a glittering dark blue mask. Becky's Mask was Golden and it had small pearl-like stuff that complemented her outfit.

We wore the mask and came out of the dorm to find Liam in his tuxedo.

I was nervous. Thinking Andrew might be around.
I asked Becky alone to go talk to him.I didn't want anyone to see me. Knowing Liam he would surely help his friend,I wanted to be on the safer side.

Just as I thought Andrew was behind Liam.Ahh! I told him not to cheat! I stood behind the front door and watched them. Well him. I gotta agree that idiot did have a sense of style.He was looking very handsome in his Navy blue Tuxedo. He was looking very Gentlemanly which he is not, of course, remembering how he behaved at Lunch yesterday. I was eyeing him closely. I could notice he was desperately searching for someone. I couldn't help but smile at the fact that. That someone might be me.I saw Becky was walking towards Liam.

Liam was watching her awestruck. He immediately recognized it was Becky. God, is it that obvious? What if Andrew does the same?

"You .. You look beautiful!"   Liam shuttered.

"You are not too shabby for yourself too!"  Becky smirked.

"Well, I am flattered! "He held her arm and Kissed.

I noticed Becky's cheeks turned red. It was too cute to watch them.

"Ahem! Where are your bestie?"  Andrew ruined their moment.

"She saw you and ran away obviously!"  Becky said sarcastically.

"Seriously?"  Andrew asked arching his eyebrows.

"Yeah..she said something about you breaking the deal!" Becky explained.

"So she is still not over it huh?"  Andrew sounded a little annoyed.

Andrew took out his phone quickly. I realized he was gonna call me or text me.I quickly put my phone in silent mode. Else I could blow my cover, just as I thought my phone buzzed and it was Andrew.

He texted me this time.

Drew: Where are you?!?!?

June: Somewhere near :p

Drew: I am at Becky's place. Be here in 5 mins!

June: Never in your wildest dreams!

Drew: DRAMA QUEEN!

June: Frustrated? I take it?

Drew: Come on! I wanna see you!

June: Why?

Drew: :/

June: Gtg I'll see you later?

Drew: At least, tell me where you are?

June: Heading to the ball.

Drew: kay! Stay clear from Jason!

June: I will, Thank you.. Bye!

Drew: I will find you.

June: I do hope so.

I was smiling at his texts. Suddenly out of nowhere some called me.

It was from Justin. I almost forgot he told he would pick me up.

"June???? what are you doing here?"   He asked eyeing me closely.

"Shhhh!" I pushed him.

"Okay! Okay! What are we doing here?"  He whispered.

"I am hiding!"  I whispered.

"From Andrew?"  He asked raising an eyebrow.

I didn't know what to answer.

"Uhh..yea kinda! We are having this bet, about finding me with my mask."  I explained.

"Oh!"  He didn't say a word other than that.

"Okay, so shall we? " He asked Offering his arm.

I took his arm. He gave a sweet smile.

"You look really pretty!" He complimented.

"Uhh.Thanks, Justin!"  I blushed a little after hearing those words.

We were walking towards the auditorium where the ball was about to be held.
